1.Fix the left
panel (2) and
the right panel
(3) to the back
panel (1) with
screws.
2.Fix the
inner frame
(4) to the
left and
right panels
(2 and 3)
with screws.
3. Install the top
panel (5) from
top to bottom,
and fix it to the
left and right
panels (2 and 3)
with screws.
4. Install 2
foot stands
(6) to the
bottom
panel (7).
5. Install the
assembled
bottom panel
(7) to the the
left panel (2)
and the right
panel (3), and
fix them with
screws.
6. Install 4
castors (B)
to the left
panel (2)
and the
right panel
(3), and
then tighten
them with a
wrench.
7. Install
the locking
bar (8) into
the right
panel (3),
and insert
the lower
part of the
locking bar
into the
right panel.
8. Install the left and
right slide ways (D
and E) to the left and
right panels (2 and 3)
respectively, and
install the pulleys (J).
9. As shown in
the figure,
disassemble the
left and right
slide rails (F and
G) respectively.

10. Install the left and right slide rails
(F and G) to the left and right panels (2
and 3) respectively.
11. As shown in
the figure, turn the
lock(H) clockwise
and install it on
the top panel (5)
after turning. Note
that the locking
bar (8) needs to be
installed on the
lock. 12. As shown in the figure, fold up the
left and right sides of the small drawer
panel (9) to 90 degrees as shown in
Figure 13.
14. As shown in the figure, install the
rear block of small drawer (10) to the
small drawer panel (9) and fasten it in
place.
15. As shown in the
figure, connect the front
panel of small drawer (11)
to the small drawer panel
(9) with screws.
16. As shown in the figure, fix pulleys
(J) to the left and right sides of the
small drawer panel (9) with gaskets and
cap nuts.
17. Repeat steps 12-16 to
complete the installation of 2
small drawers.
18. As shown in the figure, fold up
the left and right sides of the big
drawer panel (12) to 90 degrees as
shown in Figure 19.
19. As shown in the figure, install the
disassembled left and right inner rails on
the left and right sides of the big drawer
panel (12) respectively.
20. As shown in the figure, install the
front block and rear block (13 and
14) to the big drawer panel (12) and
fasten the front block of big drawer
(13) in place.
21. As shown in the figure,
connect the front panel (15) to
the front block of big drawer
(14) with screws.

22. As shown in the figure, fix the
bottom wheel (O) to the front panel of
drawer (15) with screws. 23. Install the iron baffle (16) to the big
drawer panel (12).
24. Install one side of iron baffle (16) to
the big drawer panel (12) first.
25. Install the other side of iron baffle
(16) to the big drawer panel (12) first. 26. The large drawer assembly is
completed. 27. Install the large drawer on the
cabinet.
28. When the big drawer is drawn out,
the bottom wheel will fall to the ground
to prevent tipping.
29. Install 2 small drawers.
30. In the
first small
drawer,
install the
pencil case
(P).

montierte
Bodenplatte
(7) an der
linken Platte
(2) und der
rechten Platte
(3) und
befestigen Sie
sie mit
Schrauben.
6. Installieren
Sie 4 Rollen
(B) an der
linken Platte
(2) und der
rechten Platte
(3) und ziehen
Sie sie dann
mit einem
Schraubenschl
üssel fest.
7.
Installieren
Sie die
Verriegelung
sstange (8) in
der rechten
Platte (3) und
setzen Sie
den unteren
Teil der
Verriegelung
sstange in die
rechte Platte
ein.
8. Installieren Sie die
linken und rechten
Gleitbahn (D und E)
an der linken und
rechten Platte (2 und
3) und installieren Sie
die Rolle (J).
9. Zerlegen Sie,
wie in der
Abbildung
gezeigt, die linke
und die rechte
Gleitschiene (F
und G).

10. Installieren Sie die linke und rechte
Gleitschiene (F und G) an der linken
und rechten Platte (2 und 3).
11. Drehen Sie das
Schloss (H) wie in der
Abbildung gezeigt im
Uhrzeigersinn und
bringen Sie es nach
dem Drehen auf der
Deckplatte (5) an.
Beachten Sie, dass die
Verriegelungsstange
(8) am Schloss
installiert werden muss.
12. Falten Sie wie in der Abbildung
gezeigt die linke und rechte Seite der
kleinen Schubladenplatte (9) um 90
Grad nach oben, wie in Abbildung 13
gezeigt.
14. Installieren Sie wie in der Abbildung
gezeigt den hinteren Block der kleinen
Schublade (10) an der kleinen
Schubladenplatte (9) und befestigen Sie
ihn.
15. Verbinden Sie wie in
der Abbildung gezeigt die
Frontplatte der kleinen
Schublade (11) mit
Schrauben mit der kleinen
Schubladenplatte (9).
16. Befestigen Sie die Rolle (J) wie in der
Abbildung gezeigt mit Dichtungen und
Überwurfmuttern an der linken und
rechten Seite der kleinen Schubladenplatte
(9).
17. Wiederholen Sie die
Schritte 12-16, um die
Installation von 2 kleinen
Schubladen abzuschließen.
18. Falten Sie wie in der Abbildung
gezeigt die linke und rechte Seite der
großen Schubladenplatte (12) um 90
Grad nach oben, wie in Abbildung 19
gezeigt.
19. Installieren Sie wie in der Abbildung
gezeigt die zerlegten linken und rechten
Innenschienen auf der linken und rechten
Seite der großen Schubladenplatte (12).
20. Installieren Sie wie in der Abbildung
gezeigt den vorderen Block und den
hinteren Block (13 und 14) an der großen
Schubladenplatte(12) und befestigen Sie
den vorderen Block der großen Schublade
(13) an Ort und Stelle.
21. Verbinden Sie die
Frontplatte (15) wie in der
Abbildung gezeigt mit
Schrauben mit dem Frontblock
der großen Schublade (14).

22. Befestigen Sie das untere Rollen (O)
wie in der Abbildung gezeigt mit
Schrauben an der Frontplatte der
Schublade (15). 23. Installieren Sie die Eisenblende (16)
an der großen Schubladenplatte (12).
24. Installieren Sie zuerst eine Seite der
Eisenblende (16) an der großen
Schubladenplatte (12).
25. Installieren Sie zuerst die andere
Seite der Eisenleitwand (16) an der
großen Schubladenplatte (12).
26. Die große Schubladenmontage ist
abgeschlossen. 27. Installieren Sie die große
Schublade am Schrank.
28. Wenn die große Schublade
herausgezogen wird, fällt das untere Rad
zu Boden, um ein Umkippen zu
verhindern. 29. Installieren Sie 2 kleine Schubladen.
