PRIMA DELL’USO
Lavare le parti destinate al contatto con gli alimenti: le fruste
(4) e (5). Vedere il paragrafo “Pulizia e manutenzione”.
MONTAGGIO DELLE FRUSTE
Sollevare l’apparecchio e agganciare le due fruste a spirale
(4) o le due fruste ad anello (5) al corpo motore (1) facendole
passare attraverso i fori posti sotto al corpo motore stesso
ad inserire la frusta provvista dell’anello di bloccaggio (A) nel
foro di diametro maggiore.
SMONTAGGIO DELLE FRUSTE
Sollevare l’apparecchio e premere il tasto di espulsione fruste
(6).

The present manual is an integral part of the appliance and must
be carefully read before using it as it gives important indications
with regard to safety of installation, use and maintenance. Keep
it with care.
•After taking off the packing make sure that the appliance is intact.
In case of doubt do not use it and contact an assistance centre authorised by
LANGE DISTRIBUTION.
•Do not leave pieces of packing (plastic bags, polystyrene foam, nails etc.) within
reach of children or persons with reduced mental capacities since these are
potential sources of danger.
•Before connecting the plug to the outlet check that the working voltage of the
appliance corresponds to the one in your house. If in doubt, contact professionally

necessity use exclusively approved devices in conformity with the current safety

USE INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT!
All assembly and disassembly operations must be carried out when
the appliance is switched off.
The switch (7) must be on the OFF position (see figure 1).
The appliance must be unplugged from the outlet.
BEFORE USE
Clean all the parts coming into contact with food: dough hooks (4)
and ring beaters (5). See paragraph “Cleaning and maintenance”.
BEATER ASSEMBLY
Lift the appliance and hook the two dough hooks (4) or the two ring
beaters (5) to the motor unit (1) by inserting them into the holes
underneath the motor unit (figure 2). In case of dough hooks (4),
make sure to insert the hook with the lock ring (A) into the larger
hole.
BEATER DISASSEMBLY
Lift the appliance and press the beater eject button (6).
WARNING!
For safety’s sake the beater assembly and disassembly operations
must be carried out only when the appliance is switched off.
PUTTING INTO OPERATION
Unwind the feed cable (3)completely and plug into the outlet. Move
then the switch/adjuster (7) from OFF to one of its 5 positions:

WARNING!
Do not use the appliance for more than 4 minutes in succession and let it cool down at
room temperature before using it again.
Keep hands, hair, clothes, palette knives or other tools at a distance from the beaters while they
are moving to avoid injuries and/or dangerous situations.
Do not let the feed cable dangle from the worktop.
Do not let the feed cable touch the moving parts.
Do not place the appliance near sources of heat (hotplates, ovens, electric or gas fi res, etc.).
SUGGESTIONS
• For best results, all the ingredients used for your mixture should be at the same temperature.
• Butter, eggs, etc. should be taken out of the refrigerator well in time before using them.
• Beat the cream while it is cold to increase its volume.
• When making doughs, use the dough hooks (4) and select a low speed at fi rst; afterwards increase
the speed.

life, the product must be collected separately from other waste.
•Therefore, any products that have reached the end of their useful life must be given to waste disposal
centres specialising in separate collection of waste electrical and electronic equipment, or given back to
the retailer at the time of purchasing newsimilar equipment, on a one for one basis.
•The adequate separate collection for the subsequent start-up of the equipment sent to be recycled, tre-
ated and disposal of in an environmentally compatible way contributes to preventing possible negative
effects on the environment and health and optimises the recycling and reuse of components making up
the apparatus.
•Abusive disposal of the product by the user involves application of the administrative sanctions according
to the laws in force.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
WARNING!
Before carrying out any cleaning operation, unplug from the outlet and remove the beaters.
Wash the dough hooks (4) and the ring beaters (5) in hot water and dish detergent or in the
dishwasher.
Clean the motor unit (1) with a soft dry cloth only. Never dip it in water or other liquid
substances.
Never use chemical or abrasive products.

INSTRUCTIONS POUR L’EMPLOI
IMPORTANT!
Toutes les opérations d’assemblage et de désassemblage doivent
être effectuées avec l’appareil désactivé.
L’interrupteur (7) doit être en position OFF (voir figure 1).
La fiche doit être déconnectée de la prise de courant.
AVANT L’EMPLOI
Laver les parties destinées au contact avec les aliments: les fouets
(4) et (5). Voir le paragraphe “Nettoyage et entretien”.
ASSEMBLAGE DES FOUETS
Soulever l’appareil et accrocher les deux fouets à spirale (4) ou
les deux fouets à anneaux (5) au corps moteur (1) en les faisant
passer à travers les trous placés sous le corps moteur lui-même
(figure 2). Dans le cas des fouets à spirale (4), faire attention à
insérer le fouet pourvu de l’anneau de blocage (A) dans le trou
de diamètre supérieur.
DESASSEMBLAGE DES FOUETS
Soulever l’appareil et presser la touche d’expulsion fouets (6).
ATTENTION!
Pour des raisons de sécurité, effectuer les opérations d’assemblage
et de désassemblage des fouets seulement avec l’appareil
désactivé.

