ASSEMBLY:
• Attach the rear bumpers (4) to the end support
bars (1) and in turn fix to the tool holder (3) using
round head bolts (21).
• Attach the handlebars (6) and front support bars
(5) to the assembled section using long carriage
bolts (20), 2x small washers (14) and 2x locking
nuts (13). The upturned barrow can be used as a
platform during the stage of assembly. Ensure
the left and right handlebars are correctly fitted.
• Attach the front cover (7) using short carriage
bolts (18), 4x small washers (14) and 4x locking
nuts (13).
• Fit the axle (8) by securing the U bolts (17) to the
assembled frame using 4x small washers (14) and
4x locking nuts (13). Tighten securely.
• Attach the wheels (9) to the axle using cotter pins
(12) and large washers (16).
• Attach the barrow (11) to the assembled frame
using medium carriage bolts (19), medium
washers (8) and locking nuts (13) and attach the
crossbar (2) as shown.
• Ensure that all nuts are securely tightened.
WARNING:
• Never allow a person to ride in the wheelbarrow.
• Maximum weight load limit: 275kg
• Do not exceed the maximum weight load limit.
• Never exceed walking pace when moving loads.
• Fill loads from the rear of the tub first to prevent
the wheelbarrow tipping.
• The Equilibrium Wheelbarrow is not a toy.
Do NOT allow children to play in, on, or with
this item.
• Before use, check all fixings are secure and
tighten if necessary.
• Before use, check all parts for damage,
including tyres.
• Do NOT use if damaged.
• Do not inflate the tyres to more than 30 PSI.
• Do NOT use on surfaces that may cause
damage to the tyres or inner tubes. Always
check the transport route for sharp objects
before transporting items in the
Equilibrium Wheelbarrow.
PACKAGING DISPOSAL:
• Dispose of the packaging at your local
recycling centre.
• Dispose of paper and carton separately from
plastic bags at your local recycling centre.
• Dispose of the item at the end of its lifespan
at your local authorised household waste
recycling centre.
