Remove the base frame parts from
the box.
Note the labels on the top and bottom of the posts.
these correspond to the post position label
on the FRAME.
Locate bag of frame boltes.
Position posts in bottom frame and bolt in place.
Position top frame on posts and bolt in place.

denotes position of
post in the frame.
ie. A1 top inside post
to A1 on frame.
Label on bottom frame
denotes position of
post in the frame.
ie. A2 top inside post
to A2 on frame.

Locate the bag of panel screws. screw in
half way so panels can slide in. ( may need adjusting )
Use the screws to attach tray race to posts.
If using base panels place in frame
base. Center in frame to have spaces
each end.
Slide panels into place on panels
screws and rotate panel up to close
against magnets in frame top.

Gap each end

Extendable xed feet replace castors.
Before frame assembly, remove castors
and replace with feet using bolts on the under side.
( to be tted by others )

PLACING LS UNITS IN COUNTER Bolts retained for
xing gantry post.

Lifting brackets are tted to assist removing the
unit from the packaging and placing in cabinetry.
Use a lift bar that can t through the 35 x 35mm
square hole. ( Bar not supplied )
Use four people lifting each corner.
After unit has been placed in the required
position remove the lifting bracket bolts and
retain for xing the gantry posts.
All accepted local safety work wear and standards should
be adhered to with a safety programme developed before
undertaking of this kind of lifting work.
