••The•front•ToF•sensor•(Time•of•Flight:•distance•imaging•sensor)•
can•measure•up•to•1•m•(3.2•ft).
••The•fingerprint•ToF•sensor•can•measure•up•to•10•cm•(3.9•in).
Using Product
You•can•identify•yourself•easily•with•the•biometrics•registered•in•
the•product.•The•data•that•is•not•registered•cannot•be•used•for•
authentication.
1.• The•large•ring•light•will•turn•white•and•rotate•left•and•right•as•
the•front•ToF•sensor•detects•you•when•you•walk•within•the•1•m•
(3.2•ft)•range•of•the•product.
2.• Use•your•biometric•data•(face,•iris,•fingerprints•and•palm•vein).
If•there•is•nothing•to•recognize•or•you•do•not•use•the•product•
for•a•certain•period•of•time,•the•large•ring•light•will•blink•and•the•
product•will•be•switched•to•its•standby•mode.
3.• Verify•whether•or•not•the•authentication•was•successful.
••When•authenticated,•the•alarm•will•ring•and•the•mode•icon•will•
turn•blue.
••When•authentication•has•failed,•the•alert•will•sound•and•
the•large•ring•light•will•be•turned•off.•The•product•will•be•
switched•to•its•standby•mode.
••When•an•error•occurs,•the•mode•icon•will•blink.
••When•there•is•a•communication•error•in•the•system,•the•
notification•icon•(• •)•will•turn•in•orange.•Refer•to•CRUAMS•
(Crucial•Access•Management•System)•or•contact•the•
customer•service•center•for•how•to•fix•the•error.

Palm Vein Recognition
Spread•your•hand•and•place•it•perpendicularly•to•the•palm•vein•
sensor.•Align•the•center•of•your•palm•with•the•center•of•the•sensor.•
Then•move•your•hand•slowly•up•or•down•at•a•distance•of•3.5–7•cm•
(1.3-2.7•in)•from•the•product.•The•fingerprint•ToF•sensor•will•scan•
your•palm•and•the•fingerprint•light•will•turn•green.
Remain•still•while•your•palm•vein•is•being•scanned.
3.5-7•cm
It•is•a•touchless•authentication•system.•Do•not•touch•the•sensor•
with•your•hand.
Fingerprint Recognition
Place•your•hand•perpendicularly•to•the•fingerprint•camera.•Place•
the•first•knuckle•of•the•finger•so•that•it•can•cover•the•camera.•Then,•
adjust•your•hand•at•a•distance•of•9-10•cm•(3.5-3.9•in)•from•the•
product.•The•fingerprint•ToF•sensor•will•scan•your•palm•and•the•
fingerprint•light•will•turn•green.
Move•your•finger•closer•slowly•down•to•a•distance•of•3.5-5•cm•(1.3-
1.9•in)•from•the•camera.•It•will•sound•when•your•fingerprints•are•
scanned.

9-10•cm
••If•the•fingerprints•are•similar,•it•can•be•recognized•as•the•same•
fingerprint•even•though•it•is•a•different•finger.
••If•you•have•a•cut•on•your•finger•or•the•finger•has•been•saturated•
by•water,•it•may•fail•to•scan•your•fingerprints•correctly.
••Make•sure•your•finger•and•the•product•surface•are•dry•and•
clean.
••If•you•bend•your•finger•or•place•only•the•tip•of•your•finger,•it•may•
fail•to•scan•your•fingerprints.•Adjust•and•place•the•first•knuckle•
of•the•finger•so•that•it•can•cover•the•fingerprint•camera.
••It•is•a•touchless•authentication•system.•Do•not•touch•the•sensor•
with•your•hand.
Facial Recognition
Stand•at•a•distance•about•50–60•cm•(19.6-2.3•in)•from•the•product,•
and•look•at•the•face•camera.•Adjust•your•face•so•it•can•be•parallel•
to•the•camera.•To•recognize•your•face,•the•pan•and•tilt•modules•are•
moving•in•the•direction•of•your•face•to•adjust•the•angle•of•camera.
50-60•cm
••For•better•recognition,•face•forward•and•tuck•or•lift•your•chin.
••Facial•recognition•may•fail:
•- when•it•is•too•bright•or•too•dark,•or•the•surface•of•product•
is•dirty.
•- when•you•look•different•by•wearing•a•hat,•glasses,•a•mask•
or•other•accessories•or•putting•on•heavy•makeup.
••A•similar•face•or•image•can•also•be•recognized•as•you.
Iris Recognition
Stand•at•a•distance•about•50–80•cm•(19.6-31.5•in)•from•the•
product.•Adjust•your•face•so•it•can•be•parallel•to•the•iris•camera,•and•
look•at•the•camera•for•1–3•seconds.•The•iris•light•will•turn•in•red.•To•
recognize•your•irises,•the•pan•and•tilt•modules•are•moving•to•adjust•
the•angle•of•camera.
50-80•cm
••For•best•results,•adjust•your•face•so•it•can•be•parallel•to•the•
camera•and•open•your•eyes•wide.
••Scanning•irises•may•fail:
•- when•it•is•too•bright•or•too•dark,•or•the•surface•of•product•
is•dirty.
•- when•the•irises•are•hard•to•scan•due•to•glasses,•contact•
lenses,•blepharoptosis,•or•eye•surgery.
••If•it•cannot•scan•your•iries•while•you•are•wearing•glasses•or•
contact•lenses,•take•off•them•and•try•again.
