POWERED BELT CUTTER INSTRUCTIONS

Fig. 1 – Make sure the blade rotation is in sync with the directional arrows for optimum cutting
performance and safety. The rotation can be changed by twisting the rotation switch on the head of the
ratchet.

Fig. 2 – Set the blade cutting depth by loosening the knob and sliding the depth stop to the desired
cutting depth. Then lock in place by tightening the knob.

and right shows connecting the battery pack for the Battery Powered utter.

Fig. 4 – To use the laser guide just use the on/off switch as indicated on the left. To replace the batteries
for the laser, just remove the one screw and cover to access the two “AAA” batteries as shown on the
right.

Fig. 4 – To replace the blade you must first remove the side panel of the cutter by removing the handle
and the four screws as shown in the pictures above.

Fig. 5 – To remove the center bolt holding the blade you must first change the rotation of the ratchet to
make removal of the bolt possible.

Fig. 6 – Once you have removed the worn blade and inserted the new blade, remember to switch the
rotation of the ratchet back to its normal position to make tightening of the bolt possible.
Replace blade part number: AP -1.5 BLADE for air powered unit and BP -1.0 BLADE for the battery
powered unit.
REMEMBER THAT THESE BLADES ARE SHARP AND EXTRA PRECAUTION SHOULD BE USED WHEN
HANDLING THEM!!!!
