
Before First Use:
Remove all labels and packing material. Wash all components in warm water with mild
detergent. Take care to not submerse thermometer in water. Rinse and dry thoroughly with
clean soft towel.
Stove Top Cooking:

Designed for use on all stovetops including electric, ceramic, gas and induction.

Due to superior heat conductivity, low to medium heat settings are recommended for
best results

Handles will get hot during cooking. Always use pot holders or oven mitts when
handling.

Nonstick cooking sprays are not recommended as they leave a residue which builds up
over time and reduces nonstick performance

Grill pan can be used stovetop or as lid for pan

Use wire rack or fry basket for steaming
Oven Cooking:

Pan and grill pan are oven safe to 500F

Glass lid is oven safe to 350F
-
Use pan with grill lid to create high dome dutch oven for perfect pot roasts, short ribs,
etc.

Use wire rack as roasting rack for pan

Use grill pan as shallow roaster. The grill ridges function as built-in roasting rack

Always use pot holders or oven mitts
Frying with Oil Splatter Lid:

Fill pan with desired amount of oil. As a general rule, oil should just cover the food.
Never fill the pan more than ⅓with oil.

Place splatter lid on pan and insert thermometer in hole

Heat oil on medium heat until oil reaches desired temperature. 325F-350F is
recommended. Be sure to monitor temperature throughout cooking and adjust heat as
necessary. Oil should never be heated above 400F.

Pat food dry with paper towel if necessary. Wet food should never be placed in hot oil.

Using tongs or slotted spoon, carefully place food in oil through opening

Turn food with tongs as necessary
