Procedure
Please read the Operation Manual for safety and
operation related information before working on
this air compressor.
AVOID INJURY OR DEATH
Diesel fuel or hydraulic fluid under pressure can
penetrate skin or eyes, causing serious injury or
death. Fluid leaks under pressure may not be
visible. Use a piece of cardboard or wood to find
leaks. Do not use your bare hand. Wear safety
goggles. If fluid enters skin or eyes, get immediate
medical attention from a physician familiar with this
injury. W-2072-0807
NOTE: When relieving system pressure by means of
the service valve(s), a small amount of
pressure will remain in the system. No
maintenance work should be carried out
whilst this situation exists. This pressure
may be relieved slowly by operating the
manual blowdown valve.

Drain the separator tank oil into a proper container and
dispose of in a responsible manner.
Remove the hose (Item 1) from the elbow fitting (Item

remaining oil.
NOTE: Do not remove the convoluted conduit as
this is protecting the 8 mm tubing from
being damaged.
Remove the elbow fitting from the tank and plug with
fitting (P/N 92354653) using Loctite® 542 on the
thread.
