1. Read carefully and fully understand the manufacturer’s assembly.
2. Care and special attention should be used where a warning is indicated.
3. DO NOT use substitute parts. Contact the manufacturer or dealer for replacement parts.
4. Metal parts could have sharp, pointed or jagged edges. Remove these with a le or an emery board.
5. The adjustable back and head rest should not be operated by the patient and should only be adjusted by the care team.
6. The care team should take care when adjusting the head and back rest as it may present a pinch hazard.
7. Maximum weight tolerance is 500 lbs.
8. All 4 wheels should be locked into place when the Mobile Care Bed is not intentionally being moved.
9. The Mobile Care Bed is designed for indoor use or for use inside of a tent. When not in use should be stored in climate controlled dry
storage.
10. STRANGULATION HAZARD – Never attach or hang items to any part of the bed that are not designed for use with the bed; for
example, but not limited to, hooks and belts.

STEP 1. PREPARE PARTS FOR ASSEMBLY
SCHRITT 1. VORBEREITUNG DER MONTAGE
1.1. Remove the discs from each of the bed end frames and set to the side for later use.
1.2 Lay out the head and foot end frames about 6 ft. apart from one another.

STEP 2. CONNECTING SWAGED SIDE RAILS TO STRAIGHT SIDE RAILS

3.1 Holding the head swaged rail A, press pin A down and hold.
3.2 Line up pin with hole in disc, insert into disc. Let pin go.

STEP 4. SECURING EACH DISC TO THE HEAD END FRAME

4.4 Install disc push pin through head end frame and Disc on side A. You may need to make slight adjustments in
position of the disc for the alignment of the holes.
4.5 Secure the disc pin in place by attaching the pin on the end of the hanging chain.
4.6 Repeat steps 4.1- 4.5 on side B
4.4 Wenn die Disc richtig im Rahmen sitzt, schieben Sie den Stift durch den Rahmen des Kopfendes Seite A und durch
die Disc. Eventuell müssen Sie die Position der Disc leicht justieren damit die für den Stift vorgesehenen Önungen

4.5 Fixieren Sie den Stift indem Sie den Stift mit der Sicherungskette verbinden.
4.6 Wiederholen Sie die Schritte 4.1 bis 4.5 auf Seite B.

push down on the side rail (see diagram)

STEP 5. INSTALL BACK REST SUPPORT BAR

5.1 Line up the back rest support bar, and slide through each hole on the head swaged rail support rails.
5.2 Using bolt and wing nut, hand tighten

6.1 Open out the sleeping mat with the correct (logo) side up.
6.2 Starting at the foot end, feed the side sleeves over the side rails and slide mat up toward the head bed end frame
until it reaches the head adjustable section.

STEP 9. SETTING UP BACKREST

9.1 Insert back rest into backrest sleeve.

9.2 Making sure that the support frames from the rails are through the loop, connect backrest to hinge of side rails.
Click into place.
9.2 Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Rahmenstützen der Seitenstangen durch die untere Schlaufe am Kopfende der Matte
durchgeführt werden, verbinden Sie dann die Rückenlehne mit den Rahmenstützen an den Seitenstangen (Klick-
System).

STEP 10. CONNECTING STABALIZER BRACKETS
SCHRITT 10. VERBINDEN DER SEITENSTABILISATOREN
10.1 Line up stabilizer bar with the attachement points to the leg of the head end frame, and to the side rail on side A.
10.2 Loosely attach the bolts by hand for side A.
10.3 Repeat step 10.1 and 10.2 on side B. at the head end frame.
10.4 Repeat step 10.1 and 10.2 on side A. at the foot end frame.
10.5 Repeat step 10.1 and 10.2 on side B. at the foot end frame.
10.6 Go back and tighten the bolts on both contact points on all 4 corners.
10.1 Nehmen Sie den Seitenstabilisator und halten ihn an die Verbindungspunkte am Bein des Rahmenstücks am
Kopfende und an die Seitenstange A.

11.1 Flip the assembled cot onto its side with side B laying on the ground.
11.2 Connect the pneumatic strut to the bottom of the headrest cross bar with the provided bolt.
11.3 Use the provided wrench to tighten into place.

14.1 Carefully ip the assembled mobile cot bed back into its upright position.
14.2 Line up the safety arm rests into the connection points on the side rail A, insert arm rests and click into place on
side A. (The hand rails are interchangeable)

1. This product is not designed or manufactured to be used outdoors.
2. Prolonged exposure to the elements will result in rapid deterioration of the product and void any warranty.
3. Ensure product is completely dry and clean before storing in climate controlled dry storage.
4. Hand wash only:- Clean the fabric and frame using a soft cloth and a mix of soft detergent and warm water – do not use bleach or any
other abrasive cleaners. Simply air dry

Si le défaut entre dans le cadre de notre garantie, vous recevrez un produit réparé ou neuf. Les frais de retour sont à notre charge. (e) Les demandes de garantie sont exclues pour les dommages causés par:
traitement inapproprié ou inapproprié; Inuences environnementales (humidité, chaleur, surtension, poussière, etc.); Le non-respect des précautions de sécurité applicables à l’appareil; Non-respect des instructions d’utilisation;
Recours à la force (par exemple, coup, choc, chute); Interventions qui n’ont pas été eectuées par l’adresse de service autorisée par nous; tentatives de réparation non autorisées; Envoi dans un emballage non sûr pour le transport.
(f) Les défauts ou dommages au produit qui ne sont pas (ou plus) couverts par l’étendue de la garantie seront réparés contre remboursement des frais.
