Details to be check before Installation 07
• DO NOT place the device near any heat source and keep it out of direct sunlight.
This may cause colour changes or fire.
• Allow installation space.
To allow convenient installation for the unit, make sure to leave space around the unit
(at least 20 cm (8 in.) away from the wall)
• Do not place the device in the area with high moisture/humidity, dust or water splash.
It may cause a risk of fire or damage.
• Do not place device in the area with the temperature 0°C or below. Low temperature
conditions might cause a risk of failure of certain internal components and the malfunction
of the device.
• The device is for indoor use only

How to operate the Water Bar 08
1.0. First time installation - Cleaning the water tank
Please clean the water tank with a soft cloth.
1. Remove the watertank from machine.
2. Open the water tank cap.
3. Suggested to use a net sponge to
wash the water tank
4. Fill half of the tank with water.
5. Wash the surrounding with the
net sponge. Pour out water after
clean the surrounding.
Please repeat the step 4 and 5 for
2 times.
6. Install back the tank.

7. Fill the purified water into the tank
and close the cap.

How to operate the Water Bar 10
Switch “ON”:
i. When power button display in “red” colour,
gently press power button to switch ON the unit.
Precaution:
When you press the power button, it will turn to “green”.
For the removal of trapped air inside, around 5ml of water will spill out.
ii. If water level at minimum, power button will keep blinking in
“red" colour. It will turn to “green” colour after refilled with purified water
or water tank does not install correctly.
Remove water tank and install again.

3.0 How to get water?
1. Hot Water
Press the power button, child lock button will blinking in
“green” colour. Then press the hot water button, hot water
will discharge.
2. Warm Water
Press the warm water button, warm water will discharge.
3. Normal Water
Press the normal water button, normal water will discharge.
First Use
Discharge 2-3 cups of hot/warm/normal water when first use.
When water tank level low
The device will stop automatically. After refilling the water
and pressing the power button, the device will flush
automatically for around 6 seconds to prevent air trap

Cleaning and Precaution
1. Clean the drip tray
Take out the drip tray regularly , clean and remove water from inner disk.
Suggest to use soft cloth to prevent scratching of the body.

Please disconnect the power
supply when you stop using or
relocate the device
Water Drain hole:
A. Before you open the silicon plug, Make sure
the power is off , be careful to avoid burn, wait
until the hot water cool down first before you
pull out the silicone plug.
B. MAKE SURE THE SILICONE PLUG IS
PUT BACK AND FULLY INSERT
before you on the power and taking water
from the machine.

• Plug the power cord into a 220-240V outlet with at least a rating of 13A and power
surge protection.
• Do not plug in multiple devices into the same power outlet or extension cord simultaneously.
• When multiple devices are plugged into the same power outlet or if the product is plugged
into an inappropriate power input, it may cause heating, fire and electric shock.
• If there is a foreign matter or water on the power plug, please wipe it clean before
plugging it into the socket.
• Do not bend, tie or pull the power cord by force. This may cause electric shock or fire
due to a short circuit.
• When unplugging the device, pull the plug by the power plug, not the power cord.
• Make sure the power cord is not under a heavy object or near sharp objects.
• Take special caution to ensure that it is not damaged by your pet.
• Please turn off the device by using the power button.
• Also unplug the device before inspection, repair or replacement of its component.

• Stop the use if the power cord or plug is damaged or the power outlet is not sturdy and
contact Customer Service.
• We strongly recommend that the damaged parts be repaired or replaced at a designed
service centre.
• If the sheath of the power cord is peeled off or bent during use due to negligence,
it may cause fire or electric shock.
• To prevent dangerous situations arising from the damage of the power cord or plug,
please contact the manufacturer, distributor or certified technician (servicemen)
for replacement.
• Wipe off any foreign matter on the power plug with a dry cloth.
• In case of water leakage or cleaning, please unplug the device first.
• If water enters the power supply area, unplug the device and let it dry
completely before use.

Tips for safe use
• Do not press hot water button when there is no water supply.
This may cause a risk of the malfunction of the device.
• Do not press hot water button when the water tank is empty.
Fill the tank with water before pressing the hot water buttons.
• Make sure the power cord cable was placed in a correct position
(at the bottom of water tank in order to prevent water splashing outside.
• Use only purified or filtered water without fine particles.
• Do not clean the device using benzene or thinner.
• When the device is start operated, do not remove the water tank at the back.
• Do not move the device during operation.
• Do not run the device if the silicone plug inside the water holding tray is not fully inserted.

• Close supervision is necessary when this product is used by or near children.
• This device is not intended for use by young children or physically challenged person
without supervision.
• This device is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:
- Pantry room in shops, offices and other working environments;
- Farm houses;
- Hotels, motels and other residential type;
- Restaurant or food court.
• Do not immerse the unit into water for cleaning purpose.
Warm Reminder / Suggestion
• For sterilization purpose, make sure to discharge the first cup (300cc) of hot water and
normal water at the beginning of the day or to flush the tubing of the machine if necessary.

• Like most other electrical appliances, please switch machine to OFF mode from
standby mode when unattended/unused such as during night time or when owner is
away, this could avoid damaging the product due to unstable electrical current or
thunderstorm, thereafter, the practice also helps to save electrical energy and as well
as an effort to go green.
• Please avoid to place the device near any sources of heat such as cooking stove,
rice cooker, oven and others to avoid damages caused by external heat energy or
radio waves.
• Please appropriately clean the device after every usage. Other than that, please also
keep the surrounding of the device clear of food or liquids to prevent insects such as
ants entering to the device which may affect the functionality of the device.
