PRESENTAZIONE
Il contalitri elettronico digitale è progettato per una
facile e precisa misurazione dell’erogazione ed il tra-
vaso di fluidi a bassa, media ed alta viscosità quali oli
lubrificanti, gasolio, antigelo, liquido lavavetri e altri
fluidi compatibili con il materiale costituente il contalitri.
Non è omologato come strumento di misura per tran-
sazioni commerciali.
Il principio di misura ad ingranaggi ovali adottato per-
mette di ottenere elevate precisioni per diversi campi di
portata unitamente a basse perdite di carico.
L’accoppiamento magnetico, tra i 4 magneti installati
negli ingranaggi all’interno della camera di misura
stagna e i 2 sensori magnetici presenti al di fuori della
stessa, permette la trasmissione di impulsi generati
dalla rotazione degli ingranaggi a 800 transizioni/litro
al microprocessore posto nella camera display.
Il corpo con la camera di misura è realizzato in allumi-
nio pressofuso provvisto di bocche d’ingresso / uscita
allineate con filettatura femmina da ½”e ¾” in funzione
del modello.
Nella modalità di erogazione vengono visualizzate le
quantità parziali e totale erogate.
La memoria non volatile, di cui è dotato il contalitri,
permette di mantenere i dati archiviati delle erogazioni
eseguite anche in caso di completa assenza di alimen-
tazione per lunghi periodi.
Tutti i contalitri escono dalla fabbrica con un fattore di
calibrazione definito FACTORY K FACTOR pari a 1,000.
Per ottenere prestazioni ottimali dal contalitri, adattan-
dolo alle caratteristiche intrinseche del fluido da misura-
re, è possibile“calibrare”lo strumento in ogni momento.

PRESENTATION
Le compte-litres électronique numérique est étudié
pour une mesure facile et précise du refoulement et le
transvasement de fluides à basse, moyenne et haute vis-
cosité comme les huiles lubrifiantes, le gasoil, l’antigel,
les liquides lave-glace et autres fluides compatibles avec
la matière qui constitue le compte-litres.
Il n’est pas homologué comme instrument de mesure
pour les transactions commerciales.
Le principe de mesure à engrenages ovales adopté
permet d’obtenir des précisions élevées pour différents
domaines de débit avec de basses pertes de charge.
L’accouplement magnétique, entre 4 aimants installés
dans les engrenages à l’intérieur de la chambre de
mesure étanche et les 2 capteurs magnétiques pré-
sents hors de cette dernière, permet la transmission
d’impulsions engendrées par la rotation des engrenages
à 800 transitions/litre au microprocesseur placé dans la
chambre display.
Le corps avec la chambre de mesure est réalisé en alumi-
nium moulé sous pression pourvu de bouches d’entrée
/ sortie alignées avec filetage femelle de ½” et ¾” en
fonction du modèle.
Dans la modalité de refoulement les quantités partielles
et totales débitées sont affichées.
La mémoire non-volatile, dont est doté le compte-litres,
permet de maintenir en mémoire les données des refou-
lements effectués même en cas d’absence totale d’ali-
mentation pendant de longues périodes.
Tous les compte-litres sortent de l’usine avec un facteur
de calibrage défini FACTORY K FACTOR égal à 1,000.
Pour obtenir des performances optimales du compte-
litres, en l’adaptant aux caractéristiques intrinsèques
du fluide à mesurer, on peut “calibrer” l’instrument à
tout moment.

PRESENTATION
The electronic digital litre-counter is designed for easy
and accurate measuring of the delivery and transfer of
low, medium and high-viscosity fluids such as lubricat-
ing oils, gas oil, antifreeze, window washing liquids and
other fluids compatible with the material of which the
litre-counter is made.
It is not approved as a measuring instrument for com-
mercial transactions.
The principle of measuring with oval gears used ensures
high precision for various flow rate ranges, together
with low pressure losses.
The magnetic coupling between the 4 magnets installed
in the gears inside the sealed measuring chamber and
the 2 magnetic sensors present outside the same ena-
bles the transmission of impulses generated by the
rotation of the gears, at 800 transitions/litre, to the
microprocessor located in the display chamber.
The body with the measuring chamber is in die-cast
aluminium and has aligned inlet/outlet openings with
½” and ¾” thread, depending on the model.
In the delivery mode the partial and total quantities
delivered are displayed.
The litre-counter’s non-volatile memory enables storage
of the data of deliveries carried out, even if it remains
without power for long periods.
All the litre-counters leave the factory with a calibration
factor (FACTORY K FACTOR) equal to 1.000.
The instrument can be “calibrated”at any time in order
to obtain optimum litre-counter performance.

