SPECIFICATIONS
Exterior: Cabinet front and shroud shall be 22-gauge
stainless steel. Exterior sides shall be aluminum. Facing
of shroud shall be easily removable without the use of
tools.
Cabinet interior shall be anodized aluminum. Bottom
& top of liner shall be die-stamped to provide
radius corners and a recessed bottom. Base shall be
fully insulated with high-density foamed in place
polyurethane.
Interior shall have three epoxy-coated wire shelves per
door section. Shelf support pilasters shall be heavy-duty
with shelves adjustable at 1.0” (2.5 cm) increments.
Units are mounted on 6” (15.24 cm) legs.
Doors: Solid doors shall have a 22-gauge stainless steel
exterior & anodized aluminum interior liner. Doors shall
be fully insulated with high density foamed in place
polyurethane. Each door shall have two self-closing,
cam-lift style hinges. Doors shall be easily removable
without use of tools. Door gaskets shall be magnetic snap-in
style to allow simple replacement. Door handles shall be
recessed.
Glass doors are constructed with a combination of extruded
aluminum & PVC, and are provided with magnetic gaskets.
Doors will have self-closing hinges and continuous handle
along vertical dimension of door(s).

Mechanical controls shall be located behind a removable
shroud facing.
Dual Voltage Models Only: Electrical connections shall
be 115/208-240 volt, 60 hertz, single phase, and must be
hard-wired to the junction box located on top of the unit.
Heating Assembly: Cabinets to be designed to
maintain temperature up to 200ºF. Helical shaped,
tubular n heating element. High speed blower to
provide uniform airow in cabinet. Removable/
replaceable heating system. No exposed elements inside
cabinet. Fan and heating elements service accessible
without tools. Temperature to be controlled by an
adjustable electronic thermostat equipped with an analog
display. On/off switch in front.
