Many antennas can be folded flat by pulling them up at the base to
releasethelockingmechanism. Ifyourbike has radioantennaswhich
will not fold flat you will have to provide openings in the cover. We
have included two (2) non-corrosive plastic grommet sets for the
antenna openings.
1) The most accurate way to make an antenna opening is to remove the
antennaandinstallthecoveronthebike,makingsureitisproperlyalignedand
positioned. Using a sharp pencil, punch a hole through the fabric at the
antenna location. Be careful to avoid hitting the finish with the pencil. If the
antennaisnoteasilyremoved,see procedure#2.
2)Placethecoveronthebikeandrollorfoldthecoverasclosetotheantenna
aspossible. Centerthecoveronthebike,align theseams fromfronttorear
and be sure the cover is pulled down evenly over the front tire. Position the
covernexttothebaseoftheantenna. Rechecktheoverallpositioningofthe
cover to make sure it has not moved on the bike. Mark the cover with the
location of the antenna base and make a hole with a sharp pencil.
Usesharpscissorstomaketheholeopening3/4inchindiameterandinstall
thegrommetasshowninthediagramtotheright. Theoutsidegrommetring
fit is very tight. Place the cover on a CLEAN hard surface, position the the
inside grommet through the
opening you made and then
secure the outside grommet
snap-ringinplaceusingarub-
ber mallet. Do NOT use ex-
cessiveforceortheringcanbe
damaged. Do NOT install the
grommetwiththecoveronthe
bike.

OUTDOOR USE OF THIS COVER: Form-Fit covers were designed for
INDOORstorageuse. Thefabriccolorwas notdesignedtobeUVresistant
andwill fade over timewhenexposedtosunlight.
HAZINGOFWINDOWSANDPAINT:Airbornepollutantsmaybedeposited
on the windowshield or paint while a bike is being riden or when parked
uncovered. Thesedepositsmaybecomesmearedandcreateahazewhen
thecoverisused. Thehazecanbewipedoffwithadampclothorwashedoff
withwater.

If you choose to put identification markings on your cover please note the
following:
-DO NOTuseregular orspraypaint!
-DO NOT use laundry markersor“permanent”typeMagic markers.
- DO NOT use any type of felt-tip pen or marker.
Theonlytypeofmarkingpaint thatisacceptableforuse onthis materialisa
permanenttypefabric/T-shirtpaint. Thispaintisreadilyavailableinavariety
of colors at most fabric and art supply stores. Follow the manufacturer's
instructions. Usea single coating of thefabric paint for marking theoutside
ofthecoverwithyourpersonalizedmarkings.
WARNING - Markers and regular paint will not adhere to the fabric and can
transfertheircolor ontothevehiclefinish.
CLEANINGANDWASHINGINSTRUCTIONS
Anycoverwillslowlycollectdustonitsunderside,pickedupfromcontactwith
thesurfaceofthebike. YourForm-Fitcovermaybewashedusingmostany
home-typewashingmachineanddryer. Mostarelargeenoughtoaccommo-
datethiscover. NOTE-Largesizecoverswillbeeasiertocleanifwashedand
driedincommercial,over-sizedwashersanddryers.

1-Washthecover using 1/4 cup of Simple GreenAll-Purpose Cleaner. Put
thecoverinthewasherand pour the cleaner in the tub after it’s filled with
warmwateror, for some wall mounted commercial units pour it directly in
themachine,then put in the cover andstartthe machine. Use a "gentle"
cycleifavailable.
2-Rinse the cover twice (2X) to removeallthecleaner.
3 -Air dry, or use a dryer set on Permanent Press heat setting.
