6.1 【Network settings】
a. Choose the preferred network type Auto/2G/3G/4G.
b. Enhanced 4G LTE mode. (Suggested setting)
c. APNs
6.2 【WLAN】
Turn on/off WiFi function.
a. Connected WiFi
b. Available WiFi
c. Saved WiFi
Choose the WiFi network you have access to. Press key for selection and
type in the password. Press and hold PTT key to switch between
alphabet/number/symbol.Select [Enter] and Press key
after completion. Press CONNECT to connect to the WiFi network.
6.3 【Bluetooth】
Search the available device and perform pairing.
Note:Check for earpiece compatiblility
6.4 【Location】
GPS function is optional. The location of PoC radio will be shown on
background of platform when location function is activated.
Note: For battery saving, please turn off the GPS location function at all times.
6.5 【Language】
Switch between Chinese and English.
6.6 【Boot sound】
Boot sound effect on/off.
6.7 【About phone】
PoC radio status and information.
Troubleshooting Solution
Voice prompt network is not
valid when press PTT.
1. No SIM card installed or insert SIM card error.
2. The card is set with PIN code.
PoC
radio
does not have
network or the signal is
weak
1. Check the network signal strengthless, restart the
radio
if necessary.
2. Check with administration platform whether it is working.
GPS cannot be located
GPS needs 1-3 minutes to locate for the first time. It can
not be located due to signal weaknesses indoor.
Relocate the
outdoor for signal reconnection
Display shows ‘Not in group’
and account is not logged in
Please contact your platform administrator or authorized
dealer to reset the group .
