ergonomics and simple use of our products. We hope that this product will give you complete satisfaction.
General Instructions

A misuse of the appliance can damage it or hurt the user. Assure
that you use the appliance for the use for which it is designed;
we refuse any responsibilities as for the damages by an
incorrect use or a bad manipulation.
1. Check that your mains voltage corresponds to that stated
on the appliance.
2. The safety instructions do not by themselves eliminate any
danger completely and proper accident prevention
measures must always be used.
3. Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way
and if they understand the hazards involved.
4. This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the
appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
5. Children shall not play with the appliance.
6. Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself, since you
will be exposed to hazardous live components or other
hazards by opening and removing the covers.

7. Do not use the appliance outdoor, place it in a dry
environment, and only use the appliance for domestic
purposes and in the way indicated in these instructions.
8. Never leave the appliance unsupervised when in use. Keep
out of reach of children or incompetent persons.
9. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified
persons in order to avoid a hazard (*).
10. Place this appliance as close as possible to the power
source so that you can disconnect the plug quickly and
easily.
11. Never immerse the base of your appliance in water or any
other liquid for any reason whatsoever. Never place it into
the dishwasher.
12. Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left
unattended and before assembling, disassembling or
cleaning.
13. Never move the appliance by pulling the cord. Make sure
the cord cannot get caught in any way. Do not wind the
cord around the appliance and do not bend it.
14. Unplug the appliance when not in use.
15. It is absolutely necessary to keep this appliance clean at all
times as it comes into direct contact with food.
16. Avoid contacting with moving parts. Keep hands, clothing,
as well as spatulas and other utensils away from beaters
during operating to reduce the risk of injury to people,
and/or damage to the mixer.

17. The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of
external timer or separate remote control system.
18. Keep this manual with the appliance. If the appliance is to
be used by a third party, this instruction manual must be
supplied with it.
19. To avoid electric shocks, do not use this device in the
vicinity of water. Do not immerse the mains lead in water
or other liquid.
20. Do not kink or clamp the mains lead. To avoid any risk of
stumbling, do not allow the mains lead to hang over the
edge of a table or a counter.
21. This appliance should not be set up in close proximity to a
naked flame, easily flammable materials (curtains, textiles,
etc.), a radiator, an oven or some other heat source.
22. Before use, place the appliance on a horizontal and flat
surface.
23. The appliance should only be used for its intended
purpose.
24. During use, do not touch moving parts with your fingers.
25. No liability is accepted for damage due to improper use or
the failure to observe our operating instructions / safety
notes.
26. Be sure to turn the speed selector to 0 position after each
use
.

Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before
changing accessories or approaching parts which move in
use.

Never pull out mixing beater/dough hook/egg whisk
when the appliance is in operation.

Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the food processor or
blender as it can be ejected out of the appliance due to a
sudden steaming.

Regarding the instruction for cleaning surfaces in contact
with food thanks to refer to the below paragraph
“cleaning” in manual.

Multifunction mixer, to realize your sweet and savory accomplishments, bowl with a capacity of 5,2L, 8
speed variations, 5 tools :
- a stainless steel whisk, a die cast aluminum dough hook and a flat beater: to knead, beat and mix your
pasta pies, pancakes, pizza, egg white, pasta, light, whipped cream, bread, cake and desserts.
- A glass blender of 1, 5 L to make your soups, puree, smoothies.
- A meat grinder to chop your meats or realize sausages and kebbe.
Warning: the robot and the blender work simultaneously.
If you want to use only the robot, please remove the blender and place the cover.
NB: without the cover, the robot will not work for security reason.

Before first use:
Before assembling or disassembling the appliance, be sure it is unplug and speed selector on OFF position
and put it on stable surface. Clean all accessories, lids, bowl, meat grinder, upper plate, blender with soapy
water, rinse and dry thoroughly, wipe the main unit and base with damp soft cloth.
Setting up and assembling of the bowl and accessories:
1. Place one hand on top of the mixer head and with other hand turn the lock switch to lift the mixer
Release the switch. The mixer head will lock into the elevated position.
2. Fit the bowl (8) into the base by turning it clockwise. Make sure it is locked in place, then you could
put the ingredients on it (during appliance operating, you can add some ingredient, if necessary,
by the open side of the lid).
3. Place the lid on the head by turning it.
4. Insert the accessory you want to use by pushing and turning it anti clockwise, to remove it push

and turn clockwise.
-Mixing beater for mixing and beating eggs, fruits or liquids
-Dough hook for kneading the paste
-Whisk for beating and frothing the egg white/ milk/liquid food.
5. You can lower the head by turning the lock switch.
Setting up and assembling of the blender:
Warning: the robot and the blender work simultaneously.
Fasten the blade assembly on the open end of the 1,5L glass jug.
Be careful! The blades are very sharp.
-Place the blade different parts (B) in this order: plastic ring, seal ring, blades, blades support onto
the blender glass and turn anti clockwise to fix well.
-Place the lid (A) after having filled the blender with our ingredients
-Remove the housing cover (2), twist the blender anti clockwise until fully locked.
Note: If the blade base is not fully locked into the jar, it will cause a leakage to the motor.

