5. Disconnect
sheath
retainer from
sheath
6. Rotate
proximal end
of sheath
retainer away
from user
7. Ensure
sheath port is
no longer captured by sheath retainer before pulling guide
support track back
10. Open lid on
Y-connector
holder and lift
Y-connector
and guide
catheter out
of single-use
cassette.
11. Care must
be taken to
not pull guide
catheter from coronary ostium during removal
12. Manipulate guide catheter as needed or exchange
manually

4. Turn track
clamp
counter-
clockwise into
the “unlocked”
position
8. While holding
sheath and
guide catheter
in place, pull
guide support
track back
into single-use
cassette
9. Pull back on
proximal end
of track as