INSTALLAZIONE
Inserire le batterie nel vano batterie del contalitri secon-
do la polarità indicata nell’etichetta posta nel vano stes-
so, vedi fig. 28 a pag. 26. Premere il pulsante RESET o
TOTAL per l’accensione del contalitri.
Il contalitri può essere installato sia come installazione
fissa su una linea, sia come installazione mobile su una
pistola di erogazione, pompa travaso e bar olio (fig. 3b).
Applicare il sigillante nei punti indicati.
Il contalitri avrà un solo verso positivo di erogazione
rilevabile (vedi fig. 3a).
Durante una erogazione con flusso inverso il display
avrà il registro del parziale erogato sempre a valore
ZERO (scritta lampeggiante) e non ci saranno varia-
zioni dei registri TOTAL e RESET TOTAL. (fig. 4 pagina
successiva)

INSTALLATION
Insert the batteries in the battery compartment of the
litre-counter according to the polarity indicated on the
label placed in the compartment, see fig. 28 on page
26. Press the RESET button or TOTAL to switch on the
litre-counter.
The litre-counter can be installed as a fixed installation
in a line, or as a movable installation on a delivery gun,
transfer pump and oil bar (fig. 3b). Apply the sealant at
the places indicated.
The litre-counter will have only one positive delivery
direction (see fig. 3a).
During a delivery with reverse flow the display will
have the register of the partial delivered always at
value ZERO (message flashing) and there will not be
any variations of the TOTAL and RESET TOTAL registers.

INSTALLATION
Insérer les piles dans le logement piles du compte-litres
selon la polarité indiquée sur l’étiquette placée dans le
logement, voir fig. 28 page 26. Appuyer sur le bouton
RESET ou TOTAL pour la mise en marche du compte-
litres.
Le compte-litres peut être installé aussi bien comme
installation fixe sur une ligne que comme installation
mobile sur un pistolet de refoulement, pompe de trans-
vasement et bar huile (fig. 3b). Appliquer la colle pour
sceller aux points indiqués.
Le compte-litres aura un seul sens positif de refoule-
ment décelable (voir fig. 3a).
Pendant un refoulement avec flux inverse le display
aura toujours le registre du partiel débité sur la valeur
ZERO (inscription clignotante) et il n’y aura pas de varia-
tion des registres TOTAL et RESET TOTAL. (fig. 4 page
suivante)

