• Der Akku ist im Produkt fest eingebaut, Sie können den Akku nicht wechseln.

besteht Explosions- und Brandgefahr! Die Hülle des LiPo-Akkus besteht nicht wie

dünnen Blech, sondern nur aus einer empndlichen Kunststofffolie.
• Schließen Sie die Kontakte/Anschlüsse des Akkus niemals kurz. Werfen Sie den
Akku bzw. das Produkt nicht ins Feuer. Es besteht Explosions- und Brandgefahr!
• Laden Sie den Akku regelmäßig nach, auch wenn das Produkt nicht benötigt wird.
Durch die verwendete Akkutechnik ist dabei keine vorherige Entladung des Akkus
erforderlich.
• Laden Sie den Akku des Produkts niemals unbeaufsichtigt.
• Platzieren Sie das Produkt beim Ladevorgang auf einer hitzeunempndlichen
Oberäche. Eine gewisse Erwärmung beim Ladevorgang ist normal.

Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Verwenden Sie den Barcode Scanner zum schnellen und zuverlässigen Lesen gängiger
Barcodes, wie z.B. UPC, EAN Barcodes. Der integrierte Akku reicht für bis zu 13 Stunden
oder bis zu 36,000 EAN-13 Lesevorgängen. Die Datenübertragung zu einem Mobilgerät erfolgt
mittels Bluetooth®unter Verwendung einer App. Der Barcode Scanner besitzt den Schutzgrad
IP57. Eine Verwendung zum Scannen ist auch im Freien und nassen Umgebungsbedingungen
erlaubt. Das Aufaden ist nur in geschlossenen Räumen, also nicht im Freien erlaubt. Der
Kontakt mit Feuchtigkeit, z.B. im Badezimmer u.ä. ist unbedingt zu vermeiden.
Aus Sicherheits- und Zulassungsgründen dürfen Sie das Produkt nicht umbauen und/oder
verändern. Falls Sie das Produkt für andere Zwecke verwenden, als zuvor beschrieben,
kann das Produkt beschädigt werden. Außerdem kann eine unsachgemäße Verwendung
Gefahren wie z.B. Kurzschluss, Brand, Stromschlag, etc. hervorrufen. Lesen Sie sich die

c) Rechargeable battery
• The rechargeable battery is built into the product and cannot be replaced.
• Never attempt to damage the rechargeable battery. Damaging the casing of
the rechargeable battery may cause an explosion or a re! Unlike conventional
batteries (e.g. AA or AAA), the casing of the LiPo rechargeable battery is made
from a sensitive plastic lm.
• Never short-circuit the contacts of the rechargeable battery. Do not throw the
battery into open ames. This presents a re hazard and may cause an explosion.
• Charge the battery regularly, even when you are not using the scanner. You do not
need to discharge the battery before charging it.
• Never leave the battery unattended when it is charging.
• When charging, place the product on a surface that is not heat-sensitive. It is
normal that a certain amount of heat is generated during charging.

Intended use
This barcode scanner is designed to scan conventional barcodes (e.g. UPC or EAN).
The built-in rechargeable battery lasts for up 13 hours or 36,000 EAN-13 scans. Data can be
transferred to a mobile device using Bluetooth®and a mobile app. The barcode scanner has
an IP57 protection rating, making it suitable for indoor and outdoor use. However, it should
only be charged indoors. Contact with moisture, e.g. in bathrooms, must be avoided under all
circumstances.
For safety and approval purposes, you must not rebuild and/or modify this product. Using the
product for purposes other than those described above may damage the product. In addition,
improper use can cause hazards such as short circuits, re and electric shocks. Read the
instructions carefully and store them in a safe place. Make this product available to third parties
only together with its operating instructions.
