Ste by Ste Instructions
(1) Remove Posture Brace from Packaging and hold by the shoulder straps
as shown.
(2) Put your right Arm through the right shoulder strap.
( ) Put your left Arm through the left shoulder strap.
(4) Position the shoulder straps as far onto your shoulder as possible.
(5) Hold the Brace by the belt straps (A,B) and pull straps down to position
the back of the brace as low on your back as possible.
(6) Put the left Belt strap (A) over your abdomen with a gentle tightness.
(7) Position the right belt strap (B) with the Velcro over the left belt (A) and
tighten belt to your liking. Note that if too loose the brace will move up
while wearing it and lose effectiveness but if too tight it reduces comfort
level and care must be taken not to hinder your blood supply.
(8) To tighten the shoulder straps simply pull on the looped straps (C)
conveniently located at the buckle (D) on your shoulder. You may put
your fingers through the loop (C) to do this. Tighten as much as possible
without too much discomfort and take care not to stop the blood supply.
If over tightened or to take the brace off, simply lift the buckle (D) up at
the front only (E).
(9) Sometimes, when tightening, the padding under the shoulder strap can
bunch up a little. If this happens simply pull the padding it as far back as
possible by pulling it back on the loop (F).
(10)When you are completely satisfied with the fit of the brace you can feed
the strap (C) through the padding loops (F) to stop it from dangling.
(11)This is how the Brace should look from the front when applied correctly.
(12)This is how the Brace should look from the Back when applied correctly.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
This posture Brace is designed to pull your shoulders back in the same manner as
a traditional Figure 8 Brace but with added comfort. Whilst this brace is more
comfortable than other braces, some discomfort is to be expected as it forces
your shoulders back and restricts the movement of your arms.
