Before use...
After unpacking please check packing list to ensure all components are supplied.
Notify Condor immediately if there is any damage
ASSEMBLY
This trailer is not supplied as a kitset but will require some assembly -
Fit wheels (ensure nuts are correctly tightened)
Connect dispensing hose to outlet tting at the rear of the trailer (black tting)
Connect dispensing nozzle to hose (white tting)
Connect short hose from pump to agitator under the tank.
Check tyre pressures are correct at 12-15 PSI
Fill motor with oil to correct level (see separate pump instructions)
Fill fuel tank with 91 Octane petrol .
Ensure tank and pipework are clean and free from debris– we recommend
you run pump with clean water and drain before lling with milk.
DO NOT run pump without casing being lled with liquid
Operation...
Fill tank with milk to required level using the level indicator on the side of the tank
Ensure pump casing is full by releasing air from the priming bung on the top of the
pump casing.
Start motor (see separate pump instructions) we recommend that the agitation
valve (A) is left open slightly to ensure circulation of milk through the pump at all times.
For mixing milk powder close valve B and open valve A completely and increase pump
speed with throttle control.
For normal dispensing motor speed will not need to be much above idle speed.
The delivery of milk can be regulated by the nozzle and/or the valve (B) at the pump
For use of the milk meter please see separate instructions.
After use...
When feeding is completed thoroughly clean out tank , hose and pump by rinsing with
clean water. Run pump for 2 minutes to ensure all hoses pump and ttings are clean.
To drain tank, disconnect coupling under the back of the tank
Never leave milk in the tanker or pump casing when you have completed feeding.
(to drain pump remove bung from the bottom of the casing)
Once a week ll with warm soapy water and run pump for 5 minutes, drain and rinse
with clean water and drain.
There is a hose tting in the top of the tank to connect a hose to operate the
rinsing nozzle. This will help cleaning the top of the tank inside.
Connect delivery hose to tank
Connect delivery hose to meter
Priming bung

Disconnect tting to drain tank
Pump drain bung
