General
We thank you for purchasing our product. To ensure that the device has reached its maximum service life, we
recommend that you read this manual carefully. Before use, check the appliance for damage and other defects.
Function
The frying plate is suitable for meat, fish, vegetables, eggs, etc.
The temperature can be adjusted between 100°C and 300°C.
Safety instructions
Only connect the appliance to a 3-phase 380 VAC installation.
Avoid overloading.
Turn off the appliance after use by switching the switch to the “off” position.
Always switch the switch to the “off” position when cleaning the appliance.
The electrical installation must satisfy the applicable national and local regulations.

Installation
Remove the white protective foil from the stainless steel parts.
Place the appliance on top of a bottom cupboard or screw the supplied feet into the base of the
appliance.
Only connect the appliance to a 3-phase 400 VAC installation. Allow the appliance to be installed by an
authorized electrician.
Use
Install the drip tray.
Turn the switch to the “on” position. The orange lamp will light.
Set the thermostat to the desired temperature. When the set temperature is reached, the green lamp
will light.
You can start frying.
After use
Turn off the appliance by turning the switch to the “off” position. The orange lamp will go out.
Allow the frying plate to cool down and clean it with a scraper.
NOTE! Never clean the frying plate with a wire brush.
Clean the drip tray.

Maintenance
Before cleaning, always switch to the “off” position.
Clean the frame with a damp cloth.
Do not use aggressive or caustic cleansing agents.
Wherever possible, avoid water coming into contact with electrical components.
Faults
Appliance does not do anything:
No mains voltage?
Check the power supply.
Orange lamp does light, the green lamp does not light:
Thermostat defective?
Contact your dealer.
Element defective?
Contact your dealer.
Disposal
At the end of its life span, dispose of the appliance in accordance with the then applicable rules and regulations.

Algemeen
Wij danken u voor de aankoop van ons product. Om te zorgen dat het apparaat zijn maximale levensduur bereikt,

Functie
De bakplaat is geschikt voor het bakken van vlees, vis, groente, eieren, etc.
Waarbij de temperatuur regelbaar is van 100°C tot 300°C.
Veiligheidsvoorschriften
Sluit het apparaat alleen aan op een geaard stopcontact 230/380 VAC.
Vermijd overbelasting.
Tijdens schoonmaken altijd de stekker uit het stopcontact verwijderen.
De elektrische installatie dient te voldoen aan de nationale en plaatselijk geldende voorschriften.

Plaats het apparaat op een vlakke, stabiele ondergrond
Gebruik
Plaats de vetlade.
Stop de stekker in het stopcontact.
Stel met de thermostaat de gewenste temperatuur in.
Het ‘controlelampje’ gaat nu branden, wanneer de juiste temperatuur bereikt is, gaat het groene lampje
branden.
Er kan nu met het apparaat gewerkt worden.
Na gebruik
Draai de thermostaat volledig linksom. Hiermee zet u het apparaat uit.
Onderhoud
Als u het apparaat gaat reinigen, zorg dan dat de stekker uit het stopcontact is.

Vaak voorkomende problemen
Apparaat doet helemaal niets:
Geen netspanning?
Controleer de elektrische installatie/stekker.
Oranje lampje brandt, groene lampje niet:
Element defect?
Neem contact op met uw dealer.
Thermostaat defect?
Neem contact op met uw dealer.
Het weggooien van het apparaat
Wanneer het apparaat aan het einde van zijn levensduur is, dit volgens de voorschriften/richtlijnen deponeren.

Verwendungszweck
Das Backblech ist zum Backen von Fleisch, Fisch, Gemüse, Eiern usw. geeignet, wobei die Temperatur von 100°C
bis 300°C einstellbar ist.
Sicherheitsvorschriften
Das Gerät muss an eine 3-Phasen-380-V-Wechselstrom-Anlage geschlossen werden.
Vermeiden Sie Überlastung.
Schalten Sie das Gerät nach dem Gebrauch aus, indem Sie den Schalter in die „off“-Stellung schalten.
Schalten Sie den Schalter beim Reinigen immer in die „off“-Stellung.
Die elektrische Anlage muss den national und örtlich geltenden Vorschriften entsprechen.

