Operation for two lines
When use one line , choose Line 1 .
Receiving inco ing calls: when receiving two inco ing calls at the sa e ti e, press LINE 1or
LINE 2 to select the call you want to answer or press CONE to answer two line , otherwise the
call will be received auto atically.
When calls co ing, pick up the handset or press HAND-FREE for talking ,connected line 1
auto atically .Press LINE 1 will be connected auto atically at the hand-free state. Press LINE 2
to connect LINE 2.
Switch between line 1 and line 2, when line 1 is in co unication, press LINE2 to switch on line
2 while line 1 hanged up auto atically, and vice versa. When line 1 is in co unication, press
HOLD and then press LINE2, line 2 is switched on while line 1 is in holding auto atically, and
vice versa.
Switch between handset and hand-free ,no atter which line at the hand-free state, pick up the
handset to talk while hand-free is off, and vice versa.
When line 1 is on hand-free, press LINE1 or HF key to hang up and line 2 keeps unchanged and
vice versa. Use handset to hang up the line in co unication and the other line keeps unchanged.
If in trilateral talk, two lines will be halt together.
Music Hold when one line is in using, press HOLD to keep and the indicator is flashing slowly. If
in trilateral talk, two lines will be hold at sa e ti e.
When line 2 is not in use and line 1 is in hold, pick up handset/press HF/press LINE1 to continue

!Please ensure the phone is placed in a dry and ventilated place without corrosive air.
Please install 3 x AA batteries for viewing the LCD display. If the LCD does not display
clearly, please change the batteries to ensure the nor al function of the unit.
Before operation, please check if you had applied for caller ID service fro Teleco for
caller ID display. Please re ove any branch box or abuse resistant device to avoid
failure in receiving inco ing call nu ber.

corresponding line and the other line keeps in hold. Press CONE to enable talking a ong three

Setting at the on-hook state suitable for two lines
When both lines are at the on-hook state, press SET to go into the setting ode, and LCD will
display:SET 1 DATE . Use UP/DOWN to select a ong different ite s. When you choose one
ite , press SET again to go into its setting. After you finish with one ite , you should press SET
again in order to confir or ove to another ite . To change ite s, always use UP/DOWN. If
you want to leave the setting ode at any ti e, press DEL.
DATE/TIME
When LCD displays: SET 1 DATE , press SET, the year digits will flash. Use UP/DOWN to
change the year, then press SET into the setting of the onth. Repeat the operation to set the
date, hour, and inute by turn. LCD will auto atically display the corresponding day of the week.
LOCAL AREA CODE
When LCD displays SET 2 CODE , press SET, you will see on LCD DOCE-------
and will flash. Use UP/DOWN to select the first or second local code, then press SET again to
ake the first “ - ’’ flash. Edit with UP/DOWN, and then press SET to confir . Advance as above
to set the rest.
PABX EXIT CODE
When LCD displays SET 3 PCODE , press SET, and you will see on LCD PCODE-------
then press SET again to ake the first “ - ”flash. Edit with UP/DOWN, and then press SET to
confir .Advance as above to set the rest.
FLASH
When LCD displays SET 4 FLASH , press SET, and you will see on LCD FLASH 0:000
. Edit with UP/DOWN, and then press SET to confir .
AUTO IP
When LCD displays SET 5 IP , press SET, and you will see on LCD AUTO IP OFF with OFF
flashing. Use UP/DOWN to turn on/off the Auto IP function. If you choose the AUTO IP ON,
press SET to confir , and the LCD will display INPUT CODE . Input your IP service
nu ber, card nu ber, and code. Use SET to change ite s and confir , and use DEL to correct

