FITTING INSTRUCTIONS:
Open the waist strap and fix foam panels in
place. Peel off adhesive backing.
The pads should sit directly over the hernia.

Fix the waist strap to the front with hook and
loop sections.
Fasten the vertical straps creating a truss.
Press on the pad(s) to gently push the hernia(s)
back into the abdominal cavity.
Adjust the waist and vertical straps’ tightness
to maintain compression on the hernia.
It should not be too slack or too tight
Care Instruction:
Remove foam pads. Hand wash in cold or warm water with mild soap. Pad dry with towel to remove excess
water. Air dry away from heat.
DISPOSAL
•Dispose of all packaging, paper, cartons, plastic and plastic bags in accordance with your local recycling
regulations.
•At the end of the product’s lifespan please dispose of it at an authorised household waste recycling
centre.
