Wichtige Informationen
Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
VoIP-Telefon zum Anschluss an das Ethernet. Das Telefon ist schnurgebunden
und für den Betrieb in geschlossenen, trockenen Räumen vorgesehen.
Sicherheitshinweise
Beachten Sie die folgenden Hinweise für einen sicheren und störungsfreien
Betrieb des Geräts. Unsachgemäße oder nicht bestimmungsgemäße
Verwendung kann z. B. zu Funktionseinschränkungen, Zerstörung des Geräts
oder schlimmstenfalls zur Gefährdung von Personen führen. Zusätzliche
handlungsbezogene Warnhinweise finden Sie, wenn nötig, in den betreffenden
Kapiteln.
Lesen Sie die zum Gerät gehörenden Anleitungen und bewahren Sie diese auf.
Sicherer Anschluss
Schließen Sie das Gerät wie in dieser Anleitung beschrieben an. Beachten Sie
die technischen Daten auf dem Typenschild und in dieser Anleitung. Schließen
Sie die Anschlusskabel des Geräts nur an die dafür bestimmten und
fachgerecht installierten Anschlussdosen an. Lassen Sie alle Kabel innerhalb
des Gebäudes von einer Elektrofachkraft verlegen. Beachten Sie auch die
Sicherheitshinweise und technischen Daten in der Betriebsanleitung des
Steckernetzteils COMfortel® D-XT-PS.
Verwenden Sie ausschließlich Originalzubehör und Originalersatzteile.
Ungeeignete Headsets, externe Lautsprecher oder Hörer können zu
Gehörschäden führen oder die Sprachverbindung stören. Beachten Sie die
technischen Daten zum Anschluss eines Headsets.
Standortbedingungen
Betreiben Sie das Telefon nur in geschlossenen, trockenen Räumen.
Decken Sie das Gerät nicht ab.
Herabfallende Gegenstände können das Glas des Displays beschädigen.
Platzieren Sie das Gerät so, dass es vor herabfallenden Gegenständen
geschützt ist.
Einsatzbegrenzung
Nehmen Sie ein beschädigtes Gerät nicht in Betrieb.
Verzichten Sie während eines Gewitters auf das Berühren des Geräts.
Setzen Sie das Gerät nicht ein für lebenserhaltende Systeme oder
Anwendungen innerhalb nuklearer Einrichtungen. Vor dem Einsatz des Geräts
für solche Anwendungen benötigen Sie zwingend eine auf den Einzelfall
zugeschnittene schriftliche Zustimmung/Erklärung des Herstellers.

Erforderliche Kenntnisse für die Einrichtung
Unvollständige oder fehlerhafte Einrichtung kann zur Gefährdung von
Personen führen, zum Beispiel aufgrund nicht durchführbarer Notrufe.
Die Einrichtung des Produkts erfolgt über das Telefon oder über einen
integrierten Webserver, dessen Seiten per Webbrowser aufgerufen werden.
Die zugehörige Hilfe ist in englischer, deutscher oder französischer Sprache
vorhanden.
Wenn Sie mit diesen Sprachen und den verwendeten Fachbegriffen nicht
vertraut sind, ziehen Sie eine fachlich und sprachlich geeignete Fachkraft hinzu.
Reparatur
Öffnen Sie das Gerät nicht. Nur der Hersteller darf das Gerät öffnen und
reparieren.
Behandeln bzw. verpacken Sie das Gerät im Falle eines beschädigten
Displays sorgfältig. Es besteht Verletzungsgefahr.
Reinigung
Achtung: In das Gehäuse eindringende Flüssigkeiten können das
Gerät beschädigen oder zerstören.
•Reinigen Sie das Gerät nur mit einem trockenen Tuch.

