- Before using this appliance, please check carefully to make sure voltage
(AC120V-60Hz) is compatible with your home. To avoid electrical overload,
do not use any other high power appliance on same electrical circuit.
- Always place appliance on a at, level and stable surface.
- DO NOT let power cord hang over edge of table or counter or touch any
hot surfaces.
- Keep appliance out of reach of children or pets. This product is not
intended to be used by children.
- This appliance is not recommended for outdoor use.
- DO NOT place the unit on or near a hot gas or electric burner or in a heated
oven.
- DO NOT move any appliance containing hot water or generating steam.
- DO NOT place your Hot Dog Steamer under kitchen cabinets when
operating as it generates steam that could damage your cabinets.
- It is normal to have residual water left over in the Hot Dog Steamer when
appliance has been shut down. NEVER handle, move or disassemble Hot
Dog Steamer when still HOT. ALWAYS let appliance cool down
completely before handling, moving or disassembling.
- DO NOT place product in microwave oven or on any hot surface.
-DO NOT PLACE ANY PARTS OF YOUR HOT DOG STEAMER IN
DISHWASHER.
- DO NOT immerse Steamer Base, electrical cord or plug in water or other
liquid.
- Fill Steamer Base BEFORE plugging appliance in electrical outlet.
- When Hot Dog Steamer is in operation, USE EXTREME CAUTION when
lifting Lid. ALWAYS use Oven Mitts, making sure to keep Lid away from
hands and face. Keep Hot Dog Steam Tray open to let excess hot water
drip off back into Drip Tray.

certain disabilities.

Hand wash all parts of your Hot Dog Steamer, except Steamer Base, in
hot soapy water. Rinse well and dry completely before reassembling.
DO NOT IMMERSE STEAMER BASE, ELECTRICAL CORD OR PLUG IN
WATER OR OTHER LIQUID.

This product was designed to cook steamed food
Do not use for any other purpose other than intended
WARNING: To avoid risks of electrical shock, burns or injuries,
always make sure the product is unplugged from the electrical outlet
before assembling, disassembling, displacing, servicing, or cleaning it.
When using any electrical appliance and to reduce the risk of re,
electrical shock or serious injury, basic safety precautions should always
be followed:
• Never leave appliance unattended while in use. Always unplug the product
from electrical outlet when not in use.
• Keep electrical cord and appliance away from any hot surface.
• DO NOT immerse Steamer Base, electrical cord or plug in water or
other liquid.
• Do not use any accessories other than those recommended or sold by
the product manufacturer.
• Use Oven Mitts when opening Lid, Hot Dog Steam Tray or when
handling hot food or any hot parts of the appliance.
WARNING: This appliance generates steam that can cause burns,
scalding and serious injuries. Use extreme caution and always use
Oven Mitts and cooking tongs to take food out from your Hot Dog
Steamer.
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. DO NOT LEAVE APPLIANCE
UNATTENDED WHEN IN USE, WHEN APPLIANCE IS STEAMING OR
WHEN APPLIANCE CONTAINS HOT FOOD OR HOT WATER.
• Do not plug or unplug appliance from electrical outlet when hands are
wet.
• To disconnect appliance from electrical outlet, pull directly the plug out.
Do not pull on the electrical cord.
• DO NOT operate this or any other appliance with a damaged cord or plug
or after the appliance malfunctions, has been damaged in any way or if
Steamer Base has been immersed in water or other liquid. Do not attempt
to repair defective appliance by yourself. Send the defective or damaged
unit to the nearest Authorized Service Center for inspection, repair or
adjustment. ONLY qualied technicians should repair this appliance.
• A short power-supply cord is provided to reduce the hazards resulting
from entanglement or tripping over a longer cord. An extension cord may
be used with care; however, be sure the marked electrical rating is at
least as great as the electrical rating of this appliance (listed on the
bottom panel of the unit). The extension cord should be positioned such
that it does not drape over the counter or table top where it can be pulled
on by children or tripped over.

PARTS DESCRIPTION
READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING
YOUR HOT DOG STEAMER
BEFORE FIRST USE
- Carefully check appliance voltage rating (AC120V-60Hz) to make sure it is
compatible with your home.
- Thoroughly wash ALL PARTS of the unit (except Steamer Base) in hot soapy
water. Rinse well and dry completely before assembling.
- Rinse interior of the Steamer Base with hot water and dry thoroughly.
DO NOT IMMERSE STEAMER BASE, ELECTRICAL CORD OR PLUG IN
WATER OR OTHER LIQUID.
- Place unit of a at, stable and level counter. DO NOT place appliance directly
under kitchen cabinets as the unit generates steam that could damage your
cabinets.
-This appliance and all parts are not made to be used in an oven, microwave oven
or on a cooktop.
WARNING
This product is equipped with a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other
blade) as a safety feature to reduce the risk of electrical shock and re.This plug
will t into a polarized outlet only one way. If you are unable to insert the plug into
the electrical outlet, try reversing the plug. If the plug still does not t, contact a
qualied electrician. Never use the plug with an extension cord unless the plug can
be fully inserted into the extension cord, making sure the electrical rating of the
extension cord is at least as great as the electrical rating of this appliance (listed on
the bottom panel of the unit). Do not alter plug. Do not attempt to defeat the safety
purpose of the polarized plug.

