BASE & CASTERS
Remove Plastic Storage Bins in order to install leg plates and
optional door kits if purchased.
1. Place Fastener A into holes on base (8 per side)
2. Place leg plate (Label facing up) on the underside of the base aligning with fasteners.
Secure leg plates to base from underside of plate with Fastener B into Fastener A.
3. Tighten with 4 mm Allen Wrench. Ensure leg plate lines up flush with base edge.
4. Place foot cap on top of metal leg plate. Position caster underneath leg plate and align with holes.
Secure with Fastener C from underside of leg plate.
5. Make sure foot cap is aligned flush against base. Tighten with 4 mm Allen wrench.
Repeat with all 4 Casters.

TABLETOP
1. To attach the table top you will need 3 able-bodied individuals. Two to hold the tabletop on each end, and
the 3rd person to screw the fasteners in place.
4. Remove safety pin and press ball joint at the top of the gas shock onto the metal bracket that is attached
to the underside of the tabletop. Insert the safety pin back into the small hole in the ball joint from the
bottom all the way until you can see the safety pin emerge from the top. Snap the safety pin to the right
until it clicks in place around the ball joint.
3. Screw Gas Shock onto the foot insert until the opening of the
metal ball at the top of the rod is facing inwards (towards the middle
of the table)
2. Screw metal bracket into the inserts on the
underside of the tabletop using Fastener D
6. Lower or tilt the top to the flat sitting position
and ensure the safety latch locks properly in
the closed position (Key to lock this latch is
included).
5. Align the holes in the hinges to the insert holes
in the tabletop and secure with Fastener D.

If your doors came with locks, then the inner door with the lock will be attached on the right side. The
default factory lock combination will be set to 0000.
The inner and outer doors should be labeled accordingly. The inner door hinges are longer, and the outer
door hinges are shorter.
2. Attach the door hinges to the pre-drilled
inserts with Fastener E (These are separate
holes from the shelf pin holes - see below)
1. Place the shelf pins and the height adjustable shelf inside before attaching the center doors.

GAS SHOCK ADJUSTMENTS
The metal door stops can also be adjusted if needed by slightly loosening the screws and adjusting the tabs
as needed. The screws do not need to be removed entirely, just slightly loosened.
Adjustments to how the door hangs once
attached can be made by using a Philips
head screwdriver and slightly turning the
three screws on the hinge as shown in this
image:
If you wish to adjust the speed at which your tabletop raises
and lowers, you can adjust this with small turns to the cables
that attach to the handle underneath the tabletop. Adjust the
speed by making a small quarter turn at a time to the cable.
Tighten to make the tabletop raise/lower faster - loosen to
make the tabletop raise/lower slower.
