Inc. Please read this entire guide carefully and keep it for future reference. This
guide will provide you with instructions, warnings, warranty information and other
important information about your shower chair. Share this information with your
housekeeping, nursing and maintenance staff to help ensure the shower chair is
cared for properly.

1. Remove the frame, backrest set and headrest
from carton.
2. Insert the casters into the frame and use “E” clips to
secure casters in place.
3. Assemble the footrests by inserting the footrests
into the top of the front legs from the outside of the
frame. Once inserted, turn the footrests inward until
they lock in position.

4. Assemble the backrest by inserting the
supporting poles into the back of seat frame.
Secure in place using the lock knobs provided.
5. The angle of footplate is adjustable to fit the user.
Using the Allen key, loosen the screws by turning
counterclockwise, adjust the footplate to a suitable
angle of footplate and re-tighten.
6. Slide commode bucket underneath seat into receptacle.
7.Remove cover over commode bucket before use.
8. Periodically check all joints and fasteners for tightness.

1. Toilet seat must be in down position before
use. Failure to do so may result in damage to
commode and possible injury.
2. Do NOT install commode without first reading and
understanding these assembly instructions. If you
cannot understand these instructions, contact a
healthcare provider or technical professional before
attempting to install.
3. Inspect all parts for shipping damage before
assembly. If there is shipping damage,
DO NOT USE. Contact Direct Supply Equipment &
Furnishings for further instructions.
4. Make certain that the “E” clips protrude
through the hole of each leg extension. This will
ensure the leg extensions are securely locked
in position.
5. Ensure ALL screws, nuts and/or bolts are tightened.
6. Footrests can be folded up when not in use
by folding the footplate upward, releasing the
locking mechanism and folding inward to the
front of the chair.
7. Users with limited physical strength should be
supervised or assisted while using commode.
8.Use the arm supports only for assistance. DO
NOT attempt to use the arms to support full
body weight.
9.Arms should be pushed back to assist in transfer
onto or off the device.

We offer you, as the original purchaser of the product, a limited
warranty for the structure and cushion of the product. (This
warranty does not include the casters or damage to the product
resulting from the product’s casters.) Our warranty applies for the
limited warranty period stated below. We will repair or replace
any product or product part listed below if defective in material or
workmanship. Please note that the decision to repair or replace
a product or product part will be at our discretion. Our warranty
applies only if the product is properly maintained by the original
purchaser for normal, indoor use and does not cover normal
wear and tear, modification of the product, or damage caused by
abuse, improper use, failure to maintain, use which exceeds the
published product limitations or the combination of any product
with another product. In addition, our warranty does not cover
fading, characteristics or natural variations in wood grain or fabric,
texture, colorfastness, stains, spills or exposure to chemicals,
odors, heat or light. In certain cases, we may provide you repair
or adjustment instructions and/or replacement parts, and ask you
to perform a repair or adjustment or replace a defective part. Our
warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have
other rights, which vary from state to state. Please note that
our limited warranty period begins when we ship the product to
you. The limited warranty period and our obligations under the
warranty end once you transfer the product to someone else or
at the end of the applicable limited warranty period identified
below, whichever is earlier. Anticipated Usable Product Life is
based on normal use with proper maintenance, cleaning and
storage. You should still inspect, monitor and care for the product
as described in this guide, as the product may need to be
replaced sooner than anticipated in particular situations.
