Safety Instructions For Mobile Base,=
•Never installmobile basswith sew mounted to leg
stand.
•Be careful when moving toavoid any finger pinch
poir_s.
•Removethe dustbag beforemovingthetoolorwhan
placingthe leg stand on the mobile base.
•Placebass on a level surfaceand adjustlevelingfeet
beforeplacingyoursew in position.Thisshouldkeep
sawfrom rocking,whiletestingitfor stability,
• Testfor stabilityin boththe UP(on the caster)and the
downpositions. Exercisecautionwhen testingthe
stabilityoftop heavymachines such as yoursaw.
•Never liftthe saw ontothe leg stand withouthelp.
•Unplugyoursew before moving or rapositioningyour
tool.
•Alwaystest yoursetup for stabilityand safety after
reposifioningand before pluggingthe saw intoan outlet.
•Care shouldbe taken when planningthe orientationof
yoursaw ontothe mobilebase. Transferofweightoffof
the leveling feet to the caster willresult in the saw tilting
lY2 in.towardthe fixed wheels, When repositleningtop
heavytoolssuchas yoursaw, take advantageof the
center of gravity,and positionsothat it willremain
stablewhileon caster.
•Never useyoursew while itIs suspendedonthe swivel
caster. Always lowersaw ontothe nonskidleveling feet
beforeoperating,
•When moving,always pushthe leg stand, nat the saw.

•Measurethe leg standfromthe leveling foot holesat
one sidetothe levelingfoot holeson the otherside.
This measurementis neededto determinewhichholes
inthe lowersupportbracket andwheel supportbracket
areto be usedwhen assemblingthe mobilebase, The
holesmust align propodyfor the leg stand and mobile
baseto be secured.
AWARNING: Do natengage ordisengagethe
release leverwhilethe supportbrace isstillattached
to the leg standand never useyour handto operate
the release lever.Failureto heed thiswarning could
resultinserious pemonalinjury.
•Unpackand identifyall componentsand hardware
beforeattemptingto assemblethis unit.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Toassemble firstside (sidewithtwo wheels):
•Removewheels, hex bolts,and lock nutsfrom the bag.
•Placewhsel inslotof the wheel supportbracketand
inserthexbolt through boththe bracket and thewheel.
• Secure withthe lock nut andtighten,
•Placecenter support(withoutthe slot) upsidedownon
a flatsurface.Alignthe wheel supportbracketswith the
holespreviouslydeterminedtofitthe saw, Usingthe
small hexbolts and hex nutsfromthe hardware bag,
place hexboltsthroughthe holesofboththe wheel
supportbracketand the centersupport.
• Tightenusingflex nuts.
Note: Repeat above stepsfor otherside.
To assemble remainingside (sidewith twolevelingfeet
and caster):
•Mount castarts the cestar bracketusing largehex
bolts.Secure using locknuts.
•Attachlevelingfeet to lowersupportbracket usinghex
nuts andwashers as shown infigure 3. Levelingfeet
musttouchthe floorwhen the caster isinthe raised
position.
• Secure bracket to undersideof center supportusingthe
remaininglargehexboltsand hex nuts.
•Placecenter support(withslot and attached caster)
upsidedownon a flat surface.Alignthe lowersupport
brackets withthe holespreviouslydeterminedtofitthe
saw.Usingthe small hexboltsand hex nutsfromthe
hardwarebag,place hexbolts throughthe holesof
boththe lowersupportbracketand the center support.
•Tightenusinghex nuts.
•Turnassembly uprightontolevelingfeet.
•Insertrelease lever intoslot.Usingthe largebolt,
washer,and locknut,secure release lever. "13ghten.
•Ifsaw is mounted to a leg stand,remove thesaw from
the leg stand before installingthe mobilebase.
•Remove levelingfeet from leg stand.Secure the mobile
base to the leg stand usingthe largehex boltand large
hexnut.
•Mountthesaw and remove supportbracefrom the leg
stand(the supportabovethe release lever). Do not
discardthe supportbrace and hardware. Inthe event
thesew isever removedfrom the mobilebase the
supportbrace must be installed.
3_k WARNING: Obtain help when liftingthesaw to
place onthe leg stand. Oncethe saw ismounted,
removethe supportbrace fromthe leg stand (the
supportabovethe release lever). Failureto remove
the supportbrace, couldresultin injury.
TO RAISE WHEEL:
Step down firmly on release lever.
TO LOWER WHEEL:
