1. Versichern Sie sich vor der Inbetriebnahme dass die Leuchte auf dem Transportweg nicht
beschädigt wurde. Bei Beschädigung am Kabel oder elektrischen Teilen darf die Leuchte
nicht betrieben werden.
2. Kinder nicht unbeaufsichtigt im Bereich der Leuchten oder anderen elektrischen Geräten
spielen lassen. Verpackungsmaterial von Kindern und Haustieren fernhalten.
Erstickungsgefahr! Die Verpackung enthält Kleinteile, die von Kleinkindern verschluckt
werden können.
3. Das gesamte Produkt darf nicht verändert oder umgebaut werden. Veränderungen an den
Leuchten führen zum Erlöschen der Garantie (Gewährleistung).
4. Nehmen Sie niemals selbst Reparaturen an defekten Teilen vor. Reparaturen müssen von
einer ausgebildeten Elektro-Fachkraft vorgenommen werden.
5. Die Unterbauleuchte eignet sich zum Anbau an normal entflammbaren Flächen. Nur zur
Verwendung in Innenräumen geeignet. Montieren Sie die Leuchte nicht in unmittelbarer
Nähe von Hitzequellen, Gas- oder Ölleitungen oder offenen Feuerstellen.
6. Stellen Sie vor der Reinigung sicher, dass die Stromzufuhr unterbrochen ist. Zur Reinigung
verwenden Sie ein trockenes oder leicht angefeuchtetes Tuch. Niemals Chemikalien,
brennbare Reiniger oder Scheuermittel verwenden. Diese können die
Oberflächenbeschichtung und/oder die Isolierungen der Leuchte beschädigen.
Safety Instructions
1. Insure yourself before operating that the lamp was not damaged during the transport. In
case of damages on the cable or electrical parts of the lamp it may not be operated.
2. Don't let children play unattended nearby the light or other electrical devices. Keep the
packing material away from children and pets. Danger of suffocation! The package contains
small parts which can be swallowed by small children.
3. The entire product may not be changed or altered. Changes in the lamps will void the
warranty.
4. Never repair the lamp by yourself. Repairs must be performed by a technician.
5. The light bar is suitable for mounting on normal flammable surfaces. Only suitable for indoor
use. Don't mount the light bar in the vicinity of heat sources, gas or oil lines or open
fireplaces.
6. Before cleaning the lamp, ensure that the power supply is interrupted. To clean, use a dry or
dampish rag. Never use chemicals, flammable cleaners or abrasive products. These may
harm the surface coating and / or damage the insulation of the lamp.

WEEE-notice
The WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment)-directive, which became effective as
European law on February 13th 2003, resulted in an all out change in the disposal of disused
electro devices. The primarily purpose of this directive is the avoidance of electrical waste
(WEEE) and at the same time the support of recycling and other forms of recycling in order to
reduce waste. The WEEE-logo on the device and the package indicates that the device should
not be disposed in the normal household garbage. You are responsible for taking the disused
electrical and electronical devices to a respective collecting point. A separated collection and
reasonable recycling of your electrical waste helps handling the natural resources more
economical. Furthermore recycling of electrical waste is a contribution to keep the environment
and thus also the health of men. Further information about disposal of electrical and
electronical waste, recycling and the collection points are available in local organizations,
waste management enterprises, in specialized trade and the producer of the device.
