1. Install the down part
As Figure 1 shows, firstly insert the sensor plug (5-core aviation plug) into the weight sensor
socket (5-core aviation socket) and tighten it, and then aim the M6 screwed holes on the chassis at
the φ6.5 holes on the shell bottom, and finally screw down M6 bolts to fix them tightly, as Figure
2 shows (Figure 2 Installation Diagram).
2. Install the up part
As Figure 3 shows, rotate height sensor box to the position as Figure 4 shows
3. Fix the up part and the down part
Firstly pull 5-core weight sensor line and 2-core power line through holes on the bottom of
the up shell into the up shell before fixing, and then fix the up part and down part with M4 bolts as
Figure shows, finally respectively insert the 5-core weight sensor plug and 4-core power plug into
the corresponding position on the mother board (Please refer to AppendixⅠfor specific position),
and finally screw down the bolts to fix the back door. The installation is finished .

II. Operation Instruction
1. Turn on the machine:
Connect the power wire well; turn on the power switch which is at the back of the machine
body to make machine self-checking:
2. Measure:
The machine can automatically measure as long as a person stands on the saddle. (if have
coin acceptor, people make measurement after inputting the setting number of coins.)

III. Function settings and adjustment
During stand-by state, press SEL button and the display will show “Menu”, as picture.

1. Date adjustment:
Press into the state of adjustment.
Write down Date and Time into(Input Box).
Press Enter to save the adjustment results and exit.
Press Cancel do not save the adjustment results and exit.
2.Weight adjustment：
Press into the state of adjustment.
Please follow the instruction of display to adjust weight.
Press Enter to save the adjustment results and exit.
Press Cancel do not save the adjustment results and exit.
After finished adjustment, observe the correction value, if the
value reach the range limit, the machine may be faulty.
3.Height adjustment：
Press into the state of adjustment.
Please follow the instruction of display to adjust Height.
Press Enter to save the adjustment results and exit.
Press Cancel do not save the adjustment results and exit.
After finished adjustment, observe the correction value, if the
value reach the range limit, the machine may be faulty.
4.Body mass index (BMI) adjustment：
Press into the state of adjustment.
Write down BMI Value e into(Input Box).

Press Enter to save the adjustment results and exit.
Press Cancel do not save the adjustment results and exit.
5.Print adjustment：
Press into the state of adjustment.
Press the print result you want.
Press Enter to save the adjustment results and exit.
Press Cancel do not save the adjustment results and exit.
6.Voice adjustment：
Press into the state of adjustment.
Click on the input box adjust voice or picture cycle interval.
Press Enter to save the adjustment results and exit.
Press Cancel do not save the adjustment results and exit.
7.Coin setting：
Press into the state of adjustment.
White down coin value to the input box.
Select the right coin currency symbol.
Press Enter to save the adjustment results and exit.
Press Cancel do not save the adjustment results and exit.
8.Check the total number of measurement：
Press into the state of adjustment.
Press “Clear” button to remove the measurement count.

Press “Print” button to print the measurement count.
Press Enter to save the adjustment results and exit.
Press Cancel do not save the adjustment results and exit.
9. Language setting：
Press into the state of adjustment.
Select the Language you need.
Press Enter to save the adjustment results and exit.
Press Cancel do not save the adjustment results and exit.
10.Restore factory setting：
Press into the state of adjustment.
Press Enter to save the adjustment results and exit.
Press Cancel do not save the adjustment results and exit.
11.Technical Parameters:
