Mounting on Dorner Conveyors and Stands Assembly Instructions

Stand Leg Mounting
Bar Attachment for Vertical Mounting
Step 1: Remove cover by loosening mounting
screws (I). Then, properly orient and attach the
mounting bars (H) in the “stand leg mounting”
position. Attachment details similar to Step 1 on
opposite side of this page.

Aluminum Stand Legs
Step 1: Install 1st T-bar (E), insert screw (D)
through hole in bottom mounting bar (H) and,
using 4 mm hex key wrench, partially thread into
one T-bar.

Step 2: Temporarily fix controller mounting
position by tightening screw (D). Then, insert 2nd
T-bar (E) into T-slot as shown.

NOTE: For electrical wiring or troubleshooting, refer
to information provided by controller manufacturer.
Step 3: Using screwdriver, raise 2nd T-bar (E) to
align it with hole in the top mounting bar and in-
sert a screw (D) and partially thread into T-bar as
shown.

Step 4: Slide controller to its desired mounting
location and tightly secure both screws (D).
Steel Stand Leg
Step 1: Properly orient and install spring nuts (G)
as shown. Then, secure controller by installing
two (2) M6 x 20 screws (F). Adjust controller
position and secure the M6 screws.
