I. Usage and Features
Transport simulation vibration table is to test the capacity the goods can stand in road transport.
The test result is an accordance of assessment to the quality of package by simulating an actual
working condition.

III. Structure
1. LED digital display of speed controller.
2. The table is made of stainless board, which is with advantages of smooth surface, firm
connection with the table and hard to fall-off.
3. The control cabinet, jig and angle of the table are statically sprayed, and never rust.

IV. Environmental Requirements for Installation
1. The distance between the machine and the wall or another instrument shall be over 60cm.
2. For a stable performance of the machine, the environmental temperature shall be 15℃-30℃.
(the temperature should not change abruptly), relative humidity shall be less 85%.
3. The machine shall be installed without direct sunshine.
4. The machine shall be installed in a well-ventilated and less dusted place.
5. The machine shall be installed away with flammable and explosive materials.
6. The machine shall be installed with the power supply as near as possible. ONLY single-phase
220V AC power is accepted.
4. The machine must be reliably grounded, otherwise there is a risk of electric shock.
5. The power input terminal should be connected with the same capacity with leakage protection
of the air switch and contactor, so that when the power can be cut off immediately in emergency.
6. When the machine is running, do not touch the parts other than the control panel to prevent
abrasions or abrasions.
7. To move the machine, please be sure to turn off the power and cool it for 5 minutes.
V. Preparation before Installation
1. Please check if the power cords and ground wire are properly connected and in accordance with
the specifications.
2. The machine shall be horizontally installed to the ground.
3. Fix and clamp the specimen by adjusting the jig and place them into a balanced guardrail
device. The clamping force shall be appropriate, so as not to pinch the test samples.
VI. Operation Instruction
1. Put the specimen on the centre of the table.
2. Wretch the nut on the positioning bar.
3. There must be 1.5~1m space left around the machine.
4. Connect the power. Turn on the machine.
5. Press the key “START” for motor. (Green light is on)
6. Set the time. (00M00/min)(00H00/hour)
Eg. 05M00=Working 5 minutes (Automatically stop)
01H00=Working 1 hours (Automatically stop)

7. Adjuster speeds up from the left to the right.
8. There are 2 timers in the machine, which record the single operation time and single stop time
separately.
Note: The minimum speed shall be over 100; The maximum speed shall be under 300.
9. Press ”STOP” to end the test. (Red light is on) Motor is off power; Fetch the test samples and
record the result.
10. The tachometer is correctly described below:
The data displays after pressing SET key:
0310 --- 0060 --- 1.000 ---- decimal point beating ---- 3721
The password of this machine is :3721; Enter the password before modifying the parameters.
VI. Precautions and Maintenance
1. Please keep the machine clean before and after use, otherwise the motor will be effected if the
machine is with dust.
2. Please spray a layer of oil to resist the rust.
3. If the motor has a special sound ( temperature is over 70℃) in working, it should be stopped
immediately and be fully examined. The bearing should be replaced if it is found to be
damaged; The seat fasteners should be reset if it is found to be loose; Ca-based oil should be
lubricated if it is found to be lack of oil.
4. It is prohibited to disassemble the electrical components, which will damage the electrical
control circuit and effect the performance of this machine.
5. The machine shall be installed away with flammable and explosive materials.
