read this manual carefully to get used to the functions of the unit,
the precautions to take care of it, and how to operate the unit

This is an economical and practical CO 2 incubator which can
control the chamber temperature from ambient to 50 ° C and is
suitable for general incubation experiments.
There is a sensor attached to prevent damage of samples inside
also get user’s safety from over heat. Control panel displays
current temperature, and has timer settings. It also equipped with
a circuit breaker which protects from short circuit, PID-A
controller function that automatically adjusts the power supplied
to the heater, and adjustable shelves for user’s convenience.
The temperature control method of this unit is that the power is
supplied to the maximum till it reaches the set temperature by the
PID-A control method. After reaching the set temperature, the
power supplied to the heater is appropriately controlled so that
the temperature deviation is minimized, to ensure the stability of
temperature.

1.5.1. Main Controller
◘LCD display
Displays the status of the chamber.
◘Heating Lamp
Lit up when supplying electricity on the heater
◘Program Mode Lamp
Lit up when it is operating in program mode.
◘CO2 Lamp
Lit up when CO2 gas is supplying.
◘Timer Lamp
Lit up when timer function is on.
◘UV Lamp
Lit up when inside of the chamber is sterilized by UV lamp.
◘AT Lamp
This is an indicator lamp lit up when Auto-Tuning function is
used to optimize PID control value of temperature and CO2
gas amounts.
◘TEMP H/L Lamp
This is an indicator lamp when temperature of inside chamber
becomes higher (High) or lower (Low) than the set
temperature which lights up with a alarm sound.
◘CO2 H/L Lamp
This is an indicator lamp when CO2 gas inside of the chamber
becomes higher (High) or lower (Low) than the set CO2 gas
amounts, which lights up with an alarm sound.

◘START Button
Start the operation
◘PROGRAM/NORMAL Button
Switch mode from Program mode, Normal mode
◘MODE Button
To go to the screen to change the temperature, CO2, and
timer value of the device.
◘AUTO TUNE/ENTER Button
This button is used to enter the set value. Also, press and
hold this button for more than 5 seconds to proceed to the
Auto-Tuning screen.
◘1~9 Button
Input numbers.
◘← Button (Mute Button)
This button used when you move to the left column when
inputting, Or to turn off the alarm when the alarm sounds.
◘UV Button
This button is used to operate the UV Lamp. It does not work
when the unit is running.

1.6. Operating ■Before Operating
When you turn on the circuit breaker and power switch on the
side of the device, the message on the left appears on the LCD
screen for 3 seconds. If there is no abnormality after performing
the self-diagnosis of the controller, the current value display
screen appears and waits for control start.
The basic control items are chamber temperature, CO2 gas
concentration, door temperature and operating time, and
humidity displays only
There are two control modes: NORMAL (Manual) mode and
PROGRAM MODE.
T= Chamber Temp / Co2 = Co2 gas
D= Door Temp / Hum = Humidity
Tm = Timer / SvT = Set Temp
NORMAL MODE is a set value that keeps the internal
environment of the chamber. PROGRAM MODE is a mode to
change the internal environment of the chamber up to 10 STEPs.
■How to set NORMAL (Manual) mode
In the NORMAL mode, press the MODE button on the main
controller to set the desired temperature, etc.. Temp (T), CO2,
Door Temp (D), and Timer (Tm) are displayed on the LCD screen
along with the beep sound, Use the number keys and the SHIFT
(←) buttons to enter the desired value and press the ENTER
button to the next set value. After all the settings are completed,
press the MODE button to return to the current value display
screen.
If there is no input for more than 1 minute on this screen, it returns
to current value display screen automatically.
When pressing the START key in the control standby screen, the
standby screen changes to the active screen and starts to control
of each setting value.
At this time, CO2 gas starts control from the moment the
temperature reaches 36.0 ℃for precise control.

■How to switch from program/manual mode
Press and hold the PROGRAM / NORMAL button on the main
controller for 5 seconds to change the mode with the beep sound,
and the Program lamp will light. Press again for 5 seconds to
return to the previous mode.
■How to set program mode
In program mode (PROGRAM), each setting value can be
changed up to 10 STEPs. To change the set value of each STEP,
press the MODE button on the front panel and the first STEP
input screen appears. Temp (T), CO2, Door Temp (D) and Timer
(Tm) are displayed as shown on the left, Using the number keys
and the SHIFT (←) buttons, enter the desired value and press
the ENTER button to the next set value. After all the settings are
completed, press the MODE button to go to the next step display
screen. At this point, setting the Timer value to 00:00 does not let
go to the next step but ends as previous step. Pressing the
MODE button displays the CYCLE input screen, which sets how
many times the programmed STEPs will be repeated.
Run Cycle No : This item sets how many times each
programmed STEP will be repeated. The maximum repeated
operation input value is 999 times, and when it is input as 000, it
repeats infinitely.
UV-LAMP Time : This item sets the time to turn on the UV LAMP
before starting the temperature control. After the UV lamp is
turned on for set time, temperature control starts.
Pgm-On Delay : It is displayed only when the control is not in
operation (STOP status). It is an item to delay starting of control
after set time.

