TIMER ADJUSTMENT
Isolate the power supply before commencing work.
Remove the cover of the timer and the adjustment control is clearly marked. Turn
anti-clockwise for less over-run time and clockwise for more over-run time. The timer is
adjustable between 1 and 30 minutes approximately.

REMOTE TIMER CONTROL
Function
The remote timer is designed to facilitate remote switching of ventilator fans. it allows for
controlled ventilation by providing a time delay before turning off the fan after the light
switch has been turned off. It is suitable for use with 230/240V AC~ extractor fans with a
maximum power consumption of no more than 200 Watts and with no integral electronics.
The time delay is adjustable between 1 and 30 minutes approximately.
The timer should be re-positioned in a dry area and should be accessible for adjustment
when necessary.
WIRING REQUIREMENTS FOR DOMESTIC
ELECTRIC FANS
It is recommended that fans be connected into the lighting circuit, with double pole (3mm)
isolation provided before the room light switch and suitably fused, in accordance with
I.E.E. Regulations.
Window fans should be connected to power supply using a flexible cord with conductors
of between 0.75mm2and 1.5mm2only. Wall and ceiling mounted fans for fixed wiring
should be connected to the power supply via a cable with solid conductors of 1mm2to
1.5mm2only.
CAUTION: Fans incorporating electronic control systems may be damaged if used in
conjunction with fluorescent lamps, if in doubt, we recommend you contact