Garantiebedingungen
1. Die Auerswald GmbH & Co. KG, Vor den Grashöfen 1, 38162 Cremlingen, Germany, gewährt als Hersteller auf
dieses Produkt 24 Monate Herstellergarantie ab Kaufdatum.
2. Dies bedeutet für Sie als Verbraucher: Wir garantieren, dass unsere Geräte bei der Übergabe fehlerfrei sind und
sorgen 24 Monate ab diesem Datum für eine kostenlose Reparatur oder liefern kostenfrei Ersatz, falls ein
Herstellungsfehler auftritt und verzichten auf den durch Sie als Verbraucher zu führenden Nachweis wie bei der
gesetzlichen Gewährleistung, dass dieser Fehler zum Zeitpunkt der Übergabe schon vorhanden war. Bei der
Reparatur oder der Ersatzlieferung verwenden wir entweder neue oder neuwertige Teile. Dem Gerät evtl.
entnommene Teile gehen in unser Eigentum über und dürfen vernichtet werden.
3. Neben dieser Garantie stehen dem Kunden in vollem Umfang die gesetzlichen Rechte aus der
Mängelgewährleistung auf der Grundlage des Kaufvertrages gegenüber dem Lieferanten zu. Die gesetzliche
Mängelgewährleistung betrifft aber im Gegensatz zu unserer Herstellergarantie nur die Beschaffenheit zum Zeitpunkt
des Verkaufs (Übergabe).
4. Sie können diese Garantie nur in Anspruch nehmen, wenn Sie das fehlerhafte Gerät mit einem eindeutigen
Kaufbeleg (Rechnung oder Kassenbeleg) auf Ihre Kosten an die Auerswald GmbH & Co. KG bzw. außerhalb
Deutschlands an unseren Generalimporteur oder Distributor vor Ort einsenden. Fügen Sie dieser Einsendung bitte
eine ausführliche Fehlerbeschreibung bei und geben Sie bitte auch für eventuelle Nachfragen Ihre Telefonnummer an.
Um Transportschäden zu vermeiden, sorgen Sie bitte für eine geeignete Transportverpackung (z. B.
Originalverpackung mit Umkarton).
5. Ausgeschlossen von der Herstellergarantie sind Schäden, die durch unsachgemäße Behandlung,
Bedienungsfehler, Missbrauch, äußere Einflüsse, Blitzschlag/Überspannung, Veränderungen des Produkts sowie
Anbauten entstehen. Des Weiteren ausgeschlossen sind Verschleißteile (z. B. Batterien, Sicherungen, Akkus,
Speicherkarten), sowie durch Verschleißteile entstandene Schäden (z. B. durch das Auslaufen von Batterien).
Ebenfalls ausgeschlossen sind Transportschäden, Folgeschäden, Kosten für Ausfall- und Wegezeiten.
6. Die Garantie erlischt bei Reparaturen durch nicht autorisierte Stellen.
Erstinbetriebnahme
Hinweis: Diese Anleitung beschreibt die Erstinbetriebnahme ohne
Provisioning.
1. Montieren Sie den Gerätefuß, siehe Abbildung A 1.
2. Schließen Sie das Gerät an, siehe Abbildung A 2.
Das Gerät startet.
Das Firmenlogo erscheint für 2 – 3 Minuten.

Die Nachrichtentaste blinkt.
Auf dem Display erscheint ein Hinweis, dass nach Provisioning-Dateien
gesucht wird. Gleichzeitig wird die IP-Adresse des Telefons oben rechts
angezeigt.
3. Notieren Sie die IP-Adresse.
Hinweis: Nehmen Sie die Einstellungen im Anschluss so vor:
•Navigieren Sie in Listen mit den Pfeilen ▲▼ oder per Touch.
•Geben Sie Ziffern und Zeichen entweder mit der Wähltastatur oder
über die Bildschirmtastatur ein.
•Bestätigen Sie Ihre Auswahl oder Eingabe mit OK .
Sprache und Standort einstellen
1. Drücken Sie Country.
2. Öffnen Sie Phone language.
3. Stellen Sie die Sprache für das Telefon ein (hier: Deutsch).
Die Menüsprache wechselt.
4. Öffnen Sie Standort.
5. Stellen Sie den Standort des Telefons ein.
6. Öffnen Sie Sprache Weboberfläche.
7. Stellen Sie die Sprache für die Weboberfläche ein.
8. Drücken Sie Zurück .
Sie gelangen zurück zur Ersteinrichtung.
9. Für die weitere Einrichtung gibt es folgende Alternativen:
•Drücken Sie WebUI , um Zugriff > Web-Administration (https) zu
aktivieren. Sie können jetzt weitere Einstellungen komfortabel in der
Weboberfläche vornehmen. Siehe Weboberfläche öffnen .
•Drücken Sie Abbruch, um weitere Einstellungen am Telefon
vorzunehmen. Siehe Identität am Telefon einrichten.
Die Ersteinrichtung wird geschlossen.
Identität am Telefon einrichten
1. Öffnen Sie > Einstellungen > Identitäten.
Sie gelangen in eine Liste mit nicht eingerichteten Identitäten .
2. Öffnen Sie eine nicht eingerichtete Identität.
3. Geben Sie die im Anschluss aufgeführten Daten ein, abhängig von der
Betriebsart.
Hinweis: Für Zahleneingaben entweder die Zifferntasten lange drücken
oder die Bildschirmtastatur nutzen.

