Read all instructions and warnings prior to using the Courant CATCH:2
(“Product”). Improper use of the Product may result in Product damage,
overheating, toxic fumes, fire or explosion, for which damages you
(“Purchaser”), and not Courant (“Manufacturer”) are responsible.
• Wireless charging is temperature sensitive. Do not store the Product in high-
temperature environments, including intense sunlight or other forms of heat. Do
not place Product in fire or other excessively hot environments.
• Do not disassemble the Product or attempt to re-purpose or modify in any
manner.
• Do not attempt to replace any part of the Product.
• If the Product is intended by Purchaser to be used by a minor, purchasing adult
agrees to provide detailed instructions and warnings to any minor prior to use.
Failure to do so is sole responsibility of Purchaser, who agrees to indemnify
Manufacturer for any unintended use/misuse by a minor.
• Do not place credit cards (with a chip or magnet) on the Product.
• Product is intended for home, office & general indoor use only. Please do not
use near medical or industrial equipment or on board an aircraft.
• Keep away from liquids.
• It is recommended to unplug the Product if it is not in use for an extended period
of time.
• All Products have gone through a thorough quality assurance inspection. If you
find the Product is excessively hot, is emitting odor, is deformed, abraded, cut or
is experiencing or demonstrating an abnormal phenomenon, immediately stop
all Product use and contact Manufacturer.
• For questions or instructions on the various ways to use the Product refer to the
illustrations in this manual.
WARRANTY

At Courant we are dedicated to making the best quality products.
Your CATCH:2 is under warranty for 1 year under normal use
from the original date of purchase (the “Warranty Period”). The
Purchaser must own the Product. This warranty does not affect any
statutory rights that you may be entitled to. Keep a copy of your
purchase receipt as proof of purchase.
If a material or workmanship defect arises with regard to any Product,
and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, we will at our
option, either repair the Product using new or refurbished parts, replace
the Product with a new or refurbished unit, or refund the purchase price
of the defective Product. For the purpose of this limited warranty,
“refurbished” means a Product or part that has been substantially
returned to its original specifications.
Except for the limited warranty expressly set forth or to the extent
restricted or prohibited by applicable law, Courant expressly disclaims
any and all other warranties (express or implied) including any warranty
of quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, and
you specifically agree that Courant shall not be liable for any special,
incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages for breach of
any warranty of any type on any Courant product. In addition to and
without limiting the generality of the foregoing disclaimers, the limited
warranty does not under any circumstances, cover the replacement or
cost of any electronic device or personal property inside or outside the
Courant product. For the avoidance of doubt, the limited warranty does
not cover damages that arose from negligence, misuse, wear-and-tear or
failure to follow the product instructions.