-You can remove the inner lid( C) to add cool water or milk
Setting up and assembling of the meat grinder:
Warning: the robot and the meat grinder work simultaneously.
-Holding the meat grinder part and insert it (after removing the protection cap(1)) in the inlet
with one hand and taking care to match the slot(A), then turn to the left to lock it (B).

-Place the feed screw (C) into the head, long end first, by turning the feed screw slightly until it
is set into the motor housing
-Place the cutting blade (D) onto the feed screw shaft with the blade facing the front as
illustrated. If it is not fitted properly, meat will not be ground.
-Place the desired stainless steel disc ( )
next to the cutting blade, fitting protrusions in the
slots
-Support or press the center of the cutting plate with one finger then screw the fixing ring (F) until
tight with another hand. Do not over tighten.
-Place the hopper plate (G) on the head and fix into position.

Use kebbe attachment (H) as below, you can use the pusher (I) to introduce better the mincing meat.

Use the funnel (J) to realize your sausages after having minced your meat

1. nsure that the speed selector is at the OFF position and plug in the power source.
2. Proceed as above description to assemble the appliance parts.
3. Turn the speed selector to your desired setting, pulse is the highest setting. The Pulse button allows
you to have directly the highest speed.
To mix or knead with the dough hook accessory:
•Max dry flour quantity: 800gr
•When kneading, we suggest to place the speed selector first on speed 1 for one minute then speed
2 for 4 minutes until become dough.
•When filling the bowl, do not exceed the maximum quantity.
Never use dough hook kneading at max. speed
Note: during kneading some flour may be adhered on the inside of mixing bowl, you can remove the
bowl cover and scrape it with a spatula to have better kneading results.
To whisk eggs or cream with the whish accessory
•Maximum quantity of eggs: 20, minimum: 3
•You can use speed 6 to 8
•For whipping cream: 250ml at speed 6 to 8 about 5 min
To mix eggs, fruits or liquids with the flat beater
•Use speed 1 to 8

•Do not exceed max quantity of the bowl
•When mixing is completed, turn the speed selector to OFF position and unplug the appliance.
•Hold on the lock switch, the head of mixer will lift and lock into the elevated position.
•You can scrape the excess food on the accessory with a spatula.
•Pull on the accessory you chose by turning clockwise, then remove the bowl lid.
•After use switch the unit off and unplug it from the power supply
The max operation time shall not exceed 7 minutes.
Warning: Do not stick knife, metal spoons, and fork and so on into the bowl when it is operating.
COOKERY TIPS:
•Refrigerated ingredients, such as butter and eggs should be at room temperature before mixing
begins.
•Always start mixing at lower speed, gradually increase to the recommended speed as stated
above.
To mix with the blender:
•Place vegetables, fruits and water or ice into the glass blender.
Note: Prepare vegetables and fruits for processing by slicing roughly into cubes. Remove fruits pips or
peel.
•For best results, do not place too many solid into the glass jar.
•Be careful for blending hot liquid. Avoid hot or boiling liquids.
•When blend liquid and solid food, put first a little bit of liquid inside the jar, then add the food to
mix. You can then insert more liquid from the hole.
•
•Proceed as above description to assemble the appliance parts.
•Use speed 7 - 8 to blend, when crushing ice, use pulse mode.
•After use switch the unit off and unplug it from the power supply.
•
Continuous blending time should be 2 min max.
To mince with the meat grinder
1. Proceed as above description to assemble the appliance parts with discs.
2. Cut your meat in small pieces so that they fit easily into the hopper opening.
3. Put your meat on the hopper plate.
4. You can use the pusher to facilitate the passage of the meat on the grinder.
5. Use only speed 4 to 6.
6. Then you can use other accessories if you want to make kebbe or sausage(as above
description)

Note:
Sausages:
to make sausage, never prepare thick sausage in order to avoid any pressure on casing, soak the casings
for around 10-15 minutes in warm water to make them flexible, push the mincing meat into the meat
grinder and slowly take off the casing from the funnel, twist the casing to prepare the sausages
kebbe:
Form Kebbe as illustrated below and deep fry
7. After use switch the unit off and unplug it from the power supply.
Be careful there isn’t any bones or skin in the meat before working.
Continuous mincing time should be 7 min max.

Do not use the 3 functions at the same time

1. Unplug the appliance and wait for it completely cool down before cleaning
2. Do not use brush or other abrasive tools to clean the appliance
Caution: the main unit cannot be immersed in water or other liquid.
3. Wipe over the outside surface of the head and base with a damp cloth and dry them with a soft
dry cloth.
4. You can immerse the mixing bowl, flat beater, dough hook, lids, egg whisk, glass blender, meat
grinder and accessories in warm soapy water for cleaning. Then rinse under running water and
wipe dry.
Only the mixing bowl is dishwasher safe