ATTIVAZIONE DEL DISPLAY
Il display va in stand-by dopo 20 sec di inattività. La riat-
tivazione del display dopo lo stand-by avviene tramite il
passaggio di liquido attraverso il contalitri o premendo
il tasto RESET.
MODO DI FUNZIONAMENTO MANUALE
Sono disponibili n° 2 tipi di registri delle erogazioni
effettuate.
TOTAL= registro totale generale (fig. 5)
TOTAL reset = registro totale azzerabile (fig. 6).
Nella visualizzazione attiva (fig. 5) sarà presente il regi-
stro TOTAL.
Durante l’erogazione verrà visualizzato il registro TOTAL
Reset (fig. 6) e continuerà a rimanere visibile per 5 sec
prima di ritornare alla visualizzazione del registroTOTAL
(fig. 5).
Il registroTOTAL reset è azzerabile solo durante la visua-
lizzazione attiva del contalitri stesso.
AZZERAMENTO TOTAL RESET
Per l’azzeramento richiamare la visualizzazione del regi-
stro TOTAL Reset premendo senza rilasciare il pulsante
TOTAL per alcuni secondi (3 sec), dopo aver visualizza-
to il registro TOTAL Reset premere il tasto RESET. Dopo
queste operazioni il registroTOTAL reset risulterà essere
azzerato.
L’Unità di misura dei due Totali può essere la stessa
oppure può essere diversa a seconda delle impostazioni
di fabbrica (vedi menù personalizzazioni).
Il registro TOTAL corrispondente al registro Totale del
contalitri non è mai azzerabile dall’utente.
Il registroTOTAL riuscirà a conteggiare erogazioni fino a
un totale di 999999000dopo tale cifra il contatore riparti-
rà da Zero. In particolare la progressione del conteggio
del registro del totaleTOTAL visualizzerà dopo il numero
99999.9 il moltiplicatore x10 utilizzando successivamen-
te il moltiplicatore x100 e x1000 (fig. 7).
EROGAZIONE CON VISUALIZZAZIONE DELLA
PORTATA ISTANTANEA
Durante l’erogazione è possibile visualizzare la portata
istantanea in aggiunta al parziale erogato (fig. 8).
Per attivare questa modalità si dovrà tornare alla visua-
lizzazione del registro TOTAL (fig. 5) e premere breve-
mente il pulsante TOTAL (fig. 1): si attiva uno switch che
alterna la visualizzazione del contatore TOTAL al visua-
lizzatore della portata istantanea FLOW RATE
La portata istantanea sarà sempre espressa inUnità del
parziale/minuto.
La visualizzazione del contatore total
e portata istantanea flow rate non e’
possibile durante l’erogazione del fluido.

DISPLAY ACTIVATION
The display goes on standby mode after 20 seconds
of inactivity. Reactivation of the display after standby
occurs by means of the flow of liquid through the litre-
counter or by pressing the RESET button.
MANUAL MODE
2 types of registers for deliveries made are available.
TOTAL= general total register (fig. 5)
Reset TOTAL = resettable total register (fig. 6).
The TOTAL register will be present on the active display
(fig. 5).
The TOTAL reset register (fig. 6) will be displayed during
the delivery and will remain visible for 5 seconds before
returning to the TOTAL register display (fig. 5).
The TOTAL reset register is resettable only during the
active display of the litre-counter.
TOTAL RESET
To reset, display the TOTAL Reset register by pressing
and holding down the TOTAL button for a few seconds
(3 sec.), after displaying the TOTAL Reset register press
the RESET button. After these operations the TOTAL
Reset register will be reset.
The Unit of measure of the two Totals can be the same
or different, depending on the factory-settings (see
customisations menu).
The TOTAL register corresponding to theTOTAL register
of the litre-counter cannot be reset by the user.
The TOTAL register can count deliveries up to a total
of 999999000after this number the counter will restart
from Zero. In particular, after the number 99999.9 the
progression of the TOTAL register count will show the
multiplier x10 subsequently using the multiplier x100
and x1000 (fig. 7).
DELIVERY WITH DISPLAY OF INSTANTANEOUS
FLOW RATE
During the delivery it is possible to display the instan-
taneous flow rate as well as the partial delivered (fig. 8).
To activate this mode it is necessary to return to the
display of theTOTAL register (fig. 5) and press theTOTAL
button (fig. 1): a switch will be activated, that alternates
the display of the TOTAL counter with the display of the
instantaneous FLOW RATE.
The instantaneous flow rate is always expressed inUnits
of partial/minute.
The total counter and instantaneous flow
rate cannot be displayed during delivery
of the fluid.
ACTIVATION DU DISPLAY
Le display se met en stand-by au bout de 20 secondes
d’inactivité. La réactivation du display après le stand-by
a lieu par le passage de liquide à travers le compte-litres
ou en appuyant sur la touche RESET.
MODE DE FONCTIONNEMENT MANUEL

