The new ES1203 is the most powerful and versatile system in the ES series. It can be easily set up choosing among
mono or stereo configurations, and it comes with one subwoofer (2 x 12” woofers) and two tops (4 x 4” mid-woofers
each, with Logarithmic Curved Column Array technology). The new powerful class-D DIGIPR
®
G4 amplifier (with
PFC) can handle up to 1200 W RMS and the impressive I/ section allows connecting up to 4 inputs (considering the
Bluetooth
®
connection). The user-friendly control interface with LED display helps the user to tune precisely the
system. Main carrying and cabling accessories are also included.
1) Unpacking
The box contains:
-No. 1 subwoofer ES1203SUB, with 3 handles [Y] (on
the top and the two sides) and one M20 threaded hole
[Z] on the top for pole-mounting (see picture 1).
-No. 2 tops ES1203TOPs, each of which has one side
with [X] 36 mm hole for pole-mounting and one side
with a locking system for the assembly of 2 tops (mono
configuration). Each locking system has one rear safe
lock [K] (picture 2).
-No. 1 telescopic pole. It is composed of 2 screw-on
pieces, it has to be mounted on the top side of the
ES1203SUB ([Z] threaded hole) in mono configuration
(picture 1).
-No. 3 audio cables, with speak-on connectors, two of
which are 7 m (23 feet) long for stereo configuration,
and one of which is 2.5 m (8.2 feet) long for mono
configuration.
-No. 1 mai s cable, with VDE connector.

2) Mount your configuration
MONO: in mono configuration (see picture 3), you
need to assemble 2 ES1203T P units (see picture 2):
- Flip one of the two tops as illustrated.
- Align the two locking systems and press on the two
tops until you can hear a “click” from the two rear safe
locks [K]. Those locks are both released only once the
system is correctly assembled.
- Assemble the telescopic pole (screwing the two
pieces together), and screw it in the [Z] threaded hole
of subwoofer whit right-handed movement.
- Insert one of the two [X] holes of the assembled
mono double-top in the telescopic pole and adjust the
final height.
STEREO: in stereo configuration (see picture 3), you
need two tripod stands (SK-36TT, pole diameter: 35
mm). Insert the [X] hole of one E1203T P on the first
tripod stand, and repeat the same with the second one.
CHECK THAT THE REAR SAFE LOCK [K] IS PUSHED
(NOT RELEASED) BEFORE THE INSTALLATION
WARNING
The speaker is supplied with a mounted fuse for operation
within the 220-240V~ range. If you need to operate in the
110-120V~ voltage range
1. Disconnect all connections, including the power supply.
2. Wait for 5 minutes.
3. Replace the fuse with the one provided in the package
for the 100-120V~ range
NEVER USE THE HANDLES TO SUSPEND THE SYSTEM!

3) I/O and Control panel
In the rear side of ES1203SUB the user can find the
control panel of the system (pictures 4, 5):
1 MIC/INSTRUMENT INPUT (XLR or TRS connector)
2 – CH1 LINE/MIC INPUT (XLR or TRS connector)
3 – CH2 LINE/MIC INPUT (XLR or TRS connector)
4 – OLED DISPLAY
5 – FUNCTIONS CONTROL
(push rotary encoder rotate: select, push: confirm)
6 – AUX/MIX OUTPUT (XLR connector)
7 – Peak LED
8 – SERVICE DATA (USB B TYPE for firmware update)
9 MONO/STEREO LEFT TOP OUTPUT
10 – STEREO RIGHT TOP OUTPUT
11 – VDE MAINS INPUT (FULL RANGE)
12 – ON/OFF POWER SWITCH
13 – MAINS FUSE
4) ES1203TOPs cabling
MONO:
- Link the mono double-top (see paragraph no. 2) to
the M N /STERE LEFT T P UTPUT [9] using the
supplied 2.5 m (8.2 feet) speak-on cable. nly one
cable is needed, as shown in picture 3. Mount cable
clips to the pole to organize the cabling.
STEREO:
- Link the two ES1203T Ps to the M N /STERE LEFT
[9] and to the T P UTPUT STERE (right) [10]
respectively, using the two supplied 7 m (23 feet)
speak-on cables, as shown in picture 3. Mount cable
clips to the poles to organize the cabling.
5) Setup, turn on and I/O settings
- Connect the desired inputs (with proper cables and
connectors), using [1], [2], [3] inputs, and, if necessary,
enable Bluetooth
®
transmission in your device (for
example .mp3 player).
- If needed, link the output [6] to the input of a second
system, with a proper cable (XLR connectors).
- Insert the VDE connector of the supplied mains cable
in MAINS INPUT [11], connect the plug to the power,
and turn on the P WER switch [12].
- When the system is turned
on, the LED display [4] shows
the Main Level screen ([S1] in
picture 6). Adjust the main
level and enter every single
channel menu ([S2] in picture
6) for all the related settings,
rotating and pushing the
FUNCTI NS C NTR L [5]. If
necessary, enter Bluetooth
®
page to enable this function.
- Enter the main MENU for a complete set-up, or jump
to Mixer screens ([S3] and [S4]) by holding down the
FUNCTI NS C NTR L [5] for at least 3 seconds
(shortcut). In these pages you can control all the levels
of the system using a simple mixing console.

WE PROVIDE A “SUPERUSER PASSWORD” IF THE
INSERTED PASSWORD WILL BE LOST: Q2R5D9.
MAKE SURE THAT THE SYSTEM IS SECURELY INSTALLED IN A
STABLE POSITION TO AVOID ANY INJURIES OR DAMAGES TO
PERSONS OR PROPERTIES.
