Thank you for choosing Donnerberg Neck & Shoulder Massager.
Please read this user manual carefully and save it for later use or in case you have to
return the product. Make sure to make it accessible to other users of the product. It
contains all the necessary information about this device. Follow the instructions and
use the product as described.
To prevent the risk of fire, electric shock, or other injury, please follow the next points:
1. Before connecting the device to your power supply, please ensure that the supply
voltage stated on the rating plates is compatible with your mains supply. Only
insert the power supply unit into a socket when the appliance is switched off.
2. Do not cover or use the unit under a blanket when operating. Do not use while
bathing or showering. The unit must be kept dry and stored in a dry and safe place.
The power socket, cable, and appliance must be at appropriate distance from the
heat, hot surfaces, moistures and liquids. Connect the unit only in that way, so that
the power plug is freely accessible. The power plug should be freely accessible
when inserted into the socket. The cable must not be kinked, trapped or twisted.
3. To use this product safely and correctly, read this manual thoroughly and operate
the device as instructed. Never operate this appliance if it has damaged cord or plug
or if it is not working properly. In case the device is not working or has a fault, send
it to the service center for examination. Do not plug in the device in the damaged
sockets. If the device has been dropped into water, do not pick it up or touch it. Pull
out the power plug from the socket immediately. Do not operate where aerosol

Donnerberg original Shiatsu Massager is a modern device based on the principle of
Shiatsu massage and suitable for the massage of different parts of the body. The device
is equipped with an additional infrared heating function which can be used by pressing
the appropriate button. Shiatsu is a form of finger pressure massage and one of the most
important massaging techniques along with manual lymphatic drainage and reflexology.
This form of physical therapy was developed in Japan but stems from traditional Chinese

This massager creates the feeling of a very natural and pleasant massage. The Shiatsu
massager consists of eight rotating massage heads; four of them are covered up
with two flexible massage scallops that produce sensation of a real finger pressure.
Additional infrared heating function stimulates the blood circulation and provides a

direction button. Choose either clockwise or counter-clockwise direction. Protection
device programmed with 15 minutes automatic turn off to ensure safety; this function
does not replace the normal ‘off’ button of the product, which can be used at any

Before cleaning, make sure the switch is turned off and power plug is disconnected from
the outlet. Do not use abrasive cleaners such as benzene or thinner to clean the product,
otherwise the colour of product may fade. Do not immerse the appliance in the water or
the other liquids during the cleaning! Small marks can be removed by using a damp cloth.
Please remember to clean only the top side of the device.
Place the unit in its box and store it in a safe , dry and cool place.
Do not dispose the device with your normal domestic waste. This product
is subject to the provisions of European Directive 2012/19/EU. Dispose of the
appliance through an approved disposal center or at your community waste
facility. Pay heed to the currently applicable regulations. In case of doubt, please
contact your waste disposal center. This product should be recycled.
You receive 3-year warranty for this appliance as of the purchase date. Please retain your
receipt as a proof of purchase. In the event of a warranty claim, please contact our Service

calling [phone]. The warranty is valid only for material or manufacturing faults,
not for consumed or damaged fragile parts. The warranty period is not extended by repairs
performed under warranty. This applies also to replaced parts. Damages of defects
discovered after purchase are to be reported directly after unpacking. Before sending
damaged unit contact our service to receive reclamation form. Without mentioned form
sent unit can not be accepted.