Pendant le refoulement on verra le registre TOTAL Reset
(fig. 6) et il resteravisible pendant 5 sec avant de revenir
à l’affichage du registre TOTAL (fig. 5).
Le registreTOTAL reset ne peut être mis à zéro que pen-
dant l’affichage actif du compte-litres.
MISE A ZERO TOTAL RESET
Pour la mise à zéro rappeler l’affichage du registre
TOTAL Reset en pressant sans le relâcher le bouton
TOTAL pendant quelques secondes (3 sec), après avoir
affiché le registre TOTAL Reset appuyer sur la touche
RESET. Après ces opérations le registre TOTAL reset sera
toujours mis à zéro.
L’Unité de mesure des deux Totaux peut être la même
ou bien elle peut être différente selon les paramètres
d’usine (voir menu personnalisations).
Le registre TOTAL correspondant au registre Total du
compte-litres ne peut jamais être mis à zéro par l’uti-
lisateur.
Le registre TOTAL parviendra à compter des refoule-
ments jusqu’à un total de 999999000après ce chire le
compteur repartira de zéro. En particulier la progression
du comptage du registre du totalTOTAL affichera après
le numéro 99999.9 le multiplicateur x10 en utilisant
ensuite le multiplicateur x100 et x1000 (fig. 7).
REFOULEMENT AVEC AFFICHAGE DU DEBIT
INSTANTANE
Pendant le refoulement on peut afficher le débit instan-
tané en plus du partiel refoulé (fig. 8).
Pour activer cette modalité il faudra revenir à l’affichage
du registre TOTAL (fig. 5) et appuyer brièvement sur le
bouton TOTAL (fig. 1): un switch s’active et il alterne
l’affichage du compteur TOTAL au visualiseur du débit
instantané FLOW RATE
Le débit instantané sera toujours exprimé enUnité du
partiel/minute.
L’affichage du compteur total et débit
instantané flow rate n’est pas possible
pendant le refoulement du fluide.

MENU DI PERSONALIZZAZIONE
Tramite il menù di personalizzazione è possibile:
A) selezionare l’unità di misura
B) impostare il numero di cifre decimali
C) impostare il reset automatico del parziale
D) calibrare lo strumento
Le personalizzazioni sono accessibili solo avendo visua-
lizzato il registro TOTAL (fig. 10).
Per entrare nel menù delle personalizzazioni premere
senza rilasciare il pulsante RESET e TOTAL per 3 sec (pre-
mere in successione prima RESET e poi TOTAL). (fig. 1)
N.B. Dopo un periodo di inattività di circa 20 sec all’interno
di qualsiasi modalità di personalizzazione (NON completa-
mento della procedura), il contalitri ritornerà alla visualiz-
zazione attiva di partenza mantenendo salvate le persona-
lizzazioni eseguite no al passaggio precedente, mentre la
stessa visualizzazione corrente non verrà salvata.
N.B. In tutte le modalità di personalizzazione, ECCETTO
LA CALIBRAZIONE, se c’è passaggio di fluido all’interno
della camera, il contalitri termina la personalizzazione
senza salvarla e torna nella modalità di visualizzazione
attiva.
A MENÙ DI SELEZIONE DELLE UNITÀ DI
MISURA:
E’ possibile impostare quattro differenti unità di misura
per il registro dei parziali.
Esiste una combinazione predefinita tra le unità di misu-
ra del registro Parziale e quello dei Totali come indicato
nella tabella (fig. 11)
Premere il pulsante RESET per visualizzare l’unità di
misura desiderata (fig. 12).
Premere senza rilasciare il pulsante TOTAL per passare
alla personalizzazione successiva.

