Three alarm functions of the laser module
The intelligent laser module has three alarm functions: low airflow alarm ($153), flame
alarm ($154) and lens contamination alarm ($155). They can be enabled or disabled. The
indicator light will still indicate the current situation normally when disabled but it won’t stop
working. You can connect the machine and the software through the data cable, enter $$ in
console and press Enter to check whether the alarm function is enabled (0-Disabled; 1-Enabled).
If you need to enable or disable the alarm function, please enter the following command in
the console and press Enter:
Enable low airflow alarm: $153=1
Enable flame alarm: $154=1
Enable lens contamination alarm: $155=1
Disable low airflow alarm: $153=0
Disable flame alarm: $154=0
Disable lens contamination alarm: $155=0
What should I do if it alarms?
1. The AIR will flash red if the machine is in standby mode, the connection of the air pump is
abnormal, or the silicone air tube is not connected or twisted. You should check the air pump and
the silicone air tube at this time;
2. The FIRE of the laser module will flash red, stop working and move to the side away from the
flame when the flame is detected during cutting flammable materials (such as cardboard,
paulownia wood) slowly. At this time, you can press the reset button to clear the alarm
information. The FIRE will turn orange, indicating that there is a risk of fire but you can press
START to continue working. The FIRE will turn green after restarting the machine;
3. The LENS will flash red and the machine will stop working if the lens is dirty (such as

fingerprints, dust attached). At this time, you can press the reset button and press START to
continue working. The LENS will turn orange and you should clean the lens when powered off.
The LENS will still flash red when powered on next time. You need to press the reset button again
to confirm that the lens has been cleaned, and then the LENS will turn green.

激光模组的三个报警功能
智能激光模组具有三个报警功能：气流偏低预警($153)；火焰报警($154)；镜片脏污报
警($155)，报警功能可开启或关闭，关闭时如果遇到异常激光模组的指示灯仍会指示当前状
况，但机器不会停止工作。通过数据线连接机器与软件后，在控制台输入$$并回车，可查看
当前报警功能是否开启(0-关闭；1-开启)：
如果需要开启或关闭相关报警功能，请在控制台中输入以下指令并回车：
开启气流偏低预警：$153=1
开启火焰报警：$154=1
开启镜片脏污报警：$155=1
关闭气流偏低预警：$153=0
关闭火焰报警：$154=0
关闭镜片脏污报警：$155=0
报警后应该如何处理？
1. 雕刻机待机、气泵连接异常、硅胶气管未连接或弯折等情况会导致 AIR 红灯闪烁，此时
应检查气泵以及硅胶气管；
2. 慢速切割易燃物体（如纸板、泡桐木等）， 检测到火焰时激光模组的 FIRE 会红灯闪烁，停
止工作，并移动到远离火焰的一侧；按下复位键可清除当前报警信息，此时 FIRE 变为橙灯
常亮，表示当前存在着火风险，按下开始按键可继续工作；重启机器后，FIRE 绿灯常亮；
3. 镜片脏污（如指纹、烟尘附着）将导致 LENS 红灯闪烁，机器暂停工作；此时按下复位键，
LENS 变为橙灯常亮，按下开始按键可继续工作；断电后需对镜片进行清洁，下次开机 LENS
仍会保持红灯闪烁，需再次按下复位键确认已清洁镜片， LENS 才会绿灯常亮；
