SET-UP AND ADJUSTMENTS
Unfolding
1. Lay chair flat on the ground and unbuckle closure strap. Fig. 1
2. Stand chair on front casters, grasp on to the side of Push Handle and push down on
Seat Tube. Fig. 2
3. Press down firmly on seat tubes to ensure the chair is completely unfolded. Fig. 3
4. Push down on Rear Lock Brace until it locks into a straight position. Fig. 4
5. Swing Footplates down into position. Fig. 5

Folding
1. Apply Wheel Locks. Fig. 6

4. Grasp on to the Push Handle and simultaneously pull the Seat Tubes up. Fig. 9
5. Lay chair flat on the ground with seat facing forward and push down on front leg
tubes to complete fold. Fig. 10
6. Buckle Closure Strap to keep chair securely closed. Fig. 11

1. To recline seat back, loosen the Seat Back Knobs. Fig. 12

To Adjust:
3. Push-in and hold the Grey Locking Pin on both sides of seat. Grasp tubes and push in

Headrest Cover (Canopy)
To Attach:
1. Remove Canopy from box. Fig. 18
2. Align plastic Canopy clips with upper tubing on the back of the chair. Fig. 19
3. Push clips until they snap into place. Fig. 20
4. Secure the Canopy to the frame by using the Velcro® Straps on the bottom of the
Canopy Fig. 21

To Open:
1. Grasp top of Canopy and push forward and rotate downward.

TRUNK SUPPORT
To Attach Anterior Vest:
1. Insert harness strap with bolt end through the desired height grommet hole on the
seat back upholstery. Fig. 25
2. Attach strap to Seat Back by tightly securing knob to the harness bolt on the seat
back upholstery. Fig. 26
3. Fasten buckle and adjust straps to secure the user. Fig. 27
To Attach H-Harness:
Note: See instructions 1-2 listed above before
3. Attach each H-Harness clip to the metal claps on the Lap Belt and clip H-Harness

Height Adjustable Flip-up Armrest
WARNING: APPLY WHEEL LOCKS BEFORE ATTACHING ARMREST
To Attach:
1. Insert Armrest tube to Armrest attaching bracket. Fig. 31
2. Adjust Armrest height by pushing the Grey Locking Pin and release Grey Locking Pin to
desired height. Fig. 32
3. Secure Armrest into attaching bracket with Grey Locking Pin. Fig. 33

GRAB BAR
To Attach (Requires Height Adjustable Armrest):
1. Remove Armrest cap cover. Fig. 34
2. Align the Grab bar tubes with the Armrest tubes and push the Grey Locking Pins in, while
simultaneously pushing Grab Bar into the Armrest tubes. Fig. 35
3. Push Grey Locking Pins into Armrest until the locking pins lock into place. Fig. 36

Upper Extremity Support Surface Tray (Padded Tray)

2. Align the Tray Mounting Bar with the Armrest tubes and push the Grey Locking Pins
in, while simultaneously pushing Tray into the Armrest tubes. Fig. 39
3. Push Grey Locking Pins into Armrest until the locking pins lock into place. Fig. 40
4. Secure the Tray by wrapping the Velcro® strap around the Armrest. Fig. 41

Seat Upholstery Installation:
1. Place seat flat onto the mesh retaining strap. Fig. 42
2. Thread Velcro® strap through eyelet and fasten. Fig. 43a & 43b
3. Using a Phillips screw driver attach strap into the seat depth hole, based on seat
depth adjustment required, on both sides of the seat tube. Fig. 44
4. Tightly wrap the bottom Velcro® straps around the bottom of the seat. Fig. 45
Note: To remove seat upholstery repeat instructions in reverse order.

Upholstery Installation:
1. To attach and adjust the Tension Back, fasten all Velcro® straps around the back of the
frame, starting from the top and fasten Velcro Side Straps on each side.

Footplate Depth Adjustment
Using a hex wrench to loosen the two bolts located on the top of the footplate and slide
footplate forward or rearward to desired depth and retighten bolts. Fig. 50
