order of assembly to create this specic set.
Read this sheet and all instructions included with the different parts before assembly.

• Start by assembling the Lexington tower. Instructions and hardware
are in the cartons noted at left. Notice the gym is rotated 90° from
the position shown in the instructions
• Wait to install the Access Ladder, Slide, and Wall Slats until after the
rest of the play set is complete.
• Lex step 2. Do not install the Sandbox End on the end adjacent to the
Skybox. It will be replaced when installing the play oors.
• Lex step 7. Do not install the safety rail.
• Lex step 14. Do not install the End Wall Support adjacent to the Skybox.
• Lex step 15. No Swing Mount is needed.
• Once the roof, roof supports, and ridge cap are installed, proceed
with the Skybox tower.
• Skybox step 2. Omit the sandbox end under the gym. The oor transi-
tion from the Skybox Play Floor will be used instead.
• Skybox step 11. Use the front posts from The Skybox Roof (SJ926-
810) in place of the post extensions.
• Skybox Step 17. Wait to install the wall slats on the front and side
where the bubble panel and slide will mount, until after installing the
bubble and slide.

• Ignore the special instructions regarding mounting with
play oors in the Skybox instructions. Use the method
found on the bottom of page three of the skybox play oor
instructions.
• Once the basic Lexington-Skybox tower is assembled as-
semble the Yorktown tower about 92" away from the Lex-
ington. The center of the porch will align with the center of
the Lexington.
• Wait to install the Access Ladder, Slide, and Wall Slats until
after the whole play set is complete.
• York step 2. Do not install the Sandbox Center on the front
of the tower. Use the Floor Transition from the Yorktown
Play Floor (63063-101). See page 2 of the Yorktown Play
Floor instructions. Secure the Sandbox backs but wait to
install the oors.
• Yorktown step 12. Before securing the angle braces, move
the tower into place 92" from the other tower. Use the
bridge rails from SJ951-102 to assure the alignment is ex-
act. Continue assembly making sure the posts are plumb
and the towers are level.
• Yorktown step 19. Install the Bridge (SJ951-102) between
towers before mounting the Swing Beam.
• Yorktown step 19. Install the 9ft Beam in the position shown
above. Instructions and hardware are in the 9' Swing Beam
Leg Carton (63060-222). Continue with Yorktown assem-
bly.
• Yorktown step 24. Do not install the End Window Panel
where the spiral slide is to be mounted.
• Yorktown step 32. Do not install the safety rail. Wait to in-
stall the Access Ladder, Slide, and Wall Slats until after the
whole play set is complete.
• Mount the Tire Swing (63045-505) to the underside of the
Bridge using the Bridge Tire Swing Adapter (50571-100).
• Mount the Tic-Tac-Toe Panel (50514-100) to the back cen-
ter of the Bridge.
• Mount the Bubble Panel (AP970-104) to the front center of
the Bridge.
• Using a ladder, install three Dormers (SM963-402) in the
positions shown on the front page. Ladder access may be
obstructed by later installations.
• Assemble the Spiral Slide (8400-202). Mount it to the York-
town tower using the Direct Connect Adapter (63091-111).
• Install the Yorktown Adapter Panel (63065-101) to the Yor-
ktown and Direct Connect Adapter.
• Install a Gable Fan (SM964-402) at each end of each roof.
• Install the Lexington Play Floor (SC910-800Q) and Sky-
box Play Floor (SC904-800Q) using the method shown on
page 3 of the Skybox Play Floor Manual.
• Install a Yorktown Porch Play Floor (63063-101) followed
by a Lexington Play Floor (SC910-800Q) on the bottom
level of the Yorktown Tower.

• Install the Yorktown Play Walls (63064-101) and Lexington
Play Walls (SC909-800Q) on the bottom level of the York-
town Tower, arranged as shown above.
• Install the Window and Door Panels (40456-402, 40459-
402, & 40460-402) in the bottom of the Lexington tower,
positioned as shown above.
• Mount Monkey Bars (63079-102), and a Super Wave Slide
(15166-400) to the front of the Lexington tower, positioned
as shown on page one of this guide.
• Mount the Ice Cream Stand (63081-102) to the end of the
Skybox.
• Install a Bubble Panel (AP970-104) to the Skybox above
the Ice Cream Stand.
• Mount the Rocket Slide (15140-400) to the front of the
Skybox using the Skybox Slide Kit (50398-700).
• Assemble the Rock Climbing Wall (AH201-102Q). Mount
the Wall and a Super Wave Slide (15166-400) to the front
of the Yorktown tower, positioned as shown on page one
of this guide.
• Mount a Slide Handle (AG943-400) above each Super
Wave Slide and the Rocket Slide.
• Mount one Access Ladder (SH946-102) to the side of the
Yorktown tower, positioned as shown on page one of this
guide.
• Fasten two Access Ladder handles (AG942-400) to the
Access Ladder.
• Install the wall slats in the positions shown on the rst and
second page, using the methods from the Lexington and
Yorktown instructions. Gaps must be narrower than 3-1/2"
or wider than 9" to prevent potential head entrapment.
• Mount the hand grips to the entrance wall slats.
• Install the Shutters and Flower Box from two Clubhouse
Window Packs (63073-101) in the positions shown on
page two of this guide. Fasten one pair of shutters to the
end panel adjacent to the Bridge. The other pairs goes on
the Double Window Panel on the back of the Yorktown.
Mount both Window Boxes below the double window on
the back of the Yorktown.
• Double-check all fasteners are secure and all recessed
hardware is covered by hole caps.
• Hang the swings.
