Instructions for replacing separator belts
1. Loosen cutter belt tightener (see 1A).
2. Loosen drum belt tightener bolts 1 & 2 (see 1A-C & 2A-C).
3. Loosen all 4 motor belt tightener bolts (see 1A).
4. Remove worn belts:
a. Motor belt #6941 (see 1A)
b. Drum belt # 6944 (see 2A-B)
c. Cutter belt #6937 (see 3A-B)
5. Install new belts:
a. Cutter belt #6937 (see 3A-B)
b. Drum belt #6944 (see 2A-B)
c. Motor belt #6941 (see 1A)
6. Drum belt tightener bolt #1 should be slightly more than finger tight
(see 1A-C & 3A-B).
7. Tension drum belt by tightening drum belt tightener bolt #2 (see 1A-C
& 3A-B).
8. Once the drum belt is tight, tighten drum belt tightener bolt #1 (see
2A-C).
9. Tighten the cutter belt with the cutter belt tightener rod (see 1A & 2A-
C).
10. Tighten the motor belt by pushing the motor outward with the 4 motor
belt tightener bolts. The motor plate should be equal measurements
on all 4 corners when measured from the separator base plate (see
1A).