input istakes. If the AUTO IP function is on, the stored IP data will be auto atically added first
when you dial a nu ber beginning with “0” at the on-hook pre-dialing ode, or re-dialing a
previously called nu ber (either inco ing or outgoing) beginning with “0”. When “0”Lock or
Full Lock is effective, Auto IP setting is not per itted.
LCD CONTRAST
When LCD displays SET 6 LCD , press SET and use UP/DOWN to select a ong the 5 degrees
which you prefer.
ANTI-STEAL
When LCD displays SET 7 ALAR , press SET, and you will see on LCD ALAR OFF . Use
UP/DOWN to select ON or OFF and press SET to confir .
DIALING MODE
When LCD displays SET 8 P-T , press SET, and you will see on LCD TONE or PULSE ,
indicating that TONE or PULSE is the present dialing ode. Use UP/DOWN to ake the option,
and then press SET to confir .
RECEIVING INCOMING CALLS
When receiving a phone call in line 1, LCD will display the phone nu ber together with the
infor ation of date, ti e, and a serial nu ber. A new nu ber will carry a “NEW” icon, and a
repeated nu ber will carry a “REP” icon. A private call will display“------P------” . A call out of
service will display“------O------”An incorrect inco ing signal will display . If it is a FSK“------
E-------”for at Caller ID signal, the current onth, date and ti e display will be updated (while
the year re ains unchanged). For line 2, LCD will only display the phone nu ber and “2L”.
CHECKING INCOMING AND OUTGOING CALLS
The inco ing and outgoing calls of line 1 & line 2 are stored separately. The nu bers of inco ing
calls for line 1 are shown on LCD as default setting. Use UP/DOWN to review the inco ing calls
of line 1 including phone nu ber, date, and ti e. To scroll rapidly, press and hold UP/DOWN.
You can also use SCAN MODE to ake the option shown on LCD: LINE 1 IN SCAN , LINE 1
OUT SCAN , LINE 2 IN SCAN , LINE 2 OUT SCAN , and use UP/DOWN to review the
infor ation of the inco ing and outgoing calls including phone nu ber, date, and ti e. To scroll
rapidly, press and hold UP/DOWN for 3 second.
RE-DIALING AN INCOMING OR OUTGOING NUMBER
When both lines are at the on-hook state, press the RD key to re-dial fro line 1 when the nu ber
is on display. Press twice to add “0” at beginning of the area code if it has not been set (the

telephone should be unlocked.). When line 1 at off-hook state, press RD when the nu ber display
on LCD.
PRE-DIALING AT THE ON-HOOK STATE
Enter a phone nu ber and press the RD key. In the case of any input istakes, use DEL to correct.
USING THE DEL KEY
In the setting ode, use it to correct any input istakes when setting the Auto IP; use it to quit a
setting in other cases. In the Pre-dialing ode, use it to correct any input istakes. When scrolling
inco ing calls, use DEL to delete a phone nu ber. Press and hold it for 4 seconds will delete all
the inco ing calls.
RING SELECTION
When both lines at the on-hook state, press RING to choice the line which shown on LCD L1
RING or L2 RING . Use UP/DOWN to select the ring for two lines.
VIP NUMBERS SETTING
At the on-hook state, press “VIP” key to ake the VIP logo (Lock sy bol) ON or OFF when
checking the inco ing calls of line 1. The VIP nu bers could not be deleted only if press “VIP
key again to cancel the logo.
AUTO REDIAL
If the line is busy when you dial a nu ber at the hand-free state, press REDIAL/BACK , and the
nu ber is auto atically dialed every 6 seconds. The telephone will ring when you are connected.
Press the Hand-free key or pick up the handset to answer the phone. Abort the auto atic dialing
by pressing any key. The REDIAL / BACK function could be only active in line 1 except any line
not in the hold state.
CALL TIME
The display shows the duration of a call in progress since a nu ber has been dialed out. Manual
control is not available.
PABX EXIT CODE (only on line 1)
When re-dialing an inco ing call at the length of less than 6 digits, PABX exit code is not added;
When re-dialing an inco ing call at the length of 5 digits or ore, PABX exit code is added
auto atically if the first nu ber of call is different fro the code you have set. Press twice to add
“0” at beginning of the area code if it has not been set (the telephone should be unlocked.) When

redialing at on-hook state, the pause ti e between PABX exit code and phone nu ber is about 1
second.
LED INDICATOR&BACK-LIGHT
When any new inco ing call is issing, the LED indicator flashes .Checking the new call or
operating the telephone will ake the LED turned off. The back-light will be turned on when
receiving an inco ing call or dialing, and switched off 6 seconds later after operating finished.
ONE-TOUCH MEMORY
Store: on-hook + nu ber + SET + Mi (i=1,2,3 )
When checking the inco ing call /outgoing call/pre-dialing call, press SET and you will see on
LCD: STORE IN. Press Mi (I=1,2,3 ) to store.
Dialing: on-hook + Mi (I=1,2,3 )
Press Mi (i=1,2,3 ) and pick up the handset or press HF key to dial fro the line which you
choose.
TWO-TOUCH MEMORY
Store: nu ber + SET + N (N=0 – 9, *, # )
Press RECALL and N (N= 0 – 9, *, # ) and pick up the handset or press HF key to dial fro the
line which you choose.
DISPLAY OF TWO LINES IN DIFFERENT STATE
When line1 is at off-hook state, the inco ing call fro line2 will be displayed on LCD while the
back light is turned on. The ring indicator of line 2 will flash and the ring is shorter in order not to
influence the talking of line 1.