4. Geben Sie unter Displayname den Namen ein, der im Display des
Gerätes angezeigt werden soll.
5. Tragen Sie die Authentifizierungs-ID ein wie vom Provider geliefert.
6. Setzen Sie den Haken bei aktiv um die Identität zu aktivieren.
Damit ist die Ersteinrichtung abgeschlossen. Alle weiteren Einstellungen
sind optional.
Weboberfläche öffnen
1. Geben Sie in die Adresszeile des Browsers die IP-Adresse des Telefons ein.
2. Geben Sie Benutzername und Passwort ein, beides admin im
Auslieferzustand.
3. Klicken Sie auf Login.
Achtung: Passwörter im Auslieferzustand stellen ein Sicherheitsrisiko
dar. Während des Login-Dialoges wird ein Passwort nach sicheren
Vorgaben erzwungen.

Important Information
Proper Use
VoIP telephone for connection to Ethernet network. The telephone is not
cordless, and is intended for use in enclosed, dry spaces.
Safety Information
To ensure that you are able to use the device safely and without faults, comply
with the notes below. Improper use may, for example, cause functional
restrictions, destruction of the device or, in a worst case scenario, personal
injury. You will find any necessary additional warning notices about using the
device in the relevant sections.
Read the instructions for the device and keep them for future reference.
Connecting Safely
Connect the device as described in these Instructions. Take note of the
technical data on the type plate and in these Instructions. Only connect the
device's connection cables to wall sockets that are designed for that purpose,
and that have been properly installed. Arrange for a qualified electrician to
install all the cables inside the building. Also refer to the safety information and
technical data in the COMfortel® D-XT-PS plug-in power supply unit instruction
manual.
Only use original accessories and original replacement parts. Non-approved
headsets, external loudspeakers, or receivers, may cause hearing damage or
interfere with the voice connection. Take note of the technical information about
connecting a headset.
Location Characteristics
Only operate the telephone in enclosed, dry spaces.
Never cover the device.
Limitations on Use
Never use a damaged device.
Do not touch the device during an electrical storm.
Falling objects can damage the glass on the display. Put the device
somewhere where it is protected against falling objects.
Necessary Knowledge for Configuration
Incomplete or incorrect configuration can create a personal hazard e.g.
because emergency calls cannot be made.
The product is configured using the telephone or an integrated web server
whose pages are accessed using a web browser. The associated help is
provided in English, German or French.
If you are not familiar with these languages, and the technical terms that are
used, seek support from someone who has the necessary technical and
language skills.

Repair
Do not open the device. Only the manufacturer is permitted to open the device
and repair it.
If the display is damaged, be careful when handling and packing the device.
There is a risk of injury.
Cleaning
Caution: Liquids penetrating the casing can damage or destroy the
device.
•Only clean the device with a dry cloth.

Conditions of Guarantee
1. Auerswald GmbH & Co. KG, Vor den Grashöfen 1, 38162 Cremlingen, Germany, grants 24 months Manufacturer's
Warranty from the date of purchase, as the manufacturer of this product.
2. For you, as a consumer, this means: We guarantee that our devices are error-free when supplied. If a manufacturing
error is identified within 24 months of the delivery date we will repair or replace the device free of charge without you,
as the consumer, having to provide the usual legally required proof that this fault was present when you received the
device. We either use new parts or parts in mint condition for the repair or replacement delivery. Any parts removed
from the device become our property and can be destroyed by us.
3. In addition to this warranty, you have the unlimited legal right to claim against the supplier on the basis of the terms
of the warranty for defects on the basis of the purchase contract. However, in contrast to our Manufacturer's Warranty,
the legal warranty for defects only applies to the device's state when sold (handover).
4. You can only claim against this warranty if you return the faulty device to Auerswald GmbH & Co. KG or our local
general importer or distributor, outside Germany, at your own cost, with a valid proof of purchase (invoice or till receipt).
When you return it to us, please provide a detailed description of the fault that has occurred, and also tell us your
telephone number, in case we need to contact you. To prevent shipping damage, provide suitable transport packaging
(e.g. original packaging with a secondary shipping box).
5. The Manufacturer's Warranty excludes damage caused by mishandling, operating errors, misuse, external
influences, lightning strikes/power surges, modifications to the product and extensions. Also excluded are wearing
parts (e.g. batteries, fuses, rechargeable batteries and memory cards) and damage caused by wearing parts (e.g. if
batteries go flat). Shipping damage, consequential damage, and costs arising from down times and travel times are
also excluded.
6. The warranty is cancelled if repairs are carried out by unauthorised agents.
Initial Commissioning
Note: These Instructions describe how to perform initial commissioning
without provisioning.
1. Mount the device stand. See Figure A 1.
2. Connect the device. See Figure A 2.
The device starts operating.
The company logo is displayed for 2 to 3 minutes.
The Message key flashes.

The system displays a message that it is searching for provisioning files.
The telephone's IP address is shown at the top of the display, on the right,
at the same time.
3. Write down the IP address.
Note: Then make these settings:
•Use the ▲▼ arrows or touch the screen to navigate in the list.
•Enter numbers and characters, either using the keypad or the screen
keyboard.
•Press OK to confirm your selection or entry.
Configuring the language and location
1. Press Country.
2. Select Phone language.
3. Configure the language for the telephone (here: English).
The menu language changes.
4. Select Location.
5. Set the telephone's location.
6. Select Language web interface.
7. Configure the language for the web interface.
8. Press Back .
You return to the initial configuration.
9. To make more configuration settings, do one of the following:
•Press WebUI to enable Access > Web administration (https). You can
now conveniently configure additional settings in the web interface. See
Opening the web interface.
•Press Cancel to configure additional settings on the telephone. See
Configuring an identity on the telephone.
Initial configuration is closed.
Configuring an identity on the telephone
1. Select > Settings > Identity.
You access a list of unconfigured identities.
2. Open an unconfigured identity.
3. Then enter the data that is then listed, which differs depending on the
operating mode.
Note: To enter numbers, either press and hold down the number keys
or use the screen keyboard.

4. In the entry field under Displayname, enter the name that is to be
displayed on the device's display.
5. Enter the Authentication ID supplied by the provider.
6. Select the active option to activate the identity.
This completes initial setup. All other settings are optional.
Opening the web interface
1. Enter the telephone's IP address in the browser's address line.

Conexión segura

Reparaciones

3. Anote la dirección IP.

Configurar la identidad en el teléfono
1. Abra > Ajustes > Identidades.
Accederá a una lista con identidades no configuradas.
2. Abra una identidad no configurada.
3. A continuación, introduzca los datos indicados a continuación según el
modo de funcionamiento.
Nota: Para introducir números debe mantener pulsadas de forma
prolongada las teclas numéricas o utilizar el teclado de pantalla.

4. En Nombre en pantalla, introduzca el nombre que debe mostrarse en la
pantalla del dispositivo.
5. Introduzca la ID de autenticación facilitada por su proveedor.
6. Marque activo para activar la identidad.
Con ello se da por finalizada la configuración inicial. El resto de ajustes son
opcionales.
Abrir interfaz web
1. En la línea de dirección del navegador, introduzca la dirección IP del
teléfono.
2. Introduzca el nombre de usuario y la contraseña, en ambos casos admin
en la configuración de fábrica.
3. Haga clic en Iniciar sesión.
Atención: Las contraseñas de la configuración de fábrica constituyen
un riesgo para la seguridad. Durante el proceso de inicio de sesión se le
solicitará una nueva contraseña segura.

