• Always ensure that the bottom of the pan and the stovetop surface are clean to avoid
scratches.
• Use pans over a medium to low heat. Never overheat an empty pan.
• Avoid sudden cooling of the glass lid, do not rinse it with cold water immediately after use.
• As soon as possible after use, clean with soapy water and soft sponge or cloth. The pan is
also dishwasher safe.
• Never use hard objects or steel wool. They will leave scratch marks on the surface.
• Discolorations may be caused by soapy water after several washes. Spots at the bottom of the
pan (limescale deposits) can be removed easily using vinegar/citric acid and a soft cloth.
• WARNING! The handles of the pan may become hot. Please use oven gloves or pot holders.
• When using an induction stovetop and it is warming up, there may be some noise between the
pan bottom and cooking ring. This noise will cease as the pan warms further. Due to the fast
speed at which an induction stovetop heats up, do not heat the pan when it is empty. This
could cause damage to the base. If using an induction stovetop, it is particularly important that
the pan is placed in the center of the heating element. The most effective diameter for the
cooking ring on induction stovetops is 10 in/25 cm.
• Safety instructions and advice for handling fat: Do not heat or leave unattended - sizzling fat
can catch fire. Use a woolen blanket, fire blanket or a fire extinguisher to smother fat that
catches fire - UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES USE WATER TO EXTINGUISH FIRE!
Before first use, rinse thoroughly using soapy water and a soft sponge or dishcloth.
Dry carefully with a dish towel.

In order to make a claim under the warranty, please send us:
• The faulty item with all component parts, the original receipt and the
warranty card properly completed.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
• Accident or unanticipated events (e.g. lightning, water, fire).
• Failure to follow the safety and maintenance instructions.
• Other improper treatment or modification of the product.
After the expiration of the warranty period, you may wish to have your product
repaired at your own expense. You will be notified of the repair costs in advance.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights
which vary from state to state but this warranty is not intended to exceed statutory
minimum requirements beyond what is included above.
This warranty does not limit the statutory obligation of the seller arising from any
implied warranties. The period of warranty can only be extended in accordance
with applicable law.
Neither the service company nor ALDI will assume any liability for data or settings
stored on any returned product.