CUSTOMISATION MENU
By means of the customisation menu it is possible to:
A) select the unit of measure
B) set the number of decimal digits
C) set automatic resetting of the partial
D) calibrate the instrument
The customisations are accessible only after displaying
the TOTAL register (fig. 10).
To enter the customisations menu, press and hold down
the RESET and TOTAL button for 3 seconds (press RESET
and then TOTAL). (fig. 1)
NB: After a idle period of approx. 20 seconds inside any
customisation mode (NOT completion of the procedure),
the litre-counter will return to the initial active display, sav-
ing the customisations made up until the previous step,
whereas the current display will not be saved.
NB: In all the customisation modes, EXCEPT
CALIBRATION, if there is flow of fluid inside the chamber,
the litre-counter ends the customisation without saving
it and returns to the active display mode.
A UNIT OF MEASURE SELECTION MENU:
Four different units of measure can be set for the reg-
ister of partials.
There is a predefined combination between the units of
measure of the Partial register and that of the Totals as
indicated in the table (fig. 11)
Press the RESET button to display the required unit of
measure (fig. 12).
Press and hold down theTOTAL button to go to the next
customisation.
MENU DE PERSONNALISATION
Par l’intermédiaire du menu de personnalisation on
peut:
A) sélectionner l’unité de mesure
B) établir le nombre de chiffres décimaux
C) établir le reset automatique du partiel
D) calibrer l’instrument
Les personnalisations sont accessibles seulement en
ayant affiché le registre TOTAL (fig. 10).
Pour entrer dans le menu des personnalisations presser
sans le relâcher le bouton RESET et TOTAL pendant 3
sec (appuyer en succession d’abord RESET et ensuite
TOTAL). (fig. 1)
N.B. Après une période d’inactivité d’environ 20 sec dans
n’importe quelle modalité de personnalisation (NON
achèvement de la procédure), le compte-litres reviendra
à l’achage actif de départ en maintenant sauvegardées
les personnalisations eectuées jusqu’au passage précé-
dent, alors que l’achage courant ne sera pas sauvegardé.
N.B. Dans toutes les modalités de personnalisation,
EXCEPTION FAITE POUR LE CALIBRAGE, s’il y a passage
de liquide à l’intérieur de la chambre, le compte-litres
termine la personnalisation sans la sauvegarder et
revient à la modalité d’affichage actif.
A MENU DE SELECTION DES UNITES DE
MESURE:
On peut établir quatre unités de mesure différentes
pour le registre des partiels.
Il existe une combinaison prédéfinie parmi les unités de
mesure du registre Partiel et celui des Totaux comme
l’indique le tableau (fig. 11)
Appuyer sur le bouton RESET pour afficher l’unité de
mesure souhaitée (fig. 12).
Presser sans le relâcher le bouton TOTAL pour passer à
la personnalisation suivante.

B CIFRE DECIMALI
E’ possibile impostare il numero di cifre decimali da
visualizzate - dal decimo (0.0) fino al millesimo (0.000)
- dell’unità prescelta.

N.B. Il contalitri visualizza il parziale in VIRGOLA MOBILE,
indipendentemente dalla selezione effettuata. Non
appena la quantità erogata supera le 99.999 unità
(selezione in millesimi) verranno visualizzate solo 2
cifre decimali
Premere senza rilasciare il pulsante TOTAL per passare
alla personalizzazione successiva.
C RESET AUTOMATICO
Il contalitri è provvisto della funzione AUTO RESET (fig.
14).
Con tale funzione attiva dopo il riavvio conseguente allo
stand-by si avrà l’azzeramento automatico del registro
dei parziali.
Premere RESET per modificare la selezione daYES a NO.
Con il Reset Automatico impostato a NO il registro dei
parziali dovrà essere azzerato manualmente dall’opera-
tore premendo il tasto RESET al termine dell’erogazione
durante la visualizzazione del registro TOTAL.
Premere senza rilasciare il pulsante TOTAL per passare
alla personalizzazione successiva.
D CALIBRAZIONE
Quando calibrare:
-con uidi aventi viscosità prossima agli estremi del campo
ammesso (es. antifreeze a bassa viscosità oppure oli ad
alta viscosità per scatole ingranaggi)
-in condizioni estreme di portate (prossimi ai limiti del
valore del campo ammesso)
Le procedure di calibrazione sono le seguenti:
D1) Calibrazione in Campo, eseguita attraverso una
erogazione
D2) Calibrazione Diretta, eseguita attraverso una modi-
fica diretta del fattore di calibrazione“K Factor” .
Fattore di calibrazione “K Factor”: è il fattore moltiplicativo
che il sistema applica agli impulsi elettrici per trasformarli
in unità di uido misurato.
N.B.: durante la modalità di calibrazione il contali-
tri non può essere utilizzato per effettuare normali
erogazioni. In modalità “Calibrazione” i totali non
vengono incrementati.
Il registro TOTAL RESET sarà automaticamente azzerato.
D1 CALIBRAZIONE IN CAMPO
Quando il display si mostra come in figura 15, il contalitri
è pronto per effettuare la calibrazione.
Per cominciare la calibrazione, iniziare l’erogazione all’in-
terno del contenitore graduato (fig. 16).
Dopo l’inizio dell’erogazione, il display visualizzato sarà
come quello di figura 17.