If you want to repeat program step 60 times from step 1 to step
5
1. From Step 1 to Step 5, enter values using Mode, Enter,
Number, and SHIFT keys.
2. In step 6, set the time setting value (Tm :) to 00:00.
3. Press the Mode button and the next screen will show the cycle
number input mode. Set the cycle number to 60.
4. Press the Mode button again to return to the current status
screen and press the START button to start operation.
If you want to skip STEP in program mode ←Pressing the button
skips the current STEP. If you press it in the last step, it goes
back to the first step.
■How to set UV Lamp
UV Lamp can not operate when temperature and CO2 control
is active. When the mode button is pressed twice during
operation stops, UV lamp operation setting screen appears. The
UV Lamp operates by the time entered, and the time unit is hour:
minute.
After setting the time, press the UV button on the main controller,
the UV lamp will light up, and sterilization will proceed for the
length of time entered. Sterilization is displayed as shown on the
left screen, and the remaining sterilization time is displayed in
hours: minutes.
When the sterilization is over after the time entered, the buzzer
sounds with the Time-Out message. The UV button returns to the
initial screen.

■AUTO TUNING Function
The function of the AUTO-TUNING button is to control the PID
value by the controller itself so that it can reach the set
temperature and CO2 value quickly and accurately. This product
had been AUTO TUNED at the factory before shipment, but this
function also can be used when temperature and CO2 control is
not functioning.
To use the AUTO-TUNING function, input the set values and start
the control with the START button. If you press and hold the
AUTO TUNE button on the main controller for 5 seconds when it
is running, the AUTO-TUNING screen appears.
Select the control item to be AUTO-TUNED by using the ENTER
key, and press the MODE key to perform AUTO-TUNING for the
selected item.
※Please be sure to execute auto-tuning when operating in
an environment with room temperature above 30 °C.
■Safety Functions
There is a dial type thermostat next to the side power switch. This
is a safety device to prevent overheating and it automatically
blocks heating in case of abnormality in set temperature. When
you finish all settings, set the temperature of the dial to about 10
~ 20% higher than the temperature you want to use. This function
prevents damage to the sample inside the chamber caused by
overheating.

1.8. Warnings
1. Check the power supply voltage to be connected..
(AC 110/220V, 50/60Hz, Single phase.)
2. Install the unit in a horizontally even surface.
3. If possible, Please do not use in places where vibration is
severe.
4.When unplugging the power cord, do not hold the cord, but pull
the plug.
5. Be careful not to let liquid flow into the controller part of the
instrument.
6. Do not use volatile, flammable or explosive chemicals as they
may explode.
7. Use it cleanly for long-term use of the device.
8. Before use, please clean up the inner chamber.
- Please use soaked gauze with isopropyl alcohol(70%)
- Please disassemble the shelves and clean up bottom and
Upper side.
- Please dry around the sensor and fan before use.

1.4. 제품 설명
본기기는 경제적이고 실용적인 CO2배양기(CO2INCUBATOR)로
서챔버의 온도를 상온에서 50℃까지 조절할 수있으며 일반
적인 배양실험에 적합합니다.
실험중인 시료의 훼손을 방지하고 사용자의 안전을 고려하여
챔버 내부의 온도가 설정 온도 이상으로 과열되는 것을 방지
하는 센서가 부착되어 있고, 제어판은 현재온도 표시기능, 사
용시간 설정 및이상 누전 시차단되는 누전 차단기, 히터에
공급되는 전원을 자동으로 조절하는 PID-A Controller 기능,
사용자의 편리성을 확보한 높낮이 조절기능 선반 등이 있습
니다.
본기기의 온도제어 방식은 PID-A 제어 방식으로 설정해
놓은 온도 근처 까지는 전력이 최대로 공급되며 설정 온도에
도달한 후에는 히터에 공급되는 전력이 적절하게 조절되어
온도편차를 극소화 함과 동시에 우수한 온도의 안전성이 유
지되도록 하였습니다.
또한 챔버의 미관과 고도의 밀폐성을 유지하기 위하여 스테
인레스 재질을 사용하였으며 고급단열재를 사용하여 기기 외
부의 과열을 최대한 방지하였습니다.
