Fault Finding
The appliance makes noises including the
sound of flowing liquid. This is perfectly normal and is the sound of the coolant flowing through the compressor. Ensure the appliance is
level and that there is a small gap between the wall and
the rear of the carcass.
The appliance does not operate. Ensure that the supply cord is properly connected to a
suitable socket-outlet. Contact the Customer Helpline at
the end of this manual if assistance is needed.
The appliance turns itself on and off
frequently. Ensure the ambient temperature is no higher than 32°C. Close the door properly and do not open the door more
often than necessary.
The compressor is not working. Wait for 5-10 minutes and check again. Contact the
Customer Helpline at the end of this manual if assistance
is needed.
The compressor runs constantly. Place your hand in the cavity or check a bottle. If this does
not feel cold contact the Customer Helpline at the end of
this manual.
The appliance vibrates during operation. Ensure that the appliance is on a level surface without
touching any walls. Adjust the feet if needed. If the
vibration continues, contact the Customer Helpline at the
end of this manual.
The door does not close properly. Ensure that the appliance is on a level surface and the
gasket is clean. Check and reassemble the door hinge
if needed.
The contents are not cold enough. Adjust the thermostat for the right results. Ensure that the
appliance is not sited in direct sunlight or the door is open.
Condensation forms on the inside
of the door. Ensure that the door does not remain open for long periods of time. High ambient temperatures and very low
thermostat settings may cause condensation to form.
No light inside the cabinet. The light is not replaceable by the consumer.

Recycling & disposal
Waste electrical products (WEEE) should not be disposed of with household waste. Please recycle
where facilities exist. Check with your local governmental authority, domestic waste disposal
services or the retailer where the product was bought for recycling advice. The wheelie bin symbol
on the product or its packaging indicates that this product cannot be treated as normal household
waste. This product must be handed over to an electric and electronic equipment collection point for
recycling.