Υποδείξεις ασφαλείας
Τηρείτε τις ακόλουθες υποδείξεις για μια ασφαλή και χωρίς διαταραχές
λειτουργία της συσκευής. Η ακατάλληλη ή μη προβλεπόμενη χρήση μπορεί να
οδηγήσει π.χ. σε λειτουργικούς περιορισμούς, στην καταστροφή της συσκευής

Ασφαλής σύνδεση
Συνδέστε τη συσκευή, όπως περιγράφεται σε αυτές τις οδηγίες. Τηρείτε τα

Συνθήκες τοποθεσίας
Λειτουργείτε το τηλέφωνο μόνο σε κλειστούς, ξηρούς χώρους.
Μην καλύπτετε τη συσκευή.
Η πτώση αντικειμένων μπορεί να προκαλέσει ζημιές στο κρύσταλλο της
οθόνης. Τοποθετήστε τη συσκευή κατά τέτοιον τρόπο, ώστε να προστατεύεται
από πτώση αντικειμένων.
Περιορισμοί χρήσης
Μην θέτετε σε λειτουργία μια συσκευή που έχει υποστεί βλάβη.
Αποφεύγετε κατά τη διάρκεια καταιγίδων την επαφή με τη συσκευή.
Μην χρησιμοποιείτε τη συσκευή σε συστήματα υποστήριξης ζωτικών
λειτουργιών ή σε εφαρμογές μέσα σε πυρηνικές εγκαταστάσεις. Πριν από τη

Η ελλιπής ή εσφαλμένη ρύθμιση ενδέχεται να θέσει σε κίνδυνο άτομα, για
παράδειγμα λόγω μη εκτελέσιμων κλήσεων έκτακτης ανάγκης.

Η ρύθμιση του προϊόντος πραγματοποιείται μέσω του τηλεφώνου ή μέσω ενός
ενσωματωμένου διακομιστή web, του οποίου οι σελίδες καλούνται μέσω ενός
προγράμματος περιήγησης στο web. Η σχετική βοήθεια διατίθεται στην
αγγλική, γερμανική ή στη γαλλικά γλώσσα.
Αν δεν είστε εξοικειωμένοι με αυτές τις γλώσσες και τους χρησιμοποιούμενους ειδικούς
όρους, συμβουλευτείτε τεχνικά και γλωσσικά κατάλληλο εξειδικευμένο προσωπικό.
Επισκευή
Μην ανοίγετε τη συσκευή. Το άνοιγμα και η επισκευή της συσκευής
επιτρέπονται μόνο από τον κατασκευαστή.
Σε περίπτωση πρόκλησης ζημιάς στην οθόνη, χειριστείτε ή συσκευάστε

Πληροφορηθείτε από τη δημοτική ή τοπική αρχή για τις δυνατότητες

θέλετε να αναλάβουμε εμείς την απόρριψη, στείλτε τη συσκευή σας με

3. Εκτός από την παρούσα εγγύηση ο πελάτης δικαιούται πλήρως τα νόμιμα δικαιώματα, όπως προκύπτουν από την
εγγύηση περί ελαττωμάτων βάσει της σύμβασης αγοράς απέναντι στον προμηθευτή. Η νόμιμη εγγύηση περί
ελαττωμάτων αφορά ωστόσο σε αντίθεση με τη δική μας εγγύηση κατασκευαστή μόνο την κατάσταση κατά το χρονικό
σημείο της πώλησης (παράδοση).
4. Μπορείτε να επωφεληθείτε της παρούσας εγγύησης μόνο αν στείλετε την ελαττωματική συσκευή μαζί με μια σαφή
απόδειξη αγοράς (τιμολόγιο ή απόδειξη) με δικά σας έξοδα στην Auerswald GmbH & Co. KG ή εκτός Γερμανίας σε
δικό μας γενικό εισαγωγέα ή τοπικό διανομέα. Στην αποστολή συμπεριλάβετε λεπτομερή περιγραφή του σφάλματος

χειρισμού, εσφαλμένη χρήση, εξωτερικές επιρροές, αστραπές/υπέρταση, μετατροπές στο προϊόν, καθώς και
επεκτάσεις. Επιπλέον, εξαιρούνται τα εξαρτήματα φθοράς (π. χ. μπαταρίες, ασφάλειες, συσσωρευτές, κάρτες
αποθήκευσης), καθώς και οι ζημιές που προκαλούνται από εξαρτήματα φθοράς (π.χ. λόγω διαρροής των μπαταριών).
Επίσης, εξαιρούνται οι ζημιές κατά τη μεταφορά, οι επακόλουθες ζημιές, τα κόστη αστοχιών και των διαστημάτων
μετακινήσεων.
6. Η εγγύηση παύει να ισχύει όταν οι επισκευές εκτελούνται από μη εξουσιοδοτημένα άτομα.
