Warranty
Complete and return the warranty card within the next 15 days to confirm purchase.
For a limited warranty of 1 year from the date of purchase, except for heated glove liners that are guaranteed for 90 days, CONFORTECK EQUIPMENTS INC. reserves the
right to repair or replace the defective ConforTeck™ product free of charge if defective in material and workmanship. This Limited Warranty does not include damage
caused by accidents, neglect, misuse or improper installation, operation or removal of Serial Number, or any modification made to the seal of protection. Do not
immerse. Any use in excess of the specifications shall be deemed abuse and all repairs thereafter shall be sole liability of the end-user/purchaser.
CONFORTECK EQUIPMENTS INC. disclaims all other warranties expressed or implied including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose, except to the extent that any warranties implied by law cannot be validly waived.
No oral or written information, advice or representation provided by CONFORTECK EQUIPMENTS INC., its Authorized Service Centers, Distributors, Dealers, Agents or
employees, shall create another warranty or modify this warranty. This warranty states CONFORTECK EQUIPMENTS INC. entire liability and your exclusive remedy against
CONFORTECK EQUIPMENTS INC. for any failure of the ConforTeck™ to operate properly.
Neither CONFORTECK EQUIPMENTS INC. nor anyone else involved in the development, production, or delivery of this ConforTeck™ product shall be liable for any
indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from the use of or inability to use the product, even if advised
by the end-user/purchaser of the possibility of such damages. Since some Provinces do not allow the above limitation of liability, such limitation may not apply to you.
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from Province to Province.
Safe use of our ConforTeck™ products shall be your sole responsibility.
CAUTION!
ConforTeck™ products are not a substitute for appropriate clothing.
To eliminate the risk of Burns, use this product according to manufacturer’s
instructions. On a regular basis, check the part of the body that is exposed to
the heat to avoid burns.
CAUTION!
Persons with circulatory problems or suffering from diabetes or paralysis should
consult a physician before using this equipment. Anyone who is experiencing
difficulty in sensing heat on the skin or who is unable to express him/herself
normally SHOULD NEVER use this product. In case of doubt, consult your doctor.
Return of damaged merchandise
CONFORTECK EQUIPMENTS INC. warrants this product for 1 year, except for heated glove liners that are guaranteed for 90 days. Along with the product to return, you
must enclose the original of your receipt. For any defective product, CONFORTECK EQUIPMENTS INC. reserves the right to repair or replace the product. Any misuse of
the product or modification made to the seal of protection will automatically void the warranty. Customer must assume shipping costs.
Before returning any product, you must get a return number from our customer service by e-mail to : info2@conforteck.com or by phone at : 1877.977.3266. Have on
hand the serial number of the product. Give us a detailed description of the problem. Each return number is unique and valid for 10 days. The product should get to
our service facility within this period. Clearly identify the return number on the delivery slip as well as on the shipping box. If the product is sent with no return number,
we will have no choice but to send it back to the shipper at his own expenses. The product must be returned in its original box along with all accessories and manuals.
IMPORTANT : Return will not be accepted if some of the parts are missing.

ConforTeck™products are covered by a guarantee of satisfaction for a period of 10 days following the date of purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied,
contact us within that period for a return authorization number (RMA). Send us the undamaged merchandise in its original packaging and we will refund you the full
purchase price, tax included less 20% for handling and re-stocking charges. Shipping charges are not reimbursable. Shipping charges for return are at your expense.
Returns without an authorization number will be refused and returned to the sender at his/her expense. The different points of sale are free to handle the guarantee of
satisfaction at their own discretion.