ATTENTION!

Ne pas positionner l’appareil près des sources de chaleur (fourneaux, fours, poêles électriques
ou à gaz, etc.).
CONSEILS
• Pour obtenir des résultats optimaux pendant la préparation des pâtes, tous les ingrédients utilisés
devront avoir la même température.
• Le beurre, les oeufs, etc. doivent être enlevés du réfrigérateur bien avant l’utilisation.
• Travailler la crème bien froide pour en faire augmenter le volume.
• Pour préparer des pâtes, utiliser les fouets à spirale (4) et sélectionner initialement une vitesse
basse qui devra être augmentée seulement ensuite.
MISE EN MARCHE
Dérouler complètement le câble d’alimentation (3) et connecter la
fi che à la prise de courant. Déplacer l’interrupteur/variateur (7) de
OFF à une de ses 5 positions: en choisissant chaque fois la vitesse
la plus adéquate au type de préparation. Consulter le tableau
indiqué à la page suivante pour les réglages de fonctionnement
de l’appareil.
A la fi n de l’emploi, désactiver l’appareil en plaçant l’interrupteur (7)
sur la position OFF et déconnecter la fi che de la prise de courant.

WICHTIG!
Alle Ein-und Ausbauverfahren müssen bei ausgeschaltetem Gerät
ausgeführt werden.
Den Schalter (7) muß auf OFF (siehe Abb 1) gestellt werden.
Den Stecker muß von der Steckdose herausgezogen sein.
VOR DEM GEBRAUCH
Die Teile, die mit den Lebensmitteln in Berührung kommen,
reinigen: die Schneebesen (4)und(5). Siehe den Abschnitt
“Reinigung und Wartung”.
EINBAU DER SCHNEEBESEN
Das Gerät heben und diezwei Knethaken (4) bzw. die zwei
Rührbesen (5) in den Motorkörper (1) stecken: sie in die Löcher
unter dem Motorkörper (Abb. 2) einziehen. Bei den Knethaken (4),
den Teil mit Sperr-Ring (A)in das Loch mit größerem Durchmesser
einstecken.
AUSBAU DER SCHNEEBESEN
Das Gerät heben und auf die Auswurftaste für die Schneebesen
(6) drücken.

und nicht selber Hand anlegen.Für eventuelle Reparaturen wenden Sie sich bitte an ein
autorisiertes Kundendienstzentrum von LANGE DISTRIBUTION und verlangen Sie die
Verwendung von Originalersatzteilen.
•Wenn das Gerät nicht mehr verwendet werden soll, legen Sie es bitte still, indem
Sie nach Herausziehen aus der Steckdose das Speisekabel abschneiden.Für die
Entsorgung beachten Sie bitte die geltenden Vorschriften an Ihrem Wohnort.

INBETRIEBNAHME
Das Speisekabel (3) vollständig abwickeln und den Stecker in die
Steckdose einstecken. Schalter/Regler (7) von OFF auf eine der
5 Positionen stellen verschiedenen Geschwindigkeiten je nach
der gewünschten Zubereitung auszuwählen. Siehe die auf der
folgenden Seite angegebenen Tabelle für die Betriebseinstellunen
des Geräts.
Den Schalter (7) auf OFF stellen, um das Gerät auszuschalten
und den Stecker von der Steckdose herausziehen.

REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG
ACHTUNG!
Vor der Durchführung jegliches Verfahrens, den Stecker von der Steckdose herausziehen
und die Schneebesen ausbauen.
Die Schneebesen (4) und (5) mit warmem Wasser und Spülmittel bzw. in Spülmaschine reinigen.
Den Motorkörper (1) nur mit einem trockenen weichen Tuch reinigen. Den Motorkörper in
Wasser bzw. andere Flüssigkeiten nicht eintauchen.
Keine chemischen bzw. abrasiven Produkte verwenden.
ACHTUNG!
Das Gerät mehr 4 Minuten lang nicht in Betrieb lassen und es vor dem Wiedergebrauch
abkühlen lassen.
Hände, Haar, Kleidungsstücke, Spachtel bzw. andere Werkzeuge von den sich bewegenden
Schneebesenn fernhalten, um Schäden und/bzw. Gefahrsituationen zu vermeiden.
Vermeiden, dass das Speisekabel die sich bewegenden Teile berührt.
Das Gerät nicht neben Wärmequellen (Kocher, Öfen, Elektro-bzw. Gasöfen, usw.) positionieren.
EMPFEHLUNGEN
•Für optimale Ergebnisse bei der Zubereitung von Teigen, sollen alle Zutaten die gleiche Temperatur
haben.
•Butter, Eier, usw. müssen vom Kühlschrank im Voraus genommen werden.
•Die Sahne schlagen, wenn sie kühl ist, um deren Volumen zu erhöhen.
•Zur Zubereitung von Teigen sind die Knethaken (4) zu verwenden; das Gerät zuerst mit einer
niedrigen Geschwindkeit in Betrieb setzen; die Geschwindigkeit erst nachher steigern.
