General Safety and Personal Safeness
Attention:
•This manual, especially safety instructions, MUST be read and understood
completely in detail BEFORE installing, repairing, maintaining, changing accessory,
or in use of this De ice. Afterward the manual MUST be put at an adequate place
where it is easily reachable by any user.
•This De ice is strongly suggested be operated, disassembled, installed, and
maintained by a well-trained user who can follow this manual.
•Any improper use or unauthorized modification will be harmful to someone’s health
or/and damage someone’s property.
•The safety regulations from any indi idual country MUST be obser ed.
•Make sure that the location of this De ice is not reachable by child or anyone who is
not familiar with the safety and operating rule of the De ice. When this De ice is
operated by the foregoing persons, it is ery dangerous beha iour.
Principle in the Wor place:
Anyone who located at or near the workplace shall obey the following notes:
• Slipped, stumbled or fallen by a hose is the main reason of a serious or fatal accident.
Make sure that the hose pipeline is lying on the icinal ground of the workplace.
Additionally wearing the non-skid shoes and helmet both are required.
• A loud noise can lead to permanent hearing loss. Wearing ear protectors is required.
• Breathing dust or nebulized cleaning agents can be harmful to the health of respiratory
tract. Wearing the face mask is required.
• Contact with abrasi e materials or residues produced during the work process can be
harmful to the health. Wearing work glo es and adequate protecti e clothing are
required.
• E en small splinters, for example swirled by the air outlet of the De ice, can injure eyes
and lead to blindness. Wear impact-resistant eye is required.
• The working area must be a well- entilated space
• This De ice is not intended for the use in explosi e atmospheres and should not be
brought into contact with electrical power sources.
Self-Protection:
• This De ice must be used and maintained by a qualified user who can handle the size,
weight and force effect of the De ice.
• Repetiti e mo ements, awkward posture and constant ibration can be harmful to
hands and arms. Make sure to keep a safe posture and firm footing.
• Do not o er-extend your body, take care on a stable balanced body as well as secure
footing to control the De ice when an unexpected situation happens.
• Do not use this De ice when you are tired or influenced badly by medicine, alcohol or
drugs. Any carelessness will cause serious hurts.
• Only use this De ice in well-rested conditions.
• Always wear adequate protecti e clothing and eye protection. Further protection like

dust masks, helmets, ear protection, work glo es or non-skid safety shoes are required.
These foregoing protections will reduce the risk of accidents and injuries dramatically.
• Long hairs and loose clothing could tangled up in rotating parts of the De ice. It will
cause serious hurts.
• To a oid switching on the De ice by mistake, always make sure to disconnect the
De ice from air supply when not in use, and then change accessories or do a
maintenance.
• Always check the De ice, hoses and fittings for damages or loose before use.
• After changing accessories or doing a maintenance, make sure that any spanners or
other accessories will be remo ed before in use.
• Make sure that you can firmly hold the De ice against the counterforce.
Device in Use:
• The working-pressure input at an inlet of this De ice is recommended to be between
5.0 bar and 8.0 bar. If the working-pressure exceeds 8.0 bar, then the life cycle of this
De ice may be reduced and this De ice may cause an unexpected injury. If the
working-pressure is less than 5.0 bar, then this De ice may not perform a good
cleaning outcome.
• The recommended working-pressure at an inlet of this De ice is 6.2 Bar.
• If the working-pressure of air-compressed source is out of the range between 5.0 ~
8.0 bar, then the De ice is forbade to use.
• This De ice and accessories thereof must not be modified.
• Any part of this De ice is subject to wear and this can lead to fatigue of this De ice.
Please prepare some spare parts for replacement.
• Do not lay down this De ice before all the rotary parts stops working.
• Do not keep the De ice running while carrying it.
• Keep your hand away from the rotating parts.

• The air-pressure of this De ice must be freed before unlocking its cup. And then the
cup can be filled with cleaner.
• Do not use cleaner such as acidic, alkali and/or inflammable. The neutral cleaner is
recommended.
• If cleaner is required to be diluted, please obser e the instruction of manufacturer
so that the mixing ratio of a diluted cleaner is correct.
Operating Instruction (For Reference:AZ2000):
1A qualified and well-trained user is required for the use of this De ice.
2Hold a firm grip on this De ice so that your body and arm can resist the
counterforce from this De ice.
3Make sure that the cup of this De ice filled with diluted and neutral cleaner.
4Make sure that one end of a hose connected with an air-compressed source and
the other end of the hose is plugged into the air-inlet of this De ice.
5Turn the green rocker le er into the ertical position to acti ate the cleaner from
the cup.
6Ne er point the nozzle of this De ice at any one (yourself included).
7Point the nozzle at a dust or dirt located at the surface of an object. In the
meantime, keep the distance 1~3cm between the nozzle and the foregoing
surface where you would like to clean. Additionally the angle between of them
approx. 90°.
8Press the "trigger" of this De ice all the way; mo e the De ice slowly with
circular motions o er the surface where you are cleaning.

9Turn the green rocker le er into the horizontal "air only" position, press the
trigger of this De ice, and then dry the surface where you cleaned.
10 If it is necessary to remo e any remaining moisture, then please wipe the
cleaned surface with a dry cloth
11 Rotate the horn as per the direction of Hi-Lo indicator for adjusting the rotary
speed of the nozzle.(AZ2000 Only)
12 If the horn inside has any dust or dirt, please turn the green rocker le er into the
horizontal "air only" position, put the nozzle in the clean water of a bucket and
then press the trigger of this De ice all the way so that the dust or dirt of the
nozzle inside will be remo ed.
13 If this De ice is not in use, please unplug the hose away from the air-inlet of his
De ice.
Troubleshooting:
How to make the water spray fluently when the nozzle can’t spray water.
1Please check if the BUSHING is blocked by dirt.
2 Please turn on the AIR REVERSE SWITCH ASS'Y. And connected air compressor.
3 Please using the DUSTER to plug up the ALUMINUM TUBE of Cleaning Gun and
holding it tightly.

4 Push the TIRGGER, making the air pressure returning back to the bottle/cup. In
this way the air could circulate fluently.
Please note that you have to hold tightly and ma e the ALUMINUM TUBE no
rotating.
5 After using this method, you can see the water flowing from the INNER TUBE
without pushing the trigger. And then open the cup, water will stop flowing. It
means that the Cleaning Gun could operate normally. This way could be used for
all cleaning gun.
Maintenance:
In case of blocking or twist, switch off the De ice immediately, disconnect the air
compressed source and do not switch on the De ice again until the problem is
sol ed. Understand the reason why the De ice has been blocked and make sure
that this situation will not occur once more.
In case of a malfunction or unusual ibration, switch off the de ice immediately
and pro ide the De ice to an authorized ser ice centre to check. If there is no
correcti e action, the De ice should not be in the use.
If this De ice has any abnormality, then the De ice can not be in use until an
authorized ser er station fixes it. Keep in mind that many accidents are caused by
poor and inadequate maintenance.
Any worn-out part of this De ice should be replaced by an original spare part. Get
in contact with your dealer or authorized ser ice station for replacement support.
The use of unauthorized parts can cause malfunctions of this De ice and injury to
personal health.
Check the De ice regularly for cracks, unusual gap, mismatch and rotary parts
before in use of this De ice.
We strongly suggest to use the De ice should adapt with the AIR CONDITIONING
UNIT.
The Air conditioning unit includes 1. Air Filter, 2. Air
Regulator, 3. Air Lubricator, and using it could filter the dirt
and water, which will not into the pneumatic tools and also
could prolong the working life of e ery pneumatic tool.
