PRIMA DELL’UTILIZZO
Prima di effettuare qualsiasi operazione di montaggio e di utilizzo del
meccanismo, bisogna seguire rigorosamente le istruzioni indicate in
questo manuale. In conformità con le disposizioni attive in materia di
prevenzione degli infortuni.
COME UTILIZZARE E CONSERVARE IL MANUALE D’ISTRUZIONI
Questo manuale descrive le istruzioni d’uso e montaggio del
meccanismo. Gli utilizzatori sono invitati a verificare la compatibilità del
luogo. Il manuale deve essere letto attentamente e conservato per tutta
la durata del meccanismo fino all'eliminazione avvenuta, in un luogo in
modo che possa essere sempre consultabile.
UTILIZZO E FUNZIONAMENTO DEL MECCANISMO
Il meccanismo è stato realizzato al fine di ottenere un secondo letto
supplementare, a seconda delle necessità, rapidamente e senza sforzi.
L'apertura, per mezzo di due molle a gas laterali, avviene sollevando la
seduta del divano, che diventa la base del letto superiore.
Successivamente la scala di accesso al letto superiore viene estratta
dalla parte inferiore, con la conseguente rototraslazione della
protezione.
Dopo aver serrato e armato la protezione mediante una serratura, il letto
superiore è pronto per l'uso.
Infine, se si ha necessità di un letto supplementare, estrarre il letto
inferiore facendo ruotare lo stesso.
Prima dell'utilizzo di questo meccanismo, l'utente deve essere a
conoscenza delle caratteristiche tecniche e funzionali dello stesso,
acquisite dopo aver letto e compreso il presente manuale.

NORME DI SICUREZZA E AVVERTENZE
Il rispetto delle norme di sicurezza mette l'utilizzatore nelle condizioni di
utilizzare in modo sicuro il meccanismo e di evitare di nuocere a se
stesso e agli altri.
AVVERTENZE:
Lo spessore del materasso non deve superare la linea di
riferimento collocata sulla protezione, che è di 15 cm.
Le dimensioni consigliate per il materasso sono
80x190x15cm
Il letto a castello non deve essere utilizzato se alcune parti
strutturali sono danneggiate o mancanti.
I letti a castello e letti in altezza possono presentare seri
rischi di infortunio derivante da strangolamento, se non usati
correttamente. Non attaccare o appendere, alle parti del letto a
castello, elementi che non sono destinati all'utilizzo con il suddetto
letto. Questi fattori includono, ma non si limitano a, funi, stringhe,
corde, ganci, cinture e borse.
I bambini possono restare intrappolati tra il letto e la parete,
l'inclinazione del tetto, il soffitto, parti di mobili adiacenti (ad
esempio armadi) e simili. Per evitare il rischio di lesioni gravi, la
distanza tra la barriera di sicurezza superiore e la struttura
adiacente non deve superare 75 mm e deve essere superiore a 230
mm.

Ventilation of the room is necessary in order to keep the
humidity low and to prevent mould in and around the bed.
Do not allow children to open and close the sofa bed.
Make sure that people, animals and objects are not in the
movement area of the sofa bed before opening and closing.
It is forbidden to remove any safety device, protection or
warning and danger labels.
During the movement of opening and closing, do not leave
blankets, pillows, or other objects within the mechanism.
Always remove the supplied key to tighten thesecurity lock
and store it in a safe place, out of reach of children.
All fasteners must be properly tightened. Periodically check
that the fasteners do not become loose.
Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
PLACEMENT OF LABELS
The mechanism is equipped with safety signals.
The signage is used to inform users of the potential existing risks in
handling.
The stickers applied on the mechanism must not be removed, altered or
destroyed.
On the protection a label that indicates the maximum height of the
mattress is applied.
On the upper bed some labels with the safety measures to be observed
during handling and commissioning of the mechanism applied.

The mechanism is in compliance with European Standard EN
747+A1 : 2015. This standard specifies the security requirements,
the strength and durability of bunk beds and high beds for
domestic and non-domestic use.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
The bunk bed has to be assembled by two people, using appropriate
tools described below, and after checking the compatibility of the place.
It is forbidden to replace accessories or spare parts other
than those contained in this manual: This can be a danger and can
damage the mechanism.
It is forbidden the modification and / or replacement of
parts of the mechanism, unless authorized by the company
LOIUDICE Srl.
Carefully follow the installation steps described in this
manual, to prevent malfunction.
