TECHNICAL INFORMATION
SpecificationS
Step 1-Press the device push pad to the desired seng. (this can be fully
depressed or less than fully depressed).
Step 2- While depressing the push pad, apply power. (i.e. presenng the
credenal to the reader).
Step 3- Connue to keep pad depressed, the device will beep 6 mes. Aer the
beeps have stopped, release the pad and now the adjustment is complete.
If not to your liking repeat the three steps. That’s all there is to it.

Push pad is depressed. Device is
re-adjusng
Over-travel or mechanical
obstrucon
> 28V unit will shut down. Check voltage & adjust to 24 V.
< 22V unit will shut down. Check voltage & adjust to 24 V.
Device will automacally re-engage within 5 seconds.
Check to make sure the push pad is not stuck or catching on
anything.
trouBleShooting & DiagnoSticS
4 Beeps Failed Sensor Verify all 3 sensor wires are installed correctly. Replace sensor if
problem persists by contacng oce.
• Input Voltage: 24VDC +/- 10%
• Average Latch Retracon Current: 1.3 Amp
• Average Holding Current: 170 mA
• Wire gauge: Minimum 20 gauge
If mechanical obstrucon, remove & push pad down unl
beeping stops to reset. If no obstrucon, the pad may have
been pushed in too far during PTS calibraon. Recalibrate
with the pad slightly out. If problem persists, verify the
magnet is within 1/4” of the sensor at the end of travel.
**Important Info**
Make sure to set PTS before nishing installaon!

• Slide the push pad back
unl it clears the front
acvang bracket.
• Slide forward to remove
push pad.
• Remove the dogging
assembly and slide o the
push pad.
*Recommended but not required
• Cover the 2 pins with super lube
provided to top, boom and end of 2
points on aaching bracket.
Magnet
Twist
• Place aaching bracket into the
back of the housing at an angle
with magnet side the furthest
back. Twist to straighten so the
two-greased points t into the
exisng baserail groves.

• Drop the front arms onto the back
acvang bracket.
• Make sure scissor brackets are
at an angle so the motor mount
can easily t into the baserail.
• Extend ball screw all the
way.
Note: Be careful loosening screws as scissors will fall o.

• Place the back of the
motor rst. Feeding the
connector thru the back
end cap.

• Slide motor all the way
to the back of the device.
• Visually conrm the
hooks will clear the
boom the devices
acvang bracket ( the
gold strip).
• Push down on acvang
bracket (1) then push
down on motor mount
hooks (2) to snap into
place.

• Conrm motor has seated
properly but see if the boom
bracket is sing ush on the
baserail.

• Firmly hand ghten all
4 screws to secure motor
mount. Starng with the back
2 rst.
• Tighten 2 screws on aaching
hook to prevent device from
sliding o of back aaching
bracket.
• With Allen wrench
provided, Push tab back
unl screws line up.

• To set the motor assembly
in the proper locaon.
Depress the acvang
brackets all the way
down. Conrm nothing is
prevenng them from fully
depressing. Where the
assembly stops is the spot,
hold the motor here.

• Depress push pad &
set PTS adjustment.
• Re-install push
pad by inserng
into the back
acvang bracket
rst.
• Aer clearing the
front acvang
bracket up slide
forward securing
the pad to the front
acvang bracket.