HOW TO COOK YOUR HOT DOGS
Fill the Steamer Base with cold tap water up to desired level, making sure
you do not over-ll, up to Maximum Water Level Indicator (MAX). Water level
should NEVER be lower than the Minimum Water Level Indicator (MIN).
Assemble your Hot Dog Steamer as follows:
• Place the Drip Tray over the Steamer Base.
• Place the Main Unit Body over the top of the Steamer Base, making
sure the Back Safety Clip of the Main Unit Body is locked in place to
the Base Steamer part. This Safety Clip is a safety feature to hold in
place the Main Body Unit to the Steamer Base. DO NOT lift appliance
by the side handles.
• Insert the Hot Dog Steam Tray in the Main Unit Body by lifting it slightly
upwards to enable the back stopper-tabs of the Tray to t in place. The
back stopper-tabs are a safety feature to block Hot Dog Steam Tray
from fully opening when taking out Hot Dogs from the Tray.
• Place Bun Tray in Main Unit Body making sure side Tray Tabs are fac
ing upwards. These Tabs will help you lift out the Tray when cleaning
unit.
• Place up to 12 Hot Dogs in Hot Dog Steam Tray and close the Tray.
• Place up to 12 Buns in Bun Steamer Compartment making sure not to
block the Steam Vents located in the corners of the Bun Tray,
(Fig 1) enabling steam to fully circulate around the Bun Steamer
Compartment.

Make sure Steam Vents are not blocked by Buns Hot Dog Steam Tray
WARNING: Food coming out of the Hot Dog Steamer is VERY HOT.
ALWAYS USE Oven Mitts and Cooking Tongs to take out Hot Dogs & Buns.
MAINTENANCE
• After each use, unplug appliance from electrical outlet.
• LET APPLIANCE COOL DOWN COMPLETELY BEFORE disassembling or to
empty water left over in the Drip Tray or Steamer Base.
• DO NOT IMMERSE STEAMER BASE, ELECTRICAL CORD OR PLUG IN WATER
OR OTHER LIQUID.
WITH EXTREME CAUTION, disassemble Hot Dog Steamer as follows:
• Unlock Back Safety Clip from Main Unit Body and take out all in one piece.
Set aside.
• On a at, stable and level surface, take out the Hot Dog Steam Tray from the Main
Unit Body by lifting it slightly upwards to unblock the back stopper-tabs, being
careful not to force them out.
• Take Lid off. Use caution as water drops could drip off the Lid.
• Take the Bun Tray out by pulling on the Tabs located on each side of the Bun Tray.
• Carefully take out Drip Tray and empty out any remaining water in sink.
• Empty out in sink any remaining water left over in Steamer Base.
Completely dry out Steamer Base with a clean dry cloth.
• DO NOT PLACE PARTS OR COMPONENTS OF YOUR HOT DOG STEAMER
IN DISHWASHER. Wash by hand all parts of your Hot Dog Steamer
(except Steamer Base) in hot soapy water. Dry well with clean dry cloth.
DO NOT IMMERSE STEAMER BASE, ELECTRICAL CORD OR PLUG
IN WATER OR OTHER LIQUID.
• When all parts and components of your Hot Dog Steamer are completely dry,
reassemble appliance. Store in a dry and clean area.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners.
• Depending on the alkalinity of the water in your area, scale deposits may build up
around the Steamer Base chimney and interfere with the steaming process.
If you notice such, use a descaler/cleaner product following instructions from the
product manufacturer.
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUTURE REFERENCE
• Cover Bun Steamer Compartment with Lid. We suggest to turn Hot Dog
buns midway through cooking time, carefully lifting Lid.Always use Oven
Mitts to avoid burns, scalding or injuries caused by Hot Steam
and Hot Water escaping from Lid. Lift Lid away from hands and
face being careful not to come in contact with any hot water drops
that could slide from Lid.
• Plug Hot Dog Steamer into electrical wall outlet.
• Adjust Minute Timer depending on number of Hot Dogs and Buns being
cooked, from 12 to 15 minutes to perfectly cook Steamed Hot Dogs.
• At the end of the steam cooking cycle, make sure Minute Timer and
Power Indicator Light are fully turned OFF. Unplug Hot Dog Steamer
from electrical outlet. With EXTREME CAUTION, open Bun Steamer
Compartment Lid. ALWAYS use Oven Mitts to avoid burns, scalding
or injury resulting from Hot Steam and Hot Water escaping from
Lid. Lift Lid away from hands and face being careful not to come in
contact with any hot water drops that could slide from Lid. Open
Hot Dog Steam Tray being CAREFUL OF THE STEAM escaping from
the Tray. With Cooking Tongs, take out a Bun and ll with Hot Dog.
Add your favorite ingredients as per enclosed HOT DOGS AROUND THE
WORLD Recipe Booklet and enjoy the best Hot Dogs you’ve ever tasted !
TIPS
• Make sure there is always sufcient amount of water left in Steamer Base,
specially when making numerous batches of Hot Dogs. If needed, ll the
Steamer Base through Water-Fill Vents located on the side handles of the
Drip Tray (left or right side).
• Do not overll Hot Dog Steam Tray or Bun Steam Tray.
• Do not wrap Buns when steam cooking.
• Use only clean water in Steamer Base.
• Use your Hot Dog Steamer to cook Pastrami, Vegetables and Fish.
