Keep the nstructon manual for
future reference. Should ths
applance be gven to a thrd party,
then ths nstructon manual must
also be handed over.
1.1 General safety
•Ths applance s ntended for
prvate domestc use only and s not
sutable for professonal caterng
purposes. It should not be used for
commercal use.
•The blades are very sharp! Handle
the sharp blades wth utmost care,
especally durng removng and
cleanng, n order to avod njures.
•Never clean the applance wth
bare hands. Always use a brush.
•Do not touch any movng parts
of the applance. Do not attach
or remove the parts untl the
applance comes to a complete
stop.
•Always keep har, clothng and
any other utensls away from the
applance durng operaton n order
to prevent njury and damages.
•Check f the mans voltage on the
ratng label corresponds to your
local mans supply. The only way to
dsconnect the applance from the
mans s to pull out the plug.
•Do not wrap the power cord around
the applance.
•For addtonal protecton, ths
applance should be connected to a
householdfaultycurrentprotecton
swtch wth no more than 30 mA.
Consult your electrcan for advce.
•Do not mmerse the applance,
power cord or power plug n water

•Always pull out the power plug
before assemblng the applance,
after usng the applance, before

power cord or the appliance is
damaged.
•Our Household Appliances
meet applicable safety standards,
thus if the appliance or power cord
is damaged, it must be repaired or
replaced by the dealer, a service
centre or a similarly qualified and
authorized service person to avoid
any dangers. Faulty or unqualified
repair work may cause danger and
risks to the user.
•Do not dismantle the appliance
under any circumstances. No
warranty claims are accepted
for damage caused by improper
handling.

unattended as long as it is in use.
Extreme caution is advised when
the appliance is being used near
children and people with limited
physical, sensory or mental
capabilities.
•Before using the appliance for the
first time, clean all parts which
come into contact with food
carefully. Please see details in the

•Dry the appliance and all parts
before connecting it to the mains
supply and before attaching the
accessories.
•Do not operate the appliance
without ingredients in the
measuring cup or chopping bowl.
•Never place the appliance,
attachments, power cord or plug on
hot surfaces such as gas or electric
burners or hot oven surfaces and
never use with hot liquids or food.
Let hot food and liquids cool down
to min. 80°C or less before using
the appliance.
•Do not use the appliance for
anything other than its intended
use.
•Never switch on the appliance
for longer than necessary for
processing the food.
This appliance is not intended for
use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or
lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have
been given supervision or
instruction concerning the use of
the appliance by a person

Children should be supervised to

and choppng bowl. Make sure

•We do not recommend operatng
the applance wth dry or hard
foods or for ce crushng as ths
may conclude n dull blades.
•Remove bones and stones from
food to prevent the blades and the
applance from beng damaged.

3Operaton
3.1 Preparaton
1. Remove all packagng and stcker materals and
dspose of them accordng to the applcable legal
regulatons.
2. Before usng the applance for the frst tme,
clean parts whch come nto contact wth food
(see the “Cleanng and care” secton).
3. Cut the food nto small peces before processng
wth the applance.
3.2 Blendng
1. Put the food that you would lke to puree or mx
n the measurng cup (6) or a smlar bowl.
2. Attach the blendng attachment (5) to the motor
unt (4) by pushng the attachment towards
the motor unt (4) and turnng t clockwse untl
t locks. Make sure the blendng attachment s
properly attached to the motor unt.
3. Insert the plug nto the wall socket.
4. Immerse the blendng attachment (5) n the
measurng cup (6), that contans the ngredents
to be blended.

To prevent the ngredents from
splashng, do not press the Speed I
button (2) or Speed II button (3) untl
the blendng attachment has been
mmersed n the ngredents.
5. Press and hold down Speed I button (2) or Speed
II button .
– The applance starts operatng.

The processng tme for about 100-
400 ml of baby food or soup s 20
seconds.
6. Move the applance slowly up and down and n
crcles to blend the ngredents.

Always swtch off the applance
before takng out the processed food.
7. Release the Speed I button (2) or Speed II button
(3) when you are fnshed and dsconnect the
power plug from the wall socket. Remove the
mxture from the measurng cup (6).
8. Dsassemble the blendng attachment (5) by
turnng t counter clockwse and then pullng t
off from the motor unt.

To prevent overheatng do not
operate the applance contnuously
for more than 10 seconds.

Never swtch on the applance for
longer than necessary for processng
the food.

To prevent overflowng of the
mxture do not overfll the measurng
cup (6). Smaller amounts are easer to
process.

To prevent any accdents use the cup
ld as ant-slp rubber pad.

If you would lke to use the blendng
attachment drectly n the pot, frst
take the pot off the stove to prevent
the blendng attachment from
overheatng.

4.1 Cleanng and care
AWARNING:
Never use petrol,
solvents or abrasve cleaners, metal
objects or hard brushes to clean the
applance.
AWARNING:
Do not touch the
blades wth your bare hands. The
blades are very sharp. Use a brush!
AWARNING:
Never put the motor
unt (4) or power cord n water or any
other lquds and never hold them
under runnng water.
1. Turn the applance off and dsconnect t from the
wall socket.
2. Let the applance cool down completely.
3. Use a damp soft cloth to clean the motor unt (4).
4. Immedately after usng, clean the blendng
attachment (5) wth warm, soapy water and dry
t thoroughly. Never wash t n the dshwasher.
5. Only the measurng cup (6) can be cleaned n the
dshwasher.

Before usng or storng the applance
after cleanng, dry all parts carefully
usng a soft cloth.
4.2 Storage
•If you do not plan to use the applance for a long
perod of tme, please store t carefully.
•Make sure the applance s unplugged and
completely dry.
•Store the applance n a cool, dry place.
•Make sure the applance s kept out of the reach
of chldren.
4.3 Complance wth the WEEE

Ths product has been manufactured wth

normal domestc and other wastes at the
end of ts servce lfe. Take t to the collecton center
for the recyclng of electrcal and electronc
equpment. Please consult your local authortes to
learn about these collecton centers.

harmful and prohbted materals specfed n the

Packagng materals of the product are

Regulatons. Do not dspose of the

other wastes. Take them to the packagng materal
