About This Guide
This guide covers basic and some advanced features of the JetWrap®coin
wrapper, which is a high speed coin wrapping machine that counts coins and
wraps them in paper rolls. The Jetwrap is an automatic high speed coin wrapping
solution that allows fast processing of large volumes of coin into paper rolls
ready for consumers. The large hopper and convenient wheels allow the system
to easily adapt to most work environments and making a great addition to a JetSort
coin sorter to provide a comprehensive solution of coinprocessing.

1) Getting Started:
This process will ensure your coin is ready for it to be wrapped.
1)
Denomination Mode:
Here you will select the denomination of coin you need to process.
Pressing the Set
key on the
Display Panel will
take you to the
first Operation
Screen
Remove foreign objects and ensure the coins are sorted by Denomination
Pressing the Clear key returns to the main counting screen at any time
Place the single coin denomination
youneed to processintothe Hopper Numberof MenuOption without saving. Menu Option Name
Select the Mode of Operation
To select the Mode ofoperation you will press the SETkey which enters into
the Operation Menu:
The Operation Menu will scroll thru the following each time the SET key is
pressed. Pressing the Clear Key will return to the Main Count Screen.
1. Select Denomination
The coin Denomination can be selected
2. Adjust Clock
Allows the date and time to be changed
3. System Set
Allows the selection of machine actions
4. System Set
Allows the selection of clearing jams

Paper Roll Installation
Start by placing the paper roll for the denomination onto the table and open
the front door.

6. Using an Open the door and close the door motion, allow the paper to feed until itstopscarefully. You
should ensure the paper is flat against the table and straight along the door as shown:
Pressing the M+ key will add the amount into the memory
and save it. Pressing the MR key recalls it to the screen.

In this section will offer some support into solving issues that
might occur.
Clearing a JAM condition:
Loose Coin
Drawer
If the machine encounters a jam or stop condition. Pressing
the Clear Key will drop the current coin into the Loose
coin Bin if there are coins present there.
Check the thickness adjustment block and
Coin track to ensure the coins are not
jammed by objects
Pressing the PRINT KEY will open the shutter manually and drop any
coin there into the Loose Coin Drawer.

COUNTING SENSOR
COVERED!
1. Wrong parameters.
2. Coin under sensor.
1. Correct the parameters,
2. Open the top cover,lift the coin climbing
mechanism,and remove the coins from the
track .
NO COIN!
1. No coin in the disk.
2. Disk exit is jammed.
3. Coin track is jammed.
4. Coin climbing belt or the friction
triangle belt is broken.
5. The set screw of the disk motor clutch
loosens.
1. Add coins to the disk and press STOP/START
key to continue.
2. Remove some coins and press STOP/START
key to continue.
3. Clear jam and press STOP/STARTkey to
continue..
4. Check the belts and replace them if
necessary.
5. Check the screw and tighten it.
STEP MOTOR OR
SHUTTER ERROR!
1. Coin jam when accepting coins.
2. Stacker finger collide with the stacker
ball bearing holder or the shutter plate.
3. The shutter plate cannot be opened or
closed as normal.
4. Coin accepting original point sensor
broken or socket connector falls.
5. The shutter sensor socket connector
error.
1. Remove the jammed coins.
2. Check whether the stacker finger loosensand
tighten the scew.
3. Check whether shutter plate is jammed by
coins and remove the coins if necessary.
4. Check the connectors and test the original
point.
5. Check the connector and test the shutter
sensor.
COIN ROLL GATE JAM!
1. Coin roll gate jam.
2. Connection rod is broken.
1. Remove the coins from the gate.
2. Check the rod and replace it if necessary.
PAPER FEED ERROR!
1. Paper is not sent correctly
2. Paper runs out.
3. Paper is jammed by the paper tucker
guide.
1. Resend paper.
2. Install paper and resend paper.
3. Remove the jammed paper and resend paper.
COIN FEED DOOR
OPEN!
1. Coin feed door open.
2. Stopper screw is worn.

2. Check the screw and replace it if necessary.

thickness adjustment block.

3. Replace the fuse.

Daily Cleaning Procedures for the Jet Wrap
Recommended Cleaning Materials
SimpleGreen,the recommendedcleaningagent,can beaneye
irritant. Avoid eye contact.
If eye contact occurs, flush eye(s) with cool water for 5 minutes
–remove contact lenses ifpresent–continue flushingeye(s)
with cool water for 15 more minutes. If irritation persists,
consult physician.
Individuals with sensitive skin should rinse hands after using.
•
Microfiber towels.
(Part number: 022-2223-00.)
A dry or pre-moistened microfiber towel may be used.
If using Simple Green concentrate, dilute to: 1 ounce of Simple Green per
8 ounces of water. For material-safety-data sheets, see simplegreen.com.
Daily Cleaning
1.
Wipe the display with a dry or pre-moistened microfiber towel.
2.
Wipe the exterior surfaces with a dry or pre-moistened microfiber towel.
3.
Use a brush or vacuum to remove debris and excess dust from the machine.