Installation
Entfernen Sie die weiße Schutzfolie von den Edelstahlteilen.
Stellen Sie das Gerät auf einen Unterschrank oder schrauben Sie die mitgelieferten Füße unter das Gerät.
Gebrauch
Bringen Sie den Fetteinsatz an.
Schalten Sie den Schalter in die „on“-Stellung. Die orangefarbene Lampe leuchtet auf.
Stellen Sie die gewünschte Temperatur mit dem Thermostat ein. Wenn die eingestellte Temperatur
erreicht ist, leuchtet die grüne Lampe auf.
Sie können jetzt backen.
Nach dem Gebrauch
Schalten Sie das Gerät aus, indem Sie den Schalter in die „off“-Stellung schalten. Die orangefarbene
Lampe erlischt.
Lassen Sie das Backblech abkühlen und reinigen Sie es mit einem Blechmesser.
ACHTUNG! Reinigen Sie das Backblech nie mit einer Stahlbürste.
Reinigen Sie den Fetteinsatz.

Pflege
Schalten Sie den Schalter zum Reinigen immer in die „on“-Stellung.
Den Rahmen mit einem leicht feuchten Tuch reinigen.
Verwenden Sie keine aggressiven oder ätzenden Reinigungsmittel.
Vermeiden Sie bei den elektrischen Komponenten, sofern möglich, den Kontakt mit Wasser.
Störungen
Das Gerät macht gar nichts:
Keine netzspannung?
Kontrollieren Sie die elektrische Anlage.
Die orangefarbene Lampe brennt, Die grüne Lampe brennt nicht:
Element defekt?
Wenden Sie sich an Ihre Lieferant.
Thermosaat defekt?
Wenden Sie sich an Ihre Lieferant.
Entsorgen
Am Ende seiner Lebensdauer muss das Gerät den dann geltenden Vorschriften und Richtlinien entsprechend
entsorgt werden.

Fonction
La plaque de cuisson convient à la cuisson de viandes, poissons, légumes, œufs, etc.
Sa température peut se régler entre 100°C et 300 °C .
Consignes de sécurité
Raccordez uniquement l'appareil à une prise électrique 2P+T de 230/380 VAC.
Évitez les surcharges.
Lorsque vous nettoyez l'appareil, veillez à ce que la fiche ne se trouve pas dans la prise.
L'installation électrique doit répondre aux normes nationales et locales en vigueur.

Installation
Enlevez la feuille de protection.
Fixez les éléments/pièces détaché(e)s.
Posez l'appareil sur une surface plane et stable.
Avant l’utilisation
Avant l'utilisation, nettoyez la plaque de cuisson avec :
Une couche de sel.
Une couche d'huile.
Ensuite, enlevez-les à l'aide de papier essuie-tout.
Utilisation
Fixez la plaque de récupération de la graisse.
Introduisez la fiche dans la prise de courant.
Réglez la température souhaitée à l'aide du thermostat.
La 'veilleuse de contrôle' s'allume. Lorsque la température souhaitée est atteinte, la veilleuse verte
s'allume.
À présent, l'appareil peut être utilisé.
Apres l’utilisation
Pour éteindre l'appareil, faites tourner le bouton du thermostat vers la gauche, jusqu'à sa position limite.

Entretien
Si vous avez l'intention de nettoyer l'appareil, enlevez d'abord la fiche de la prise de
courant.
Problèmes fréquents
L'appareil ne s'allume pas du tout:
Pas de tension électrique?
Contrôlez l'installation électrique/la fiche.
La veilleuse orange est allumée, mais la verte reste éteinte:
L'élément est cassé?
Veuillez contacter votre revendeur.
Le thermostat est cassé?
Veuillez contacter votre revendeur.
Jeter l’appareil
À la fin de la durée de vie de l'appareil, débarrassez-vous de l'appareil en respectant les consignes/instructions
en vigueur.
