1. Introduction
A dedicated extender for extending the CAT6 cables used with the PU-103, PU-1103,
and PU-1106 HDMI over CAT6 Extender Sets. This great device will extend your
cabling up to 25 metres either side of the repeater, allowing IR pass-through, and
can be cascaded.
2. Features
• v1.3 HDMI, HDCP 1.1 and DVI 1.1 compliant.
• HDMI over CAT6 Repeater.
• Resolutions supported: PC - VGA to WXGA; HDTV - 480i to 1080p plus
1080p24fps.
• High Denition Audio supported: Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Digital Plus and DTS-HD
Master Audio plus LPCM.
• Compatible with CAT-5E and CAT-6 cables. CAT-6 is recommended for better
performance.
• Supports CEC functions & Deep Colour (10 & 12 bit)
• Supports Infra Red control signals throughput when in use with PUMA product
which enable IR control.
• Equalises and recovers incoming TMDS data before re-transmitting to ensure
optimum signal quality.
• Supports 3D signals

4. Operation Controls and Functions
4.1 Front Panel
1. HDMI input: Connect the HDMI input port to the HDMI or DVI output of your
source equipment such as DVD player or set-top-box.
2. Video input: Connect the video input to the video output of the transmitter unit
using CAT-6 cable.
3. DDC input: Connect the DDC input to the DDC output of the transmitter unit using
CAT-6 cable.

4.2 Rear Panel
1. DDC output: Connect the DDC output to the DDC input of the receiver unit using
CAT-6 cable.
2. Video output: Connect the video output to the video input of the receiver unit
using CAT-6 cable.
3. HDMI output: Connect the HDMI output port to the HDMI or DVI input of your
display.
