DISASSEMBLING THE OPC DRUM UNIT
1. Arrange the OPC drum unit as shown.
2. Turn the drum unit clockwise to commence disassembly on
the right side of the OPC drum.
3. Unscrew the plastic drum holder as shown.

5. Turn to the left side of the OPC drum unit. 6. Using a pair of needle-nose pliers, grip the copper bearing
(shown) turning it clockwise to release the OPC drum.
7. Carefully separate the OPC drum from the waste hopper. 8. Separation complete.

9. Slide off the copper and black bearings (shown) to access the
plastic drum axle support.
10. Unscrew the drum axle support as shown.
12. Axle support removed.
11. Carefully slide out.

13. On the right side of the OPC drum, unscrew and remove the
plastic bearing (shown).
14. Plastic bearing removed.
15. Now lift the cylinder from the left side to remove. DRUM SUPPORT MAINTENANCE
16. Clean and vacuum the drum unit thoroughly.
Assemble following the disassembly steps in reverse.
